The private beach is located along a wildlife protected turtle nesting beach that left natural for turtle nesting season. There is an incredible 180 degree water view from almost every room in the house. Spectacular sunrises flood the rooms with golden light reflected off the ocean. The sun rises over the water every morning within your view. The sunsets are equally stunning over the peninsula leaving the view with purple and pink clouds. Constant onshore breeze drifts through the house with pure, invigorating ocean scents. 2 Paddle boards and 2 kayaks are included with rental as the waters off the house are perfect for exploring by kayak. 2 cabanas for rest and relaxation - one by the pool and one the dock. The wildlife is stunning and you are bound to see amazing creatures during each outing! There is also an amazing State Park (an island) just a paddle away. Alligator Reef Lighthouse is on the horizon and the ocean views from the end of the observation dock are simply incredible. The house is a 100% non-smoking property. The observation dock is for non-motorized vessels only as the tides can get very low during full moons. We had our own little slice of paradise. Perfect for a whole family vacation with plenty of bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Immaculate accommodations with walking distance to Robbie’s. Great location with everything we wanted in close driving distance. I Highly recommend this location for families to make lifelong memories. Chausey was always available to answer any questions and was very helpful with recommendations.

Our party of 4 adults, 1 senior & 4 children, 8-11 yrs old, enjoyed our stay at this immaculately clean, comfortable home.
The kids really enjoyed watching the iguanas & swimming in the heated pool. Unfortunately, due to the unusually large amount of seaweed, we were unable to swim in the water off the dock.
We made 2 trips to the "Theater of the Sea" where the kids were able to swim with the dolphins & feed the stingrays. There was also a dolphin & parrot show that they enjoyed.
We definitely would recommend this rental!

Our week included family members ranging from 10-94 years!! There truly was something for EVERYONE!! The location on the far south end of Islamorada is perfect for our family. It’s close enough to fav places we enjoy in Islamorada, but it’s also far enough south it’s not it the busy section of the isle. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all private and beautiful! The open kitchen/dining and living area are perfect for a large family. We DO plan to return!! Chaucey was wonderful to work with!!

This house is wonderful. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We are four senior couples that travel and do life together. Each had their own bedroom with king size bed and private bath. The kitchen has everything you need. Cleanest house we've ever stayed in. Chausey, owner/host, was great to work with. She ordered up beautiful weather for us. We took in every amenity. Fished from the dock, swam in the pool, went out on the kayaks and paddle boards, relaxed by the pool, by the fire pit, on the dock, and especially on the balcony with that ocean view. House has a giant island in the kitchen and a table to seat all 8 of us. Enjoyed watching the iguanas stroll along. Already making plans for a return visit.

This is a dream property. The house is magnificent. Spotless throughout. Views of sunrise are spectacular. Enjoyed watching the pelicans all day. The owner is terrific. Very responsive to a few minor problems and is committed to his guests having a great vacation. Would not stay anywhere else in Islamorada.

What a wonderful week we had at Sway South. We were a group of 5 couples, and the house was perfect for us with 4 Kings & 1 Queen + 5 Full Baths. The house is conveniently located near Robbie's and is tucked back on the Gulf side. The bedroom layout and communal area were perfect. We loved the Deck and Pool and the beautiful Sunrise and Sunsets. The pier is also a great spot to hang out and grab some sun. We had bonfires for two nights and that was also a blast. The house is just as presented on the website and accommodated all our needs. Chausey is a wonderful manager and is very responsive to any questions. The whole check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. If you are a bird watcher this place is for you. We all did not want to leave and look forward to our return trip to Islamorada and will definitely stay at Sway South.

Our family had the best time in this most beautiful house in the unique villagey community of Islamorada. So wonderful to wake up at dawn and see the candyfloss sunrise over the ocean, and then sit on the jetty with a gin and tonic in your hand watching the pelicans, iguanas and a wealth of other animals do their thing. The owners of this beautiful property could not have been more helpful, and it could not have been a more perfect setting for a long-overdue multi-continent, multi-generational family get together. From the perfectly heated pool, great kitchen, multiple lounging areas, comfy bedrooms and sparkly bathrooms it was great in every way! We can't wait to go back.

This was a magical trip for our family and the accommodations absolutely made that possible. We fell into a beautiful rhythm while staying here, Breakfast with Bloody Marys then a couple hours in the pool, getting cleaned up for a sunset drink on the dock, dinner and then an after dinner cocktail around the fire. We laughed a little too loud but we didn’t bother anyone because there was plenty of open space around the house with a nature preserve on one side and the neighboring house further down the beach. The owner was kind and very responsive, we asked for fishing poles and we had them the same day. We did catch fish and ate them, they were delicious. My brother even caught a bonnet head shark. We let that one go. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. There’s a great spot to get some food nearly across the street and a five minute drive to the grocery store. It is so beautiful and peaceful it just takes your breath away. Book your trip you won’t regret it.

Everything was exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations. The house was perfectly clean, and the spaces inside and outside were beautiful. Lots of wildlife can be watched from the pool, docks, or balcony. Took out the kayaks almost every morning through the mangroves and over to Indian key which was a blast! Great for families staying together but also having their own space. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed grilling out and ate at Cheeca, Marker 88 (our fave) and Lorelei. Islamoradaboattoursllc.com gave us a wonderful snorkel trip (they take up to 6 people at a time and go wherever you’d prefer.) Cheeca is also nice for a spa day! We will be back for sure!!
