We enjoyed our stay, condo location is great, pictures are a true reflection. We were all very happy and satisfied. Our only suggestion would be to add sone hooks in the entryway, full-size mirrors in both bedrooms and hooks and an additional cabinet in the second bathroom along with hooks for towels and robes. Overall a wonderful unit!

We loved Phyllis’ place! Although a condo, it is still very private with clear instructions to access the property. Short walk to the beach (chairs and towels provided). Short drive to FAU as we came down from MA to move my sister into college. The pool was a great amenity to have as well.

This was a lovely apartment in a small complex. It’s location was fabulous with a very short walk to the beach. The balcony had an inter coastal view. Lovely.

Great location and beautiful, comfortable place. The pool was gorgeous and very quiet all three times we went down there. Super easy check in and check out process, which was great since we drove long distance for our trip with a toddler.

This is a gem! Everything as depicted. Phyllis was very responsive and gave reasons for tiny issues (single ply toilet paper=so the toilets don’t clog…makes sense!). It’s so close to the beach with umbrellas and chairs and a cooler….beds were very comfy and lots of space for 6 adults/teens….pool is on the second story right below and gave peaceful waves at night. Nice selection of seasonings and cooking utensils. I highly recommend!

Great location as close walk to beach and town. Comfy beds and decent showers. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Could have had better amenities for cooking but lots or restaurants within walking distance. Big closets and master bedroom but could use some more hooks around the place. Loved our time there and would come back.

Everything is as portrayed in the add. Kitchen was well equipped and all was clean. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the closeness to the beach. Parking and general access with codes was super easy and pleasant. I just wish the property would replace the old carpets in the elevator and hallway with tiles. Carpeting in this environment does not seem very hygienic.

Perfect property for two couples since both rooms have bigger beds. Condo was very clean and easily walkable to everything... Publix and Crown Liquors were about a 15 minute walk. Beach and restaurants less than 10 minutes walking. $30-40 Uber/Lyft from FLL. I flew into Miami and took the TriRail ($6.25) to the Deerfield Station and had an $8 Uber to the condo. All pretty easy.

Would highly recommend staying at this location!! Very clean and had everything you needed. We walked to the beach and dinner every day. The views were amazing. The condo was modern and very comfortable. Phyllis was super!! Can’t wait to come back:)
