Great but got sick because of the heater off

Everything is nice and tidy so great place

Gutes Apartment in Top Lage am Hbf

Der Check-in war sehr einfach, auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist gut in Schuss und nicht verbraucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Sauberkeit war top.

Im Bad herrschte dauerhaft ein komischer Geruch nach Abfluss. Auch hat ein Toilettenpapierhalter gefehlt. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile ist bei längeren Aufenthalten mangelhaft. Es fehlen Backofen bzw. Mikrowelle und auch Kochmesser gibt es nicht.

Location excellent

It was supposed to have a queen bed AND a sofa bed. There was n sofa bed. We were not a couple.

Es war sehr schön

Bin schockiert, wie günstig und gut es war. Es lohnt sich zu 100 %. Ich wollte immer mal ein Apartment mit Freunde buchen und haben nicht mehr erwartet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Nur die Lage

Soweit war alles da. Jedoch Essenreste im Kühlschrank und auf dem Boden. Dreck unter der Couch da diese beim putzen nicht zusammen geklappt wurde. Gestank aus dem Syphon der Dusche. Beim WC betätigen war ein Unterdruck und dieser Zog das Wasser aus dem Syphon. Beleuchtung im Kücheneck war defekt daher sehr sehr dunkel dort. Lichtschalter bzw Rahmen im Flur gebrochen,dadurch Schnitt Gefahr

Een ruim appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen voor een goede prijs.

Ruim appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. Bed lag lekker. Koffie- en theezetten makkelijk in gebruik. Ook het inchecken was heel simpel, dat was een groot voordeel.

Industriële interieur was niet mijn stijl, met betonnen plafond. Je hebt geen persoonlijk contact met de host, dat vind ik zelf jammer. Voor iedereen kan dit weer anders zijn.

Würde das Apartment nicht mehr wählen

Die Lage war sehr gut . Es war soweit alles da , was man gebraucht hat.

Es war kein Licht am Bett , Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, sehr hellhörig. Morgens um 8:30 wurde schon gebohrt und gehämmert.

Bare basics, but everything you need...

It was so lovely to have a cheap, bare basics option in a busy city. The bed was comfy. They provided plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, spare toothbrushes, etc. It's a superb location, right next to the Central Station.

It would have been great to have a toaster oven or microwave, cooking everything on a mini-hob is a bit more complicated. The room we stayed in was also only one story up, so very close to the street, and you can hear every person walking by. It's a side street, so it doesn't happen too often, but noisy when it does.

Great location, lovely and clean. Small but comfortable.

This location is perfect for getting around the old town and accessing the train station.

We were on level 4 which was a bit tough with our heavy suitcases but we managed.

Worth the price.

The location was walking distance to the train station, the price was accurate for the room and stay. Good for an overnight or 2, no more. Had everything we needed, bed, bathroom, etc.

The room did not accurately match the photos. It was very loud from noises from the streets and other guests. This is not a hotel like you would expect. There is a code to enter a building with 5 rooms total, no lobby, you can hear everything from outside, and all of the other guests.

Accessible to all. Clean and safe.

Over all it was amazing for stay for us. Would highly recommend it. The Location is near Koln Hbf, restaurants, pharmacy, police station and groceries. The location is quiet and safe. Clean and tidy, with sufficient supplies of toiletries, and kitchen wares to use. Easy access and complete details for your convenience. Cozy like you're just at home. Prompt reply from the host as well. So spacious especially for family of 4.

I love everything except that there's no lift. 😔 I requested a lower level room as I was with my 65+ yr old uncle and auntie, but was put in the 3rd floor. 😅 It was difficult for the luggage, and climb for them.

Convenient and comfortable studio near the train

Large, comfortable studio apartment steps away from Köln HBF and the cathedral, but tucked away on a quiet side street. The wifi door lock was very convenient. The rooms are all themed to look like different world cities. We stayed in the Paris room; the theming was cute and tasteful without going overboard.

Not really the fault of the property, but there were some pretty strong sewer gas smells coming from the bathroom vents.

Location. The place is few steps away from the train station.

The place was just OK if you get what I mean. A bit cold, not cosy at all. The couch / bed was totally uncomfortable. You could hear the above Walking in their room and the next door the same. If I'm going back to Cologne in the future, I will prefer spending a little more for a better option.

Quiet central location: good value.

Very close to the main railway station and cathedral, but amazingly quiet, even with the window open. Large room with induction hob for cooking (Google how to use one, if you're not familiar with them) and coffee machine. A lot of good museums nearby. Clean.

The lighting was poorly positioned, so that you couldn't see very well when you were eating, and there was not really enough light to read by when sitting on the sofa. NB, it's impossible to get into the room before 3pm, even if it's ready, as the lock is programmed on a timer.

Great location, secure room. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were very good.

Bins were full when we arrived so we had to empty them ourselves. Sofa bed was very noisy
