Nestled in Angel Fire, this lovely house for $272 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beautiful, cozy , passive solar home is located in Angel Fire, New Mexico. There is plenty to do here, both summer and winter. The well stocked kitchen allows for numerous cooks. The upstairs master suite, with a queen size bed and single day bed has a private deck. The master bath has a shower and separate jetted tub and double sinks. Downstairs, one bedroom adjoins the bathroom, has a queen size bed and access to the lower deck. The third bedroom has a full/twin bunkbed. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open for lots of family togetherness. There is a queen size hide-a-bed with memory foam mattress in the living room. The roomy deck has a table with lighted solar umbrella and chairs. There are also chaise lounges and a porch swing. There is also a removable gate for pets and young children. Upper deck has a bistro table and 2 chairs. The ski area is 1 mile for downhill skiing and tubing in winter, biking and hiking and zipline in the summer. A hike in national forest is 1/2 mile away. The Country Club is 1 1/2 miles away for golf, tennis and basketball, a pool and weight room and restaurants and bar. Monte Verde Lake, 2 miles has fishing and pedal boats as well as paddle boards, or bring your own. Angel Fire is a great place to relax and just enjoy the outdoors. There is lots of wildlife around. The hiking is great. The stars are wonderful on a clear night. Our house is passive solar so it is light and bright and stays nice and warm in the winter thanks to the sun. Comfortable, homey, relaxing, well stocked home. Far enough from town for relaxing and watching the deer come around the property, yet close enough to the ski slope and restaurants and the sleigh rides to enjoy the activities offered.

This was our first trip to Angel Fire, NM. We needed a quiet place that we could bring our dog to that would be near hiking, mountain biking and the town center and this was perfect! The house has the feeling of a family home- everything you could need was available. We were happy staying there. If you are looking for place in the mountains that offers a variety of activities and is close to other destinations like Eagle Nest Lake and Taos,NM this is a perfect location- One thing I would advise- if you are sensitive to perfumed soaps or detergents bring you own. All of the soaps at this property even the garbage bags were heavily scented. Be prepared to cook most of your meals-the restaurants in Angel Fire are not operating at full capacity and the food selection is limited. The market is great! And you can get anything you want there....it is why we booked this rental- it was close enough to walk to.

We try to get to New Mexico for a couple of weeks during the summer to escape the Texas heat. This house worked great for our needs. The internet was fast enough for us to be able to work for a couple of days. The location was nice with the Linx trailhead just down the road so we could hike without having to get in the car. Lowe's grocery store is a short drive and we really enjoyed eating at El Jefe's and Elements at the country club. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

My husband and I had a delightful time at this comfortable cabin. The kitchen/living area were very spacious, with beautiful windows looking out on the property, which is set back from the road, providing plenty of privacy. The large deck along the back of the cabin was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. The neighborhood is very quiet, and deer joined us each day, making our time outside even better! I LOVED the kitchen; very organized, well equipped, and very pleasant. The entire home is Super Clean. This property is perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway.

July 2023, This was the perfect place for us, centrally located in AF, near the market and shops, and easily located with Google maps. We were here for a wedding and were able to accomodate guests as if we were at our own home. We had our dogs with us, so please be aware if you are traveling with yours... there are no fences or yards and the owner's policy is all dogs "must be leashed". Additionally, there is a lot of wildlife in the area- deer, elk, bear, bobcat. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Property was even better than described. Cabin/home was well equipped with everything we needed. It was comfortable, and relaxing. Loved the location in a peaceful area, close to hiking, and plenty of outdoor space on the property. We were greeted by the neighborhood welcoming committee...several deer grazing..every evening! This property was great for our family, and we really appreciated it being available for us to vacation there, and make some great memories.

Great Cabin for a nice get away. Nice location, clean cabin, an plenty of windows to watch wildlife walking through the property. Our kids where happy that there were bikes to ride, and a hammock to get into and relax. Everything inside the cabin was very accommodating.

This house is in a quiet subdivision that is about two blocks from the only grocery store in town and about a mile from Angel Fire bike park. The house was exactly how it appeared in the photos. There were deer in the yard every evening and the neighbors were very nice. The house had a grill, gas stove, microwave, and lots of cooking/baking utensils.We drove to the house, and the only thing I would have done differently would have been bringing more food to take advantage of the kitchen. The store in town is pretty small and really expensive. Taos is a short drive away and the owners provide a thorough assortment of info about local attractions in addition to the resort. The wi-fi worked well if you have to bring work with you. The large back deck is really nice in good weather. We didn’t need the washer and dryer this time but it was still nice to have that option if we wanted it. The property was clean and access was no problem. This property struck a nice balance between size, cost, and location.

We enjoyed several days in this house in Angel Fire, at about 8200 ft. The house was exactly as pictured and described.This was a great base to adventure out to Red River, Philmont, Cimarron Canyon, Taos, and Chimayo. The "Lynx" trailhead is just a few houses up the street, which accesses the entire greenbelt trail system.

It was our second stay at the property and everything was great! The owners were very helpful and we found snowshoeing just across the road in the greenbelt. There was an abundance of cooking supplies and we enjoyed great meals.

The vacation rental had everything you could possibly need. The sheets were super comfy and the beds were nice too. And our favorite part was the deer that came and hung out all around the house each evening and morning! Would definitely come back!

This house is amazing! First place we could actually have a real fire. Beds are comfy and the whirlpool tub is wonderful after a day of skiing. Check in and out is super simple and the location is perfect. Loved seeing the deer in the yard. Hope we can stay here again.

5 adults, 4 dogs, 1 baby… We had an amazing time playing board games, cooking, and exploring the trails just walking distance from our cozy cabin. The home was beautiful, well stocked, and the fire kept us warm throughout the winter days and nights. The hosts were super responsive and flexible. Angel Fire is a fabulous getaway and has everything you need—Mountain views, amenities, and outdoor adventures galore.

This is the 2nd stay in Angel Fire at the Miller's place. Nice big kitchen, comfortable furniture, big yards and easy walking to beautiful views. Everything was easy come, easy go (reluctantly). I could stay another week. Although I should have been outside more, I came to decompress and it was a full weekend of football. Plenty of streaming options and local channels available.

Perfect location near a trail head which joins a network of trails. Short distance from Angel Fire Ski Resort. Great for folks with dogs who enjoy walking/snowshoeing the trails with their dogs. Deer love to come by this property.

A great location in the Angel Fire Area. Much cooler at about 8000 ft Great local trail system accessible by foot from the house. Close to Eagle nest lake for kayaking & 30 mins to Taos for margaritas & shopping. House well equipped, closed decks for dog to watch the wild variety of wildlife walking by. Master bed seemed a bit small perhaps a double and not a queen? however master bath was very nice with new shower, whirlpool tub.

The property is nicely located to be convenient to all the activities that Angel Fire specifically and the Enchanted Circle in general has to offer. The deck is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the deer graze. The owners were very responsive to our needs, especially when we locked ourselves out of the house.

We visited Angel fire for our first trip. We had a great time at this property. Super close to the ski resort. We were able to have snow which my kids loved and we made use of the sleds. The house is well stocked with toiletries, paper products, and other essentials. Will definitely return again

We enjoy this property a lot. It is a cute cabin and a great location. We loved watching the wild life around us. The cabin was very well equipped. It was a perfect much for my family and my dogs who also loved the walks in the woods. We will definitely stay there again next time.
