Nestled in Lecanto, this charming house for $415 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This warm and inviting 3 bedroom house located in Timberlane Estates is minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, tiki bars, and the boat ramp. Our house is welcoming and comfortable for up to six guests. The living room features comfortable leather sectional and 65' HD TV. The three other bedrooms have a king bed in the master, a queen and two twin beds in the spare rooms. Internet is available for guest use. The Master bedroom also has a 50’ HD TV. The living room is open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy plenty of counter space and cabinets. We also have washer and dryer next to the kitchen. The sliding glass door opens up to the lovely salt water pool area with screened in lanai and a grill. This property sits on one acre were you can park your RV or boat. There is also an outdoor firepit for your enjoyment. Some of the best restaurants, bars and golf courses in the area are only minutes away as well as Walmart, Walgreens, Publix, Wawa, and CVS. So if you are looking to swim with the manatees, go scalloping, enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and fishing or if you just want to escape the cold weather and relax by your own private pool this is the place for you. PLEASE NOTE OUR POOL IS NOT HEATED. Please note, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OR IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS OF OUR PROPERTY. We offer basic Spectrum cable with local channels and Netflix rather than conventional cable for your enjoyment during your stay. If traveling with children, please note that there is no crib available or any other children's provisions in the property. Please treat our property with kindness and respect; remember it’s your home for the remainder of this reservation. We are available to offer help throughout your stay via phone, text message or email. For your convenience, the front entrances of our property are monitored by Ring. **Our property is available for seasonal rental. Please contact owner for details and rates.** Scallop season is from July through September. Manatee season is November through April. Definitely fun family activities! Greatly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean and neat. Great location for us to explore the area. Matt was very helpful to recommend restaurants and things to do in the area. Greatly enjoyed the pool and lanai. Will defiantly return for another visit and will recommend to friends and family.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the owners are wonderful. They checked in on us during the hurricane to see if we were okay, which I thought was so nice. Even the cleaning lady is fantastic and was super personable as we were checking out. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent our 45th anniversary a few weeks ago and we really enjoyed their home. The pool was large, clean and the water temp was 82-84 degrees, just perfect to cool off. The neighborhood is super quiet and the home is located close to several grocery store. During the day we explored the area and at night I cooked dinner for both of us. If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further. Best, Greg

Needed a home base while we explored this part of Florida. The house and property are very well taken care of. The pool was refreshing not heated as noted but this time of year the water temps are good here in Florida. The fire pit is another good option here but we didn't get a chance to use it. The location is good with easy travel to stores, parks, and resturants.

We really enjoyed the space, it was a home away from home for us. We were there for a funeral, and the house was a perfect base of operations. The pool brought everybody such joy. I called the owner to ask a question and they were super accommodating. If I’m ever back in Lecanto, I will be staying there again.

The house sits on a large lot with plenty of room on all sides of property. The kitchen is large and open to be able to see all the main areas, including the pool. We stayed here two years ago and again this year and will definitely stay here again.

Overall amazing stay! House is beautiful and pictures are spot on. Only two downfalls, first the pool/spa heater was npt working and the "normal" temp of the pool was entirely way to cold for any other than the kids. Second, there were sugar ants in the "twin" room (not too horrible) but there are red ants all over the yards and a few in the house (horrible is your allergic to them like I am).

Nice area. House nice but lights very confusing. Ants everywhere. We had to strip bed and spray room, wash linens. They were everywhere. Need pest control. Ive stayed at many vacation homes and condos and this one was least well stocked with extras gor cooking, spices, oil things like that. Typically a lot of little extras.Not much to work with. Overall nice house.

WARNING!!!! Hot Tub is NOT heated!!! We were extremely disappointed to discover that the “hot” tub was not heated and were not told that we could not pay for gas for the tub until 2 days before our check in. The pool and hot tub were our reason for choosing this property. Home was beautiful and great location for our needs. We overpaid for not having a usable hot tub or po.

The property is truly fabulous. Too large for a party of 2 but so lovely we couldn't resist. Very good quality furniture and decor. My perfect home to live in not just for a vacation! We spent most of our time outside, the weather too good to waste. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and that makes for such a lovely time. So really appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and a good variety of store cupboard goodies which when uou are from outside of the USA is fabulous. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if we were holidaying in the area. It took us 3 years from initial booking to enjoy our stay (COVID interrupted) but it was worth the wait

The pool is amazing, we love saltwater pools! We felt at home the second we walked through the door. Very comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed!
