The house was clean and listed exactly it was. The neighborhood was quiet and close to amenities. Jeremy and Krista were prompt with answering questions we had. It was nice to have the hot tub and pool. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and we enjoyed it very much. The salt water pool and spa are the big advantages to this home and was the highlight of our visit. The owner is very responsive.

The house is nice and clean; all furnishings are from IKEA. We enjoyed the outside area the most. Finding the thermostat locked at 78 in 90+ degree was unnerving. The manager unlocked it for one day but was rather rude about it. They then unlocked it for our stay, only to return it to 78. The door lock and code are an efficient way to enter and leave, except the pad needs to be replaced or the batteries are bad. We had to bang and bang on it to get it to work.

Outstanding house. Outstanding private yard with big pool and jacuzzi. Floaties in the garage and games for the kids! Great safe area close to many stores! Close to many trails! Close to many Catholic churches with daily Mass! Grill is big and worked great. Only difficult thing was the I pad for the pool and sauna. Should have written instructions by the I pad as the VRBO instructions weren't thorough. Had to call owner but each time he explained it well. Overall excellent stay.

Property was exactly as listed on site. Beautiful patio area. Pool/Spa was FABULOUS!! Had all of the kitchen supplies we needed. Close to Sky Harbor Airport. Will definitely stay again.

I booked this property for 4 nights with my husband and 3 kids. We had a fantastic time! The outdoor patio, pool and hot tub were where we spent the majority of our time and the outdoor area is amazing! The inside of the house was great as well. The owner was very easy to reach out to. We have no complaints and would recommend this house to anyone!

This property hits all the marks of an excellent VRBO. First off the home was sparkling clean and had all the amenities that one would ever need. The host Jeremy was available and very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition. You can't go wrong with selecting this gem.

Our group of 6 girlfriends had a great time staying here. We spent most of our time outside in or by the pool & hot tub, and in the covered patio area when we needed some shade. The living room was just big enough for us to all sit together and chat, and we had all of our meals at the house and appreciated how well-appointed the kitchen was with dishes, cups, pots & pans, etc. Jeremy was super responsive to a couple of questions, and flexible when we had a last minute request due to travel plans changing a bit.

The house was very nice, but the main reason we picked this property was for hot tub and heated pool. We did get partial refund for lack of pool and hot tub. Very nice property, and good location. The down sides were locked thermostat at 70, which is kind of cold at night, and security cameras watching back yard including pool/hot tub and back porch seating area. I fashioned little covers out of tin foil to block view when we were outside :)

Location was perfect for us - less than a 30 minute drive everywhere, nice quiet community. House was nice - a bit small feeling for 6 adults and teens, good storage with walk-in closets and dressers, well equipped kitchen. Outside (most important) is fantastic - covered patio with seating, table and chairs and grill, wonderful pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time there. Owner was quickly responsive to the 2 small problems we had. Would definitely stay again.

The hosts were really responsive and we didn't have any issues whatsoever. The hot tub had maintenance scheduled so we couldn't use it, that was a bummer. House was very nice and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, was disappointed with our stay here. The primary reason I picked this property was it had a hot tub and a pool for the kids. It was also somewhat close to Tempe Town Lake where i had a race to do. Here's my best attempt at a balanced review. Pros 1. Very clean property 2. Owner responsive 3. Good location close to everything in Tempe 4. Pool Cons 1. Hot tub broken entire time that we were there (the main reason for choosing this property). 2. Master bath so small you had to turn sideways to get out of the shower and around the toilet. 3. Extreme limit of important things for a home stay. Only 1 dishwasher tab, Only 1 laundry detergent tab, couple of trash bags. These things are cheap and make your stay so much better. The owner should invest here. 4. Towels were very old and thin. Exactly 6 towels, fewer hand towels and washcloths.

Everything was just like we imagined it. We planned on cooking, but only got the chance to do so one evening. A few more pantry essentials would have made it easier to do so, but it was mostly by choice. The pool was amazing. We bought a toy net to grab bugs and leaves with because the main pool net is rotten and unusable. We used the pool mostly early in the morning and after sundown. We were afraid the house would be too warm as we set our thermostat lower, but ended up being cold as we adjusted to the outside temps. The only thing that could have been explained better was the access code to the pad that controlled the pool. I guess we didn’t see something in an app we don’t have downloaded. Thanks for the oasis in the heat.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay at while visiting Arizona. Location was surrounded by several stores, restaurants that we love and not to far from attractions my kids loved. This place was very clean, pool was beautiful & quite neighborhood. Owner was easy to get ahold of & answered all my questions at any given time. We will definitely stay again if we ever stayed Arizona.

My husband and our best friends stayed here for a little vacation we all needed. It was great! We all enjoyed the house. There was enough room for the 4 of us so we were extremely comfortable. Checking in and out was easy! Turning on and off the pool lights and features was easy! We loved the pool! It’s so much bigger than the pictures. I didn’t notice when I booked the house that there is a table in the pool, it made it easier for us to hang out have a couple drinks and play card games. The only thing we found uncomfortable was the master bathroom. It’s extremely small but it didn’t prohibit us from using it and again we were outside most of the time and would use the other bathroom during the day. We really had a great time. We went to the Odyssey aquarium and a couple of bars. There is a Starbucks a super close by. We had a great and relaxing time! Thank you for letting us stay!! *to clarify I didn’t have to speak to owners during the stay. They made the instructions very clear (:
