Situated in Groveland, this lovely house for $378 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: SWISS 101 is a villa 3 Beds / 3 Baths / Pool / Jacuzzi (Heating the pool & Jacuzzi is an extra cost) .  This villa is a paradise where nature, peace and luxury combine! Villa 101 is the only villa available for rent by Olsen Lake, a magnificent natural lake with a rich wildlife such as Sandhill Crane, Raccoon and Armadillos. Our pedal boat comes with the house and is yours for discovering the beauty of Olsen Lake and its inhabitants! But you can also enjoy the view from the fully renovated overflow pool, the protected veranda or the master suite soaking tub if you prefer!  Our villa accommodating up to 8 people thanks to the pull out couch in the living room - has plenty of sun from morning to evening with wonderful sunsets on the lake. The spacious patio with sun deck chairs and side tables by the pool with attached Jacuzzi or inside the Lanai with a big dining table, gas and charcoal barbeques will make you never want to leave again! Decorated with light colors, beautiful furniture, spacious leather sofa and various pieces of art, the interior of the house is also perfect for rainy days or fresher evenings! One of the rooms has a beautiful view on the garden, the others on the lake and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with various kitchen utensils, dish washer, oven and a brand new fridge with plenty of space in case you want to prepare a special meal. Of course, the house has also a powerful Wi-Fi! If you are looking for calm and nature, but in an exclusive and spacious villa, this should be your pick! We do offer Monthly Winter Rental Program between January 1 until February 28th. Inquire today. RENTAL OPTIONS: The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax. To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception. House was very spacious. Each bedroom had a bath. Everything needed was in the kitchen. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe.

The house was roomy and comfortable. The pool and patio were nice. We were not able to get the spa working. Dog owners - be aware that the property is only fenced on three sides with access to the neighboring properties. There is a nice dog walk area between the ski lakes. The kitchen was missing garbage liners, but otherwise had all the cookware and utensils needs for a group of 6. The second master would have been better with a queen size bed. The loft was cool but had no window treatments. The kids would not sleep up there. The exterior of the house needs maintenance. The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop.

The house is in a very nice private gated community. The pool and back yard are wonderful. The views of the woods and lake are amazing. Also great sunsets. We enjoyed the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own showers and toilets. There is also a very cool loft area that would be great for kids to sleep in. The kitchen was nice and had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and cups etc. pretty much everything you need to serve a big group. There is a Publix supermarket 4 miles away and is very convenient to pick up food and drinks. Overall a very nice place to stay for a quiet relaxing vacation. Oh at night you can see the stars due to the fact your away from the city.

The house was very comfortable inside, needs work on outside, very dated. Some minor issues with the water pressure, faucet filters need changing. Also would have preferred the two bedrooms had queen beds versus two rooms with two twin beds. I also think the price was on the high side for the property.

Upon booking, I was sent a request through email (unsecured, unencrypted, and not through the VRBO platform) asking me write out PII info (cc info, DL copy, and signature) and send back via the same method (unsecured, unencrypted email). I refused to do so (as anyone with a sound mind would), instead stating a deposit could be secured through VRBOs secure platform (they refused). I then asked for a copy of their company's Security and Privacy Policy (they refused to provide). I then asked for a basic overview of their handling of PII info (you know - what should be documented in a Security Policy - but you guessed it, they refused). I then had to escalate the situation to VRBO. So after all that headache and just cavalier business practice, I can't recommend booking with them. However, the following are comments on the actual property. Pro: quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space (Florida room, pool, backyard), spacious living room Con: cleaning people were still there 45min after check-in; no blame on their part(!), but received no headsup from the property and they expressed zero concern that we were left waiting in the driveway for almost an hour (go figure). Mattresses, pillows, and towels are at the end of their life, no hand soap or liquid dish soap was provided, no basics like salt/pepper, and no hot water in the master bedroom.
