ONE Cable Beach is a secure gated condominium community - oceanfront with beautifully manicured gardens, infinity pool, cabanas, and gym. Conveniently walkable to West Bay Street's restaurants, bars, grocery/liquor stores, waterpark and a nearby casino for entertainment. This is a 5th floor residence with a balcony. Starter set of amenities included: liquid hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher pods, paper towel roll. Please note that we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own personal care items for their stay. Enjoy exclusive access to the amenities at ONE Cable Beach, including the residential concierge for personalized assistance. The fitness center is well-equipped, providing a space for guests to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The infinity pool offers a luxurious escape with breathtaking views, while the community BBQ area and cabana provide perfect spots for socializing. The front desk is open Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9AM to 4PM. Front gate security is 24 hours. The property was immaculate and spacious four out family of four; two adults, two kids. The unit had everything we needed for our stay.
Communication with the property manager was easy and we were able to plan ahead for just about everything including transportation to/from airport and locally through the area during our stay.
The common area (pool and gym) were fantastic. My son and I snorkeled off the beach and saw a few fish as well as two large starfish. We did a day excursion through powerboat excursions which I’d highly recommend (feed the iguanas, swimming pigs, stingrays, sharks). There are plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. We had reservations throughout our stay at both some local and some downtown and to the west.
The only downside to our trip was two days of rain on our last two days of the trip; otherwise would have been perfect.

Spent the month of February 2023, our 3rd stay. Love it here. Quite, nicely appointed condo close to everything. We don’t even rent a car. Management is great too.

Tamara was amazing! She helped us with any questions we had. The property was pretty, but there was a few things that could of been improved. I felt like the comforters were dirty and stain. The rugs were also not clean. We found popcorn kernals on the floor when we are arrived. We had 6 people, and not enough linens for the pullout bed or towels and wash cloths. When staying at this property, make sure you have groceries delivered or have a get a plan to get groceries!! You will have nothing available to use for even one day!

The building's location to the Baha Mar makes dining out simple and efficient (only about a 1/2 mile walk). We highly recommend this unit for a stay!

My husband and I spent a week at Tamara's unit on the fifth floor of One Cable Beach and had a wonderful time. The unit is spacious and fully updated. The building's location to the Baha Mar makes dining out simple and efficient (only about a 1/2 mile walk). We highly recommend this unit for a stay!

We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week in the Bahamas. This condo is clean and in an excellent location as advertised. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and the pool area and beach were all we needed to enjoy each day. The color of the ocean here was 2nd to none! Prior to leaving, Tamera was very attentive to my questions and responded promptly each time which I really appreciated. We would stay here all over again!

Fantastic Stay!
Great location and property for our short trip through Nassau. The condo was perfect for our group of two couples. Tamara helped to arrange for transportation from the airport and to dinner one evening. Everything about the facility is well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon.

Beautiful, modern, perfectly maintained
This condo had style and substance. Visually attractive, with contemporary furnishings, it also had top-line appliances. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous pool overlooking Nassau's patented clear blue and green waters. Would definitely return.
