I will remember the locality for good reasons, but not the apartment

We liked being central in terms of sightseeings and services.

We didn't like the lack of security accessing the building - its door didn't close. We could listen clearly the noise coming from outside. The apartment was lacking basic itens, such as towels for bath, few toilet paper, no bathroom carpet, no trash bags (trash bin didn't allow separation of trash), missing lamps on the main room, broken mirror on the closet, no blankets, used solid soap on the toilet (terrible impression)

AVOID IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.

Location only.

AVOID IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP. Kitchen: not well equipped, basic stuff were missing. Bath: sewage smell, shower box very small and difficult to open and close. Car Access: not easy to load and unload if you are using a car. Noise: TOO MUCH NOISE! couldnt sleep at all. Loud music from neighbours all nights and all night long. people talking and screaming all night long on the street. unaceptable! and if u want to compensate and sleep during the day forget too noise too but during thr day is expected.

Coimbra a joy as ever as visited several times at various flats …. proprietor just needs to keep on top of maintenance t

Location, size and style with balcony etc

Slight damp smell, kitchen sink drainage leak, washing machine door wouldn’t close so could not use it all week and shower floor leaked water into the bathroom which appears to be an ongoing problem as a bath towel was on the floor on arrival where the problem seems to be. Only once these are fixed would we stay again. Simple thing like having a clear note or sign of the WiFi name and password would be helpful. Proprietor assumed we don’t know how to use a washing machine lol. Even the cleaner could not close the door and get the washing machine to work….no attempt by proprietary to fix it during our stay.

Perfect location in the old part of the town, but unaccessible by car / taxi

Living room joined with a kitchenette is quite small. Additionally, the stairway is narrow with no elevator

Big apartment in the city center

The apartment is large, equipped with everything you need for a few days. Easy to get the keys (you get a pin for entry).

Works were being done in the area. It was noisy and cold.

Apt windows was broken and covered with black nylon! couldnt keep my stuff there. construction at 7:00am woke us up. Many other things was broken too like mirror, window handle and glass... Property manager was clinical about my complaints

Dodgy flat, avoid

Location was good. Flat seemed clean although there was an off smell lingering in the bathroom

This was my dodgiest experience on Booking.com ever. We got put into a different apartment, we booked a 1st floor flat and was put on floor 4 in a building without an elevator; THERE WERE MISSING PIECES FROM THE WINDOW IN THE MASTER BEDROOM WHICH WAS COVERED WITH PLASTIC BAGS, BUT WAS PEELING OFF SO AIR AND NOISE WAS COMING THROUGH; the bathroom lighting wasn't working and a very dim standing lamp was put in as a cover; the whole place felt unfinished with AC units and unassembled furniture lying around in the flat. Also the wooden floor was uneven and was hollow and felt unsafe to walk on. There was a broken bedside lamp in the master bedroom too. The whole flat had a bad vibe to it with the missing window panes, broken lamp etc. My wife and I had to share the SINGLE BED in the spare room because we didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the double room (thank god there was a spare room). This was absolutely not what we paid top money for a night.
