Large, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, lots of counter space, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer located in large utility room. Open dining area with over-sized breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a California king-size bed with walk-out to patio, double wide closet, ceiling fan, cable TV, large private bathroom with mirrored Jacuzzi jetted tub and double vanity. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and double-wide closet. Large living room with a walk-out to patio, 39 inch flat screen TV with free wifi and free HBO! Please do not take this the wrong way. Not sure how to let you know about this stuff. This is in no way a complaint. The toilet seats need tightened up. Although the kitchen was well stocked, there was no can opener. The carpets could use a shampooing. You are great hosts and we had a fantastic time. My grandchildren thanked us several times for bringing them to this “hotel”. Thanks so much.

Great stay! Great location. All the amenities were provided, which was very helpful! (TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap and so much more. Easy check in and check out. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and playground was right outside the patio. Just know that you will have to go up and down a flight if stairs to get to the front door. The back door is the one that is a walkout. The condo is a bit outdated but well taken care of. It was clean but the carpet was very stained. Also, the TV in the living room did not work, which isn't that big of a deal. I did try to contact the owners on day 1 but they never replied to my message. The TV in the master bedroom works but there are only a few channels to pick from. (I know TV isn't a big deal but when you have 5 kids and you want to get stuff done before you head out for the day or wind down at night, it's nice to have 😁) all in all it was a great stay!

The location was superb. Quiet, gated community with views of the golf course. A pool & playground just steps from the back porch. Access to the clubhouse pool, hot tub & tennis courts was also provided. The condo was very clean and smelled great, but what I liked most was the kitchen! Very few places was as well stocked as this one was. We only wish we had found this place sooner in all our years coming to Branson!

The property is in a great location. It was also setup great for our needs. More supplies were available than in usual properties. It could use some updating and a few minor changes like a shower in the master suite, but was clean and made for a great vacation for our family.

The condo was downstairs not ground level unless you walked around building to patio door. Carpet was very stained and dirty!! If you wore your socks on carpet they got filthy 😵the towels smelled like they had been left in washer too long( musty stink) area carpets were stained and gross so I had to wash them along with the stinky towels before we could use them…comforter in MB had stains so I wasn’t sure how clean that was🥴2 nd bathroom shower curtain liner was gross and needed replaced- long hairs on both bathroom floors…. so it made us question the entire cleaning system of this condo. Great area to visit but would not recommend this particular condo- poor communication with owner

When we first entered the condo, the key code door opened, but after that, we cold not get it to lock or unlock…..so, we tried to get a hold of the owner, and we got a voicemail, saying mailbox is full…we then called VRBO, and they said they would text the owners, and we should hear something, but we never did….so, we had to keep the Condo unlocked, as we went places…..we made the best of it, and still had a good time…we just didn’t like having to keep the Condo unlocked as we enjoyed Branson……also, the master bathroom could really use a shower above the whirlpool bath tub…..it would just be more convenient…other than all of that….we still had a nice stay……we like Point Royale

Nice condo inside gated golf community. Very close(10 to 15 min) drive to all major attractions. It is clean and slightly larger then looks on the pictures. There is a playground and a small pool on the back of the property, nearly on the back yard! Very convenient! Larger community pool is 4 min drive from the condo. There are 3 beds in the condo. The fourth bed is folded the closet in the master bedroom . I did not give the property 5 stars since there are a few problems. Bathrooms has no locks. My daughter walked in when my husband was in the bathroom. You have to nock before you walk in… One bathroom has a nice jacuzzi tub without a shower, one full bathroom with bath and shower. The sealing in the condo is very thin. You wake up from just somebody walking upstairs. If you have a choice get the 3d ( highest) floor. Kids’ ( guest’s) room has no view. It looks into a closed space under the stairs. Wi-Fi was lagging occasionally , but most of the time was ok. Despite those problems it was a good stay.

The condo was bigger than it looked online. Everything you could possibly need was available. The grounds were absolutely beautiful--it felt like being at a country club. We enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor pools and breakfast at the clubhouse grill. The owners were very quick to answer a couple of questions we had. Our only complaint was that the Wi Fi was spotty and cut out quite often.

This condo was very clean. The owner thought of everything. Hand soap at every sink, shampoo and conditioner, body soap. Lots of towels, wash clothes, ect. The only thing to note is there is 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower. Would definitely go back.

The kids were very entertained with the playground directly outside the condo and we were able to watch them from the patio. The pool wasn't open but was also visible from the patio which is such a plus!

you get what you pay for... You can tell by the pics that the decor could use updating, but that's ok especially if you have kids, and you don't want to worry about them messing anything up. So, no insurance needed! The location inside Point Royale is great as there is a pool and playground right outside the patio door. Good location for all attractions on the main drag, and also easy to get to SDC. But, the roll-away is miserable. No shower in the master bathroom, only a tub. Could use some more forks. This is the first VRBO that required you to strip the beds upon checkout. That is a little too much housekeeping!

The condo was in a great location as far as town goes and one outside pool. The other two pools & hot tub etc... I wouldn't recommend walking to. Cons- Not cleaned well. There was an Easter egg candy noticeably between the bed and side table. There was a wet sock in each tub in the corners... not sure if they were cleaning with them and forgot 🤔 Neither of the tvs were connected to the cable/Netflix/Hulu. We ended up having to buy a Ruku . I'd suggest up dating the TVS or getting Rukus . Pros- I've been to several VRBOs this one had everything you needed and extra. Very beautiful and relaxing .
