Located in Christchurch, this charming house for $146 per night is a great choice for your next break. This brand new property is offered to discerning travelers for the very first time. This house shares, with its twin next door, a warm and welcoming facade. Once inside, you will find a stylish two-bedroom accommodation in which to consolidate and rest after your journey. Everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay is provided: Full kitchen, washing and drying facilities, comfortable beds, Sky TV, full WiFi Broadband, land line for local calls etc. There is a heat pump in the living area and panel heaters in the generous bedrooms. In true Garden City style, the landscaping creates an individual point of difference that you are unlikely to experience anywhere else. If you’re wondering about her name, she is Aphrodite, a fountain of joy, beauty and love. For larger groups, this property is affiliated with the adjoining house (Maison du Ciel, Bookabach #35473) and, via a garden gate, a third property (Maison Rouge, Bookabach #33579). So it is possible for larger groups to stay in close proximity, yet maintain privacy when required. Note that Master Bed 1 can be either joined to make a King double or split into two King single beds - let me know your preference. The neighbourhood is quiet, but not far from the restaurants and cafes at the northern end of Stanmore Road. Other local facilities include a nearby supermarket, bus routes and Richmond Playground. A little further afield lies the Wilding Park Tennis centre and The Palms Shopping Mall. There is off-street parking for one car in front of the single garage (remote entry available). Inside is naturally warm and spacious. Double glazing adds to this warmth and adds to the peaceful ambience of the locale. Although I prefer 2 day bookings, I will take single night bookings at $220. We three adults stayed for five nights, and were very comfortable. Our car could be parked off the road, although there is a garage that guests can use. There is a short path and a few steps to the front door. The living area was spacious, with French doors to a sunny, north-facing deck. In the kitchen, many appreciated extras were supplied that make the stay so easy for travellers. The bathroom also had extras. The two bedrooms were spacious, and each had French doors to a deck. Christchurch CBD was a ten minute drive. The house was spotlessly clean, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We would recommend Maison du Soleil to other travellers.

Lovely home with lots of room!! Best mattress for sleeping our whole trip! 😁 We were able to do laundry (there is a washer and dryer) The kitchen is small but very efficiently laid out and stocked. Grounds are lovely!! Danielle was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. Great location! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good location not far from the city. Home is in very good condition and well presented. Comes with a single garage, washer and dryer. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, well equipped and lovely garden.

Danielle was an excellent host - responding quickly & answering all our querries. The house's decor is in a harmonic, rustic, classic French style. Very cosy yet functional. The 2 bedrooms are comfortably large with good bedding. The bathroom/laundry offers plenty of shower items & cremes. Note: the drier is in the garage. Last not least the kitchrn had many useful items for meal prep. All together it made for a very enjoyable stay.

Very homely feeling property with everything you could need. Warm and secure. Host contact was prompt and instructions to access the property easy to follow. New World supermarket close by. Easy access to drive to the city and walking access to the red zone/Avon river area. I would recommend this property!
