Nestled in Fort Lauderdale, this lovely house for $740 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Thanks for looking at my listing! My house is located in Coral Ridge, one of the best neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale. It is in a perfect location - far enough away from main thoroughfares to be quiet, but within walking distance of the beach, malls, and many restaurants. If you rent the house, you'll enter the living room first - and in front of you will be a wall of glass doors, through which you'll see the pool, waterfall, and spa. It's pretty awesome both during the day and especially at night, and it's why I bought the house. On nice days the doors can be slid to the side, creating an expansive opening. The living room is equipped with a 60' LCD LED TV with 3D capability, Blu-ray player, and surround sound. And you'll be sure to find your favorite shows with high definition cable with 320 channels. The French Country kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need to prepare meals. The appliances are stainless steel, and include a wine cooler and dishwasher. There are three very spacious bedrooms, all of which are easily large enough for king-sized beds. All bedrooms are equipped with 40 inch LED LCD TVs, with Blu-ray players and upgraded high definition cable. King beds are present in the master suite and the 'green room', and two twins (which may be exchanged with a king upon request) are found in the 'grey room'. The dining room overlooks the patio/garden area, with a table that normally seats 6. Table can be expanded to seat 8 guests. The patio, the pool, and the hot tub are new. The patio is travertine marble, with a dining area, a sitting area, and 4 lounge chairs. Gas grille is located on the patio. The back is completely surrounded by tropical plants and is entirely private. The pool and hot tub are heated and controlled by remote control. Our home is clean, safe, and ready for guests' arrival. Other amenities: - High speed wireless internet - New washer and dryer - Audio can be wirelessly streamed from Apple devices or iTunes to the living room. Devices can also be connected with standard headphone jacks. - iPhone docks with speakers available. For those with other devices, a standard headphone jack can also be used. - Completely equipped kitchen - High chair and port-a-crib (on request)

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. It is in a great neighborhood, quiet, and close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and the wonderful coast. We found the home to be very clean and well stocked with towels, paper products, and kitchen supplies. I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked from small appliances to casserole dishes. There is also both a keurig and a regular coffee maker. The owner is quick to respond to questions. The hot tub and pool are both beautiful and was awesome on the cool nights. The beach is close enough to bike but the traffic was heavy, we drove and never had a problem parking at Fort Lauderdale beach. We will definitely be returning.

The home, pool, and property was everything as advertised. The house offers all you can think about included towels, umbrellas, chairs for the beach. The home was very clean and spacious and it is private, quiet, and secure. Mary Ellen was quickly communicative. Our stay was gorgeous and so we can recommend this property.

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first visit. The pool is incredible and the property is very well maintained. It was plenty of space for our family of 4 and our small dog and the house is well-appointed with towels and kitchen supplies. We plan to visit again when in the area. The location is perfect - close to the beach, shopping, the river walk area and Las Olas. The hosts could not be more kind or accommodating and the experience sets a high bar for a relaxing, smooth stay!

Probably the best vacation house we have ever rented. House was spectacular, landscaping was beautiful. Pool and spa were great. House was was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Great location within walking distance of CVS and nice restaurants, yet with beautifully mature landscaping rendering yard, pool, and spa secluded. Had issues with Wi-Fi which owner/property manager addressed expeditiously. Stayed 5 weeks and are hoping we can stay again next year.

This house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The owner of the house, Mary Ellen, was the best! She responded promptly to our questions. The house is very technical and absolutely amazing. The yard itself is gorgeous! Mary Ellen thought of anything and everything you might need. This was by far our best experience coming to FL. My 14 yr old son was even amazed by the house. I hope to do more business with Mary Ellen in the future.

We loved our experience from start to finish ! Mary Ellen’s home was warm, welcoming, spacious & clean The pool area is absolutely the star of the show ✨I ❤️ love 💕 love 💗 the hot tub We had so much fun hanging by the pool , bike riding around the neighborhood, to the beach 🏖 The beds are super comfy , the living room & kitchen / dining area are spacious !!! Glamorous yet functional 🤩 We ate out most nights (casa D’Angelo, del Frisco’s on los Olas , Zona Fresca 🤤, yummy low key Mexican ) we also had my brother & his family @ the pelican nearby which was fun to go to hang out & visit there ~~ especially the kids to play in the lazy river We never really had a dull moment 😄 But the absolute highlight of our trip we’re 2 things really 1. Going on a date night on bikes 🚲 to Casablanca cafe on the beach with my hubby (leaving the kids with their cousins to have their own fun @ Del Frisco’s in los olas And of course communicating with Mary Ellen …getting to know her 💜she is always available , helpful & happy to respond with open arms & love in her heart 🙏💜❤️💖 Thank you for opening your home to us ❌⭕️ This trip was long overdue & we all truly enjoyed your home Much love & gratitude From Shannon & jake Aden & indie And Linda too!!! ❌⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️✨

This property is beautiful and completely as advertised. We had a week's stay to meet up with family in the area and the accommodations were beyond expectations. I can say this is the best VRBO property that we have stayed in to date. Great location and everything you need for a vacation. The pool is great and the house is very spacious. Looking forward to renting with Mary Ellen again as she was very responsive and accommodating!!

Had a great family vacation at this wonderful home. The house is gorgeous, spacious and owners thought of every extra to make your stay more enjoyable and worry free. (plenty of towels, shampoos, laundry items, kitchen utensils/appliances). The pool, hot tub and proximity to beach were well enjoyed! Perk of going in late June, we had the beach and every restaurant to ourselves. Great communication, great property and great vacation. Thank you!
