Nestled in South Forest Beach, this attractive villa for $330 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Hilton Head- Bike 'n Bed. Our charming oceanside villa is located on South Forest Beach Drive, the center of where it's at on Hilton Head Island. Sea Side villas are on the beach just about a 5 minute walk from Coligny Plaza and all the shopping, fun, and restaurants a plenty! We have our own beach access walkway and a sun deck just for the Sea Side guests to enjoy. A pool is onsite to cool down in after a long day in the salt water or hitting golf balls on one of the nation's best courses. Among the other amenities, there is covered parking, elevators, and a charcoal grilling area. Best of all, this is a family friendly, gated condominium community with secure access. Our ocean villa is ideal for a couple's vacation, but if you want to bring the kids, there are bunks in the hallway area. A neat little hideaway for them that they will truly enjoy. Free, super fast WiFi internet access through Charter Spectrum. Roku TV with streaming apps in the living room and a TV with Roku in the bedroom. (Bring your own passwords) While you are guests at our condo, our bicycles are available for you to use for free. All we need is for you to read the bike rules and let us know that you've read them, then we will send you the lock code. Here are the bike rules: • It will be your responsibility to check the bikes for safety issues – brakes, steering, pedals, tires, etc. • DO NOT ride a bicycle if there is a safety issue. Report it to us immediately! • Safety helmets are not provided. If you feel unsafe riding without a helmet, do not ride the bikes • If a bike has a flat tire or other issue, please let us know and we will arrange for repair • You may ride the bikes on the beach if you want, but you must rinse off the salt water and sand prior to parking them. There are beachside showers that can be used for rinsing them • If there is excessive sand on the bike when you arrive, please let us know. It's ok to snitch. In this case, snitches don't get stitches ;-) • When riding the roadside bike trails, you must stay on the bike trails. Never ride in the street • When bikes are parked, you must lock the bikes with the provided bike locks. • When parked at the condo, please lock the bike frame to the rack • Return the bikes to the space on the rack where you found them We will not be held responsible for property damage caused by you while you are using our bicycles. Ride at your own risk and ride safely. The bicycles are locked to the bike rack at the bottom of the stairs. They are black beach cruisers and can be identified by my logo sticker, “843ByTheSea”, and my phone number. There are 4 of them, all 4 adult size (26 inch). If you need kid size bikes, there are rental shops nearby. One shop is directly across the street.

We were passing through the area and wanted to stop by someplace we hadn't visited previously. The unit was as described and pictured. Just steps to the beach, under cover parking. The unit had what we needed for an overnight. Getting inside the gate was a little less than optimal, but we handled it just fine. We would likely stay again, especially if we were staying longer than one night. The beach was beautiful. The bikes were right there for use, although we didn't take advantage because it rained just after we checked in.

The condo is the perfect walking distance to the beach! Steven was super fast with any communication. We texted him that we were arriving earlier than expected and were able to check in early, which was much appreciated. Condo was well stocked. We loved having access to the bikes, made for a quick ride to Coligny Plaza for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Short walk to beach, close to Coligny and not a long drive to Sea Pines and Harbor Town. Unit had a nice balcony with a little table and chairs. Had everything we needed. The pool was very clean with lots of chairs and tables. Recommend, would stay again!

We only had a few days this year do to our work schedules but we were determined to make the best of it! We stayed during the RBC Heritage tournament weekend and this was the perfect location for us to be right next to the beach and then Uber each day to the tournament easily 10 minutes away! There is so many restaurants & shops in walking distance. We loved being able to walk right out to the boardwalk to get to the beach easily! Can’t wait to bring our kids back with us next time!

What an amazing week! The weather could not have been better! What a beautiful vacation coming down from Syracuse, NY. The condo was wonderful. It was perfect for our family. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We love staying in Sea Pine Villas. It is a two minute walk to the beach and perfectly located. Steve was very attentive and was responsive to all questions. We will be coming back for sure. This was our third year coming and it will not be our last. You won’t be disappointed!!

At first look the villa looks nice and clean. Shower, frig, oven and microwave were very clean. Dishes, pots and pans are spotless and ready for use. After 24 hrs I noticed it could use a spring cleaning. Vents near ceiling in bath and floor under the air-conditioner/heater and rug in living area need a little work. But, I would rent it again, 4.5 star stay!
