Nestled in Peppermint Grove Beach, this lovely house for $745 per night is a great option for your next trip. A fabulous 5 bedroomed house, modern design easily accommodates three families. On the ground level, marble flooring, king size bedroom, bathroom and large living area. The upper level consists of four bedrooms (main room with WIR, en-suite and spa bath), utility room, family bathroom, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher & coffee machine (capsules), living area and deck. All bedrooms have expansive wardrobe/storage space, blinds and block out curtains. The house has very efficient reverse cycle air conditioning operating on two separate systems upstairs and downstairs and both internal and external solar shades. WiFi and cot are available on request. The kitchen has granite worktops, a dishwasher and is equipped to cover the majority of needs. There is a BBQ area with table and chairs undercover, protected from the sun and the wind. There is a grassed area at the back of the house. Pets are generally allowed (please refer to owner). Living Arrangement Downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and the two double rooms upstairs have have queen sized beds (including the main bedroom with the en-suite). One bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other bedroom two single beds which can be joined together to make a king size bed. Upstairs living area has CD/Radio, 42" TV, DVD/Video player. Downstairs living area has 42" TV, Wii Games and console, Table tennis. Activites Spend the day beach-side, swimming, fishing and diving. Explore some of the great local galleries and wineries including award winning Capel Vale Winery. There is a small reserve just across from the house with a children's playground for younger children and a tennis court near the community centre (5 min walk away). There is also the newly errected lookout just round the corner offering great views of Peppy Beach. The property is only a 20 minute drive to either Bunbury or Busselton, and 45 minutes to Margaret River. The small town of Capel is 10 minutes away by car and can provide for all your grocery needs, post office, video shop, and gourmet pasta & pizza. There is plenty to do in the area in addition to the huge number of wineries. For example in Bunbury there is the Dolphin Discovery Centre, in Busselton the jetty with the underwater observatory, Wonky Windmill Farm & Eco Park. In the Dunsborough area you have the Countrylife Farm and between September and December you can go on a sunset Whale Watch Tour. Margaret River/Yallingup you have the caves, Berry Farm, the Naturalistic Reptile Park, mazes & mini golf. Then there is The Ferguson Valley with Gnomeville!

We booked Peppidune for a celebratory occasion. which has been tainted by the owner incorrectly telling us that we broke a lock. As per previous reviews, we took photos and a video as others had problems before us. Despite the massive terms and conditions, rules, and security cameras (which made us feel quite uncomfortable) we enjoyed ourselves. However, I have been unable to reach anyone at Stayz or Vrbo to make inquiries. I would suggest to stay elsewhere. It’s really not worth the stress and hassle.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great to be just near the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and just right for us. Just a few minor points: - the vacuum cleaners were not working properly so we had to physically sweep the whole house; and - It would be appreciated if more internet data was available. Otherwise our stay was fantastic.

Stayed with my girlfriends over the weekend for my 40th. The house is amazing! Beautiful view straight across from the beach, plenty of beds and places to sit and chill. Everyone loved it. Definitely recommend, everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Thankyou!!!

Family of 9 enjoyed 4 days here. Everything was available and house did not disappoint. view is wonderful. each day we saw dolphins feeding not far off shore. and all from the balcony. Beach is 2 minutes away.. we took our 2 family labradors who loved the beach and the property too. Plenty of everything you need in the house. Nicki was very easy to deal with and provided us with very good details of the property and what was around the area. Ferguson Valley is so close and offers so much to see and do. We have made more wonderful family memories and look forward to returning.

Our families had the best time at the property. Facilities were clean and well kept and the property lenses itself to families being able to stay under the same roof whilst still enjoying space. The balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunset!

Cannot recommend highly enough can accomodate 12 easily and all most comfortable. Views to die for, couldnt be closer to the beach. Variety of places to eat and enjoy each others company.

The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Excellent beach views and very close to the ocean. Beds were very comfortable but you have to take your own linen, unless you pay extra. The floors were not clean, but everything else was good. The video player didn't work and the sound system needs to be upgraded to bluetooth. The water system is tricky. Nothing is allowed down the sink other than water and approved detergents, so we had to rinse everything in a bucket and tip any liquids into the bucket, then empty on the garden. We still had a wonderful stay though and Nicki was very easy to deal with. We would go there again.
