This is all just steps away This pet friendly 2 level condo has great ocean views from both levels. The first floor features large living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath. Relax on the front balcony with your coffee and watch the sunrise overlooking the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk. The second floor has king master bedroom with spectacular ocean views and full bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms on the second level, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 bedroom with 2-twin beds, convertible to king with advance notice We look forward to having you stay with us soon. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

David is a great host and quick to respond. Check-in was a breeze. House is recently renovated and in excellent condition - pictures don't lie. The oceanfront views are UNBELIEVABLE!! Location is amazing and an easy walk to town. Whole family loved it over the holidays. We were sorry to leave but will be back again.

This is our third time staying at this property. The condo, and the location are both fantastic. Very well appointed with two large balconies overlooking the ocean. And David is great to work with, makes everything easy. And they just put in two ginormous tv screens with all the apps on them.

Had a wonderful week with my family in this beautiful condo on the boardwalk. Woke up to sunrises everyday in the over the top primary suite. Great location to park your car and walk everywhere. The park was close by for walking our dog and also good for kids. There were a few loud party guests in the hotel next door one night but all of the condo guests were great. The last day brought high winds (scary) so David (the property manager) came by and took all of the deck furniture inside which was very helpful. As everyone says remember to bring your paper goods, toilet paper, salt, trash bags, dish soap, games etc. There really isn't anything when you arrive so I left toilet paper for the next guests. Both decks have great views and amble seating. Also easy access to beach and biking to Cape Henolopen State Park.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are amazing and the condo feels spacious. There was room for us to be together as well as apart throughout the week. David Clarke, who manages the property was amazing. He was responsive, helpful and went out of his way to assist us. We are booked again for next summer!

Perfection, that is all I can say. Everything was great (location, view, management, furnishings,). You will not regret staying here. Besides being ocean front there is a park 1/2 a block away from the building.

My family was looking for a great Thanksgiving getaway and we found it! Location was perfect and TONS of space to spread out! Waking up to the sunrise on the beach was amazing. Would highly recommend. Host was amazing and wonderful.

Although there were some minor flaws with the condo (such as small 2nd-4th bedrooms) limited kitchen supplies, and uneven cooling between the master and the other bedrooms, this was completely outweighed by the beautiful first floor of the condo, the incredibly spacious master bedroom, and the constant/pleasing sound of the ocean waves. We plan to rent this unit again.

The location was awesome. The property manager was great and was easy to get a hold of. He promptly took care of any issues The only downside was dog hairs from previous renters and some plumbing issues. But overall our stay was fantastic!!

The condo location is amazing and the double balconies make the experience! When we had enough sand/sun for the day, we still spent hours right by the ocean sitting on the balconies. The condo is also more spacious than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. We had plenty of room for the teens in our group and adults to spread out during our week stay. The minus 1 star in cleanliness is due to several plates/cookware being dirty in the cabinets from previous renters. During the summer there is only a few hours between rentals, so I can understand how this was missed. David was very responsive during the week and even replaced vacuum so we could clean up before the end of the week. I would definitely rent again!

House worked well for 6 adults and 2 kids.
Kitchen needs stocking but overall high rating and look forward to returning here and we have rented over 40 years! Perfect spot to watch the sunrise.

Can't beat the location of this property and the convenience factor if you have small children. Great location at the north end of the boardwalk with all of Rehoboth and the ocean at your doorstep. Master bedroom is fantastic and the family room is very comfortable.

The cleanliness of the place was a bit disappointing and there were numerous things that were in need of repair. Having said that, the property manager was helpful and responsive.

Rehoboth Getaway
My extended family and I spent a week at the Condo. We loved it. Couldn't get a better view. The furniture is dated but well cared for, and perfect for our needs with 2 dogs in tow. Relaxed and spacious. David was very responsive to our needs.

Great location, big condo
Both the condo's main living area and the main bedroom have gorgeous views of the beach as well as nice balconies. We fell asleep listening to the lapping surf. The unit is big so that gave us plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. David, the manager, was efficient and nice in adjusting the TVs, getting us a broom, and extra blankets. The condo could use some TLC in places. It was 57-degrees-F and windy one day. The back bedrooms' windows leak. That's why we requested extra blankets. The sliding glass door in the living room doesn't lock and we didn't want the toddler on the deck by herself. We were vigilant. There are other small things that should be fixed or updated. Overall, the location, and the size make this condo a good choice.

Incredible Views, Perfect Location
This is a huge, comfortable, two-story condo with exquisite views upstairs and downstairs. Since it's at the quieter end of the boardwalk, you really can leave windows open even when you're sleeping and hear the ocean waves crashing. As others have noted, it's not luxurious or updated in terms of furnishings and such, but it is very comfortable for a relaxed beach stay. My only suggestion is to be more up front about what the condo does and doesn't include. There were no paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, sponges, or anything to really cook with if you're using anything more than a basic pot or pan. In other VRBOs at this level, I'm used to at least having starter stuff in the kitchen so you can go a day before having to purchase everything.
Communication with David was prompt, professional, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best Location in Rehoboth
The condo was fabulous. You are right on the ocean and the boardwalk. The kitchen is well supplied and has better than average appliances. There is an abundance of room to move about and everything is clean and orderly. The two large balconies, one on each level, provide amazing views of the ocean. The art and decor are an eclectic mix that I found quite interesting and wondered from what past manse the furnishings might have come. The washer and dryer make life convenient for an extended stay. The master bath shower has an interesting open design reminiscent of some European bathrooms.
David, the property manager, is efficient and delightful to work with. We look forward to returning to this property for our next beach getaway.
