Seaglass & Sol Coastal Retreat at Peppermint Grove Beach accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a custom designed split level house with breath-taking views of Geographe Bay from almost every room. Peppermint Grove Beach is the hidden gem of the South West and has so much to offer, from beautiful beaches, swimming, beach walks, snorkelling, surfing and other aquatic activities, great walking trails through the Tuart Forest and is a leisurely drive to Busselton, Dunsborugh, Yallingup, Margaret River, world class wineries and restaurants. Soak up this amazing location with a walk along the beach or spend a day just relaxing on the upper deck, in the reading nook with a book or magazine, downstairs on the daybed , or spending time with the family and friends. Features: -3 levels and a large upper level deck/balcony to sit and enjoy those morning coffees or evening BBQ and drinks. -Stunning views over Geographe Bay from all main living areas -Reverse cycle air conditioning in living area and main bedroom -Fans and heaters in downstairs rooms -Free Wifi -Telstra TV and Free Netflix -Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee pod machine -Pets permitted on an application basis -3 bedrooms each with it’s own unique style. Bedroom 1 The Ocean room on the entrance level: has a King size bed and partial ocean views, walk in robe and large walk through ensuite complete with rainshower. Bedroom 2 Our Boho inspired room on the lower level is fitted with a Queen size bed with garden view and ocean glimpses. Bedroom 3 The Seaglass Room has 2 x King single beds with partial ocean views. All rooms are equipped with either ceiling fans or pedestal fan and heaters. The master bedroom also reverse cycle air-conditioning. The second bathroom has shower with a separate bath. The house has 3 toilets, all separate from bathrooms, including a powder room in the foyer. The open plan upper level includes the lounge area complete with huge comfortable modular sofa, reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV with Telstra TV, free Netflix, DVD and CD Player. A long island bench in the kitchen ensures there is space for everyone, whether you are cooking up a storm or perched on a bar stool with a glass of wine. Fully equipped with everything you could need including microwave, electric oven, separate gas cook top, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and Delonghi Nepresso coffee pod machine. The dining area with huge solid wood table has stunning views from a large window to create a backdrop of ever-changing ocean views. And our reading nook offers a place to sit and read or to talk over a cup of coffee. The property is fully fenced and pets may be considered on an application only basis, additional cleaning fees may apply, refer to property manager. A dog friendly beach is only a short stroll away. We like to offer a relaxed quiet environment for our guests and expect the same from our guests. We do not accept leavers or groups looking to party at the property. If you’re planning a big party this may not be the house for you. Minimum of 2 nights stay is required. Maximum stay of 7 nights.

Thank you for our stay at Seaglass and Sol Coastal Retreat. We loved the relaxed and family-friendly property, which is well-equipped with little luxuries for the entire family, including our pooch. We had a fabulous stay, enjoying the property and also the beach. Fabulous location and is very comfortable. We would love to come and stay again sometime soon.

Our stay at this property was lovely. It's definitely ready to house a family or group. It was well-equipped with beautiful views of the surfers waiting to catch a wave from the deck. The neighbourhood is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Beach access is within walking distance, however, it's not a particularly family friendly beach as it's covered in seaweed. There are plenty of other nice beaches close by. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to laze on whilst soaking up the sun in the backyard. The master bedroom was comfortable and roomy with partial views of the sea. The rolling waves at night were very calming to sleep by. Supermarkets were at Bunbury or Busselton to stock up on supplies as there is only a general store in the caravan park. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Smaller bedroom looked like there was a mould issue on one of the corner cornice, could still see dog hair around lounge area. Non-stick frypan needs desperately to be replaced i have notified owner about this. On the whole house was in great location and we enjoyed our time at PGB.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and been working in five star hotels since and hence yes This place ticks all the boxes you can expect from a luxury home stay. The views are amazing and reminded me of when I used to work at the Rendezvous hotel in Scarborough and get the to see the same view from an executive suite room. The house has everything you needed and even more than I expected. The beach was at your door step with a beautiful 4wd track excess. In simple words just loved the property and I was a ⭐️ in my wife’s books as I was the one who found the property to stay.

Sea glass & Sol is absolutely perfect if you’re looking to totally relax, de stress and enjoy a holiday with family or friends. The home has a welcoming feel with everything you’ll ever need. Tastefully decorated and everything from the bed linen to the crockery is first class. And did I mention the views!!!! After a difficult year, my husband , adult son and dog needed to power down and reflect on the dramas of 2020. What a perfect choice in Seaglass & Sol. The house is divine, with everything you can think of, magical views of the ocean and unspoilt quiet beach to play and wander. Tania was equally helpful and quickly responsive when the Wi-Fi went down and soon we were up and running again. Highly recommend this special property.
