Apartamento cómodo y acogedor.

Era muy moderno, y estaba reformado.

La mini nevera hacía mucho ruido y el baño era un poco incómodo a la hora de ventilarlo, se condensaba mucho la humedad. El plato de ducha no estaba bien instalado porque se salía el agua continuamente al ducharse.

Goede locatie maar te weinig warm water

De kamer is voldoende ruim en de badkamer is ook goed in orde. Vooral de locatie is top.

Er zijn wel wat minpuntjes, het 3e bed in de slaapkamer is geen volwaardig bed, er zijn geen glazen in de badkamer voor het poetsen van de tanden, het warm water is na 10 minuten op, waardoor je dus niet kan douchen met 3 personen. De verluchting van de kamers is niet optimaal.

Ubicación excepcional. Las camas y las almohadas eran muy cómodas. Buenas instalaciones y limpieza.

Se salía el agua de la ducha porque la puerta no cerraba muy bien.

Central and convenient to explore Bilbao

Near the Guggenheim was perfect for us and at the river side

Ground floor was convenient for us but people can look into windows from above outside if jalousies not closed

Está ubicada en una planta baja, sin escaleras, muy prolija y de fácil acceso (cerraduras con códig

Muy lindo aspecto. Buenas camas y almohadas. La respuesta rápida a problemas

La puerta del baño no trababa. Así que siempre estaba eso pendiente que con niños no es lo más indicado. El duchero se tapó y desbordó una vez e inundó el baño y empezó a salir para la habitación. y si bien fueron de mantenimiento a reparar, siguió desbordando luego

Sitio donde volver para patear Bilbao

La situación es muy muy buena, el sitio es muy acogedor y está muy limpio. Muy bien el tema del chek in on line y muy majos con la información tanto por la app de Booking como por WhatsApp. Muy bien la verdad

Para mí (pero esto es muy personal) la cama no es muy cómoda.

Ansich in Ordnung aber den Preis nicht ganz Wert.

Die Lage war toll. -das Zimmer war ansich schön und sauber (Nummer 4 war halt auch sehr…kompakt) -die Matratze war gut - mit dem Code eintreten etc war auch easy (nachdem ich die Nachricht via WhatsApp gefunden habe)

- das mit dem Schallisoliert in Bezug aufs Zimmer stimmt vielleicht. Leider trifft das aber auf die Fenster NICHT zu. Aktuell befindet sich eine Baustelle vor dem Haus und es hat sich angehört als würden die Arbeiten im Zimmer passieren. Es war leider sehr laut. - Ebenso war die Notfallbeleuchtung im Zimner so hell, dass ich ohne Schlafmaske nicht schlafen konnte. Aber da bin ich, ehrlicher Weise, auch empfindlich. - der Kühlschrank war nicht an & es lief Wasser raus. - das Bett hat gequietscht & die eine, große Decke für 2 Personen war sehr warm, aber auch das ist Geschmackssache. - die Fernbedienung gehört ersetzt, wir wollten morgens gemütlich via YouTube Musik hören, die Navigation ging leider sehr schwer.

Disappointing at best!

ONLY the location!Nothing more!!

ABSOLUTELY ZERO SOUNDPROOFING!! We couldn't sleep all night...Noices from the street like they were inside the room! Any noice from other rooms in the building,again like the noice was like coming directly from our room! Problem with the faucets of all rooms. Everytime someone used the faucet, a very loud and ANNOYING sound was heard, and of course since there was no soundproofing anywhere in the whole building, the noice was very disturbing and we couldn't sleep at all. And believe me, this was happening ALL night!! We were able to hear any door opened/closed in the building, any discussion inside and outside of the building..everything! I can see that this was a whole house or something and they divided it to many rooms to be rent but they did not spend any money on soundproofing.. Very dissapointing. We would not even think to stay here for a second time if we ever plan to visit Bilbao again!! Please also note that we booked a room just for one night....... Also all the walls you see at the photos are not real.I mean the walls in the room are not with stone or concrete as you think they are when you see the photos. They are just fake walls!

A great location, but not really as good as it should be

Location is great - a few minutes from the Guggenheim

We weren’t expecting luxury, but it was disappointingly basic . Rooms are dark, furnishings tired and although we had booked to stay several days, the room was not serviced (we had to ask for sheets to be changed as they kept coming off the bed) .

*very good location *fairly clean *ok towels *comfortable pillows *easy access *luggage storage

*it’s a ground floor - nevertheless feels safe *when I entered the room (#4) I was struck by unpleasant bleach strong smell (it went away when I opened the window but it was not nice entrance experience at all *there is limited amount of warm water (for me it was enough but it created sort of limitation in my mind which I didn’t appreciate) *some coffee or tea provided would be nice *my doors lock didn’t work which made me feel a bit unsafe at night *there is an “exit green light” above the door - it totally disturbed my sleep *the bathroom was clean but everything inside seemed outdated (rust, the mirror light didn’t work, the washbasin tap was moving) It’s a convenient place to stay a couple of nights but it doesn’t have any vibe or kind of a spirit (no reception, no direct contact with the staff/owners, no common kitchen area etc., but it’s my very personal preference). In my opinion (over €100/night) little value for money.

Exceptional

This was a very good stay just across the river from the Bilbao Guggenheim, a 5-10 min walk. An early check-in was accommodated and the place very clean and tidy. The property had pin-pad entry which was convenient if we wanted to do separate things. The host was very responsive.

Great spot conveniently located and very helpful staff

this place is centrally located and very close to the Guggenheim. The owner is amazing - we arrived a week earlier than our stay to walk the Camino and needed to store luggage - the owner was exceptional when we called from the airport after finding there was no luggage storage there. He explained storage at the accommodation was available but not secure but after wards researched and txted us with several options including an image of the storage at the central bus depot which was what we used. We really appreciated his help as he went beyond what anyone else would have done.

Location. Close to Guggenheim & quiet.

There was a fridge & kettle but no basics were provided. Would have been nice to have some tea, coffee & milk supplied. Access to Netflix etc would have been welcome.

A very basic, simple room which has all you need. I would book again.

It was a lovely bright room and it was close to the Guggenheim Museum. I thought it was good value for money and generally I would assume it’s relatively quiet as the area is residential. I unfortunately had some form of road works going in when I was there so an 8am wake up call. It is a very simple, basic room but everything you need.

Although a hot water jug was provided to boil water there were no condiments or cups. This felt a little strange.

I loved the industrial design. The bed was super comfortable.

No instant coffee or tea was provided. It might have been nice to have had a microwave or a safe but it was fine without.

Good Value and Location

Very easy check in process, the room was stylish and clean. Location was within walking distance to the centre. Overall really good value for money and a pleasant stay.

We didn't have any issues but there didn't seem to be a reception or staff in the building, it was all self service. For us, this was no issue but may concern others.

bed was very comfortable. bathroom was very clean. great location

air conditioning was difficult to use. we contacted the number given and he was very helpful and apologetic . it worked eventually.
