Nestled in Lecanto, this charming house for $697 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Looking for a getaway for the whole family, a few couples, or a fantastic friends trip? If you are looking for Florida Heaven, you found it! Welcome to Paradise Palms! THIS is a amazing 4000 sq ft property! Our place sleeps up to 16! Its a newly furnished coastal beauty! You will feel like you are at a private resort! Step outside to a unique custom made Tiki bar, a huge Hot Tub, as well as a heated, Salt water pool and waterfall. All this nestled on 2 acres for endless privacy and seaclusion! 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths sleeps 16 with 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 twin/full bunk, and 2 futons! Full access We will always be available via phone or text. If a problem arises we have resources local to call and can get maintenance help on the way! Neighborhood is called Kensington Estates. Houses in our area have large private lots of approximately 2 acres or more. Most are surrounded by trees for a secluded type setting. There is not much traffic, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. We want folks to have fun, but super loud music and large parties are not allowed. We want our guest to just be mindful of the neighbors and all will be fine. Plenty of parking. Inverness is closest town. You are less then 10 minutes from Walmart, Lowe's, Olive Garden, Wendy's, a movie Theatre, TJ mAXX and Bells. Inverness has lots of cute shops downtown and food. Homosassa and Crystal River are about 15 minutes and we go there all the time too. Plenty to eat and do. Lots of fun close by! No large parties please

The most helpful thing I can say is that you will never regret your decision to stay here! If this fits your needs, then save yourself the time and just book it - stop looking at other homes. The home is exactly as described, well appointed, and was the perfect home base for our family scalloping trip.

We wanted a rental where our three families would have enough space and entertaining things to do. We certainly found what we were looking for!! Age ranges for the young ones were 18,14,11,6 and 5 and they all had a great time especially in the pool. There was plenty of space for the eleven of us to eat, sleep, and play games in this spacious and beautiful home. We all would highly recommend it!!

Great neighborhood and beautiful house. Great landscaping swimming pool and hot tub. Plenty of room and all the beds were great. Every thing you need is probably there. Stores and restaurants are close by and the owners are fantastic and very easy to get in touch with if you need to. Had a blast planning next trip already. .

I take my family on vacation every year. I always book through VRBO and this home surpasses all the others I have booked. Usually there is 9 of us, however since my son just recently got engaged there was 12 of us. This house was perfect for this many people! The home is very well laid out for each family fo have privacy and at the same time have quality time together. The location was excellent for different adventures. One day we kayaked at Crystal River and saw several manatees. Great family experience. We were only 1 hour 20 minutes from Orlando and spent a day at SeaWorld. The rest of our vacation was spend enjoying this beautiful home. If we decide to visit this area again we will definitely book this home again. The home owner was so easy to work with and very helpful about the area. (Ren you could charge more for this home. ;). The White Family

This was the perfect home for our family. Very clean, and very well-kept. The house was so spacious, we weren't crowded at all. The host quickly responded to us during the booking process to answer any questions. The outside area was fabulous, the pool and hot tub were clean and they even had many amenities. It was close to grocery stores and easy to get to and had plenty of parking. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book with them again! This house had everything and more! There was plenty of space. It was extremely well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing. The owner is very easy to communicate with and it’s 10-20 min away from everything we wanted to do….manatees, kayaking, and eating out! I would highly recommend!!!!

We were unfamiliar with this corner of FL, so trips out and about (Crystal River Archaeological Park, Fort Island Gulf Beach, Tarpon Springs) and coming back to this luxurious house were a treat: a great place for a relaxing family reunion and vacation. We had a most memorable week. It was a pleasure to meet Stu and Mary —you have a personable and efficient staff. The house was perfect for our family’s needs -- many of the games and TV’s were used, the kitchen had everything needed, and the beds were comfortable.

We couldn't have been happier staying at this beautiful home! The communication was great before we arrived and we were thrilled with the home when we arrived. Our family was travelling for racing at nearby Citrus Hills and this was the perfect spot to come home to at night. I can't say enough great things about this house it really made our vacation!
