Situated in Peppermint Grove Beach, this charming house for $289 per night is a great choice for your next break. Oceanside is a well equiped comfortable relaxed house . Ideal for 2 people , sharing the views, master bedrooms and Main living. Also brilliant for bigger groups or you have friends joining you the 4 bedrooms give everyone space. Separate TV room. There is a bathroom on either side of the house making it ideal for 2 families. Master bed is huge with ocean views a queen sized bed shares ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has 2 King single beds shares ensuite Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of bunks Bedrooms 3 & 4 share family bathroom with bath and shower We have an outside 3rd shower to keeping sand on the beach . Currently we are doing extra cleaning Leaving 24 hours between bookings Full linen can be booked for 30.00 per person If you are bringing your own linen Spare pillows will be available but away from beds, with doonas and blankets You can choose to bring your own doonas, pillows and towels. If short on car space bring doona covers, pillow cases and towels. Shoes are better left outside Sleeps 8 maximum priced for 4 The main living and kitchen with induction cook top, overlook the great views of geograph bay. Dishwasher Free Wifi Cot, and highchair available. Disabled access including ramp to footpath. Laundry When you instant book at Oceanside your dates will block. If you make an enquiry only, someone can book over the top of you on Homeaway. We aim to respond within 3-4 hours max. Please let me know if require the booking so you do not lose the dates . House is cleaned before each booking. We ask you leave house tidy and swept., kitchen surfaces wiped and dishwasher empty. cleaning can be arranged if you prefer. This is so clients can choose their level of service and budget. Optional full clean including barbecue $90.00 Optional Part clean $80.00. Essencials including coffee and papers. I found some good sourdough bread. They have a bottle shop Ring them to find out when they are doing wood fired pizza. Worth checking out Capel also has some great little cafes and a good IGA Totally recommend stopping at Bunbury Farmers market great food to make easy meals during your stay. Perfect beachfront property for all the family. As repeat visitors we can highly recommend… although such a beautiful location we would like to keep it secret really ; ) Upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen since we last stayed were great. Clean, everything you need in the kitchen and around the house, super easy comms with the owner. Thank you for a great stay!

I’ve had multiple stays here over several years and Sarah is always a delight to communicate with. It’s a really relaxing place for myself and my dogs and the various upgrades of decor and appliances inside the house is much appreciated. Perhaps the windows of the main bedroom can be cleaned from the outside because there tends to be a build up of bugs and salt over time. This probably applies to other windows as well. A hose down once in a while just to tidy things up would be great. Thanks for a great stay and hope to be back.

Stayed with my daughters , elderly mum and my dog . The house is beautiful and views are amazing. Even though it rained most of the time we just loved watching the ocean . Home is beautiful and clean , great set up for the pooch with a fenced area at side of house.Close to Busselton and Bunbury . Beautiful sunsets and what a view from the bedroom and main area . Loved our time here.

Not to eat silly! While we ate our breakfast on the verandah we were treated with a visit from bottlenose dolphins hunting and playing in the water. The accommodation was clean and well laid out. Our toddler loved exploring and everything was pretty kid safe indoors. Only 30 minute drive to Bunbury or Busselton. Would love to visit again!

What an amazing house, everything was perfect. The location, house layout, cleanliness, all the little added extras puzzles, games, kitchen supplies! So well done. We loved staying and didn't want to leave. Extra special was being able to bring our dog with us and share the adventure with him☺️ That beach is just beautiful. Will definitely try and be back again soon!

We couldn’t be happier! The accessibility options for Dad made life easier for everyone and allowed him to feel comfortable and confident. Perfect holiday house. The view is amazing! You can be preparing dinner and look out over the ocean from all front windows. Would suit 2 families with the layout. Very organised host. Really loved the change from our bush property.

Great place to stay, heaps of room, very clean and tidy. Enclosed area for dogs. View was amazing and beach access very easy. Great place to relax and unwind. Capel very close if you need supplies. Busselton and Bunbury 20 min drive.
