Bel emplacement.

Nous avons reçu que la moitié des codes d'accès aussi il était difficile d'accéder à l'appartement. Nous avons dérangé un voisin.

la communication pour la remise des informations. L'ampoule d'une chambre grillée, signalé le premier jour mais non changée.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment with a gracious host. Perfect for a first time visit to Seville!

The apartment was updated, clean, and had lots of thoughtful extras included such as coffee and tea with condiments, and even a Nespresso machine. She even included a shower gel dispenser and detergent pods for the washer (which unfortunately I didn’t discover until the end of the trip- my fault!). It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 (which included 2 teenage girls). The location in Triana was easily walkable to the city center, and there were literally hundreds of cafes, bars, and tapas restaurants within walking distance. We were overwhelmed with the selections. The Triana Market was next door and had some great options for tapas, fresh fruit and vegetables, and pastries. The best part was Eva, who was so extremely helpful leading up to our trip- she provided recommendations for restaurants, booked a flamenco show for us, and even set up transport from the train station.

There was a pretty strong sewage smell upon entering the apartment. Fortunately it wasn’t strong in our 2nd floor apartment.

Absolutamente precioso! Impoluto en limpieza, bien equipado y súper nuevo. La cama mega cómoda descansamos de maravilla, situado perfecto en una zona tranquila pero al lado del centro del barrio de Triana y a 15 min andando de la catedral. Eva es un absoluto encanto!! súper pendiente de todo y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier sugerencia, da gusto la gente buena!! Recomendado 100%, repetiremos!

Beautiful apartment & central location

The apartment was lovely and comfortable with beautiful french door windows. It is central with a 10 min walk from the airport bus, next to Triana market, and a 20-30 min walk from most tourism sites. The apartment is also by the bridge which you can see beautiful sunsets every night of the city view. Eva was amazing to communicate with and provided so many awesome food and entertainment recommendations which really enhanced my stay. There is also a burnt basque cheesecake shop next door that was delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

I did reach out to Eva before I arrived as I had not gotten my booking details, but she followed up quickly and was very helpful and accommodating.

Mejor imposible!!!

¡ Perfecto! María encantadora,llegamos antes de la hora prevista y sin ningún problema nos hizo el chek-in. El apartamento genial,súper limpio y prácticamente nuevo,en calidad precio está más que logrado... sin duda repetiría sin pensarlo

Si tuviera que poner algún pero,sería que a la cocina le falta un paño de cocina

Disaster treatment of customers! Never again!

It is located in Sevilla.

I was cheated! And money was stolen. Be careful for this location! They ask you for deposit to find the reason to charge. Mine charge was for cleaning after dogs even though appartment is pets friendly!!!

An affordable luxury and beautiful stay.

The property was clean and spacious, filled with natural light, and lend for the most beautiful views over the Center of Sevilla.

It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in, if not the best!!!

we loved everything, the location, the apartment was spacious and clean, the terrrace was amazing the location could not have been better, plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, the market was just next door and Eva herself was amazing with lots of tips and information about the area

The location is perfect to reach the city centre and it's very close to the river. The apartment has everything you might need to cook and to stay even more than a couple of nights. It's very spacious. There is a parking place very close to the building.

The shower flooded the bathroom every time because the doors did not close properly. We had to use towels to soak the water. The bathroom window looks on a closed courtyard and it smelled of fried oil the entire time because just on the street below there is a restaurant. The double room was very noisy and there was a sewage smell for the entire stay.

Best location in Triana

Rather spacious maisonette with a huge roof terrace with splendid views. Perfectly modern and newly redecorated in old house in the Triana restaurant district. Well equipped kitchen. Efficient heating system (outdoor temperatures near zero at night!).

Rather steep bending staircase to the upper etage. Bedroom downstairs rather small with in-suite bathroom lacking door. A few hooks on the walls and some more cloth hangers in the wardrobes would be nice. Beds with duvet cowers insted of the old fashioned sheet-and-blanket would be much more comfortable.

great trip in Sevilla, Maria gave us some tips to see the unavoidable in the city and we enjoyed it ! The appartment is very beautiful and seemed to be clean but however we found a cockroach in the living room and the landlord was really ferm about doing absolutely nothing about it. I think it's something important to know for the next persons willing to book one of these apartments."

Superb

Perfect location as a base, very clean, very quiet at night, bonus was the very spacious roof terrace. Kitchen facilities were satisfactory. Our host Maria was brilliant, very informative and friendly.

Being Irish we like a cup of tea, no big cups in the cupboard, just a very small issue but didn't take anything away from apartment 😊

Drainage smell in the bathroom and common area. Water spills from shower very easy Windows not soundproof- there is a restaurant under balcony but still managed to sleep at night.

Very good

Nicely located - not too far of a walk from the main old town area. The space was pretty large and air conditioning was nice. The host was nice and gave us a good overview of the area.

The host would not help with getting a taxi on our trip out. Only by sheer luck did we find one as we were departing - otherwise it would have been an interesting morning.

great location. large living room.well equipped.

rooms fairly small. had to leave bags in the living room. we stayed 3 days so it wasn't such a big issue for us.
