This home was fantastic for our stay. It was clean and there were plenty of amenities included. The host, Terry, left plenty of clear instructions to assist with anything we would need. I highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to the area.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Spacious master bedroom & fair sized other rooms. Loved the pool & hot tub! It was a pretty little spot close to all that central Florida offers.

We chose this location as we had days planned at both Disney and Universal. This VRBO is located right in the middle so it was about a 20 minute drive with traffic no matter which park we were going to.
The heated pool was the perfect temp (our stay was filled with cooler days)!
Communication with Terry was a breeze and my one request was immediately taken care of.
The reminders for trash/recycling was so handy, because I definitely would have forgotten - and nobody wants trash sitting for weeks!
Lately I’ve been hearing tons of horror stories of VRBOs canceling days before trips and I was worried - so so glad we booked with Terry so we had nothing to worry about!!
We’re already planning another trip and will be staying here again! This time with the whole fam!

Wonderful short weekend stay! This home is located in a peaceful community, with the backyard overlooking a greenbelt area, which allows for wildlife to be plentiful during the visit. We were fortunate enough to see deer come visit the backyard from that area during the visit! The home itself has been well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated. The host has taken the time to leave plenty of instructions and information on how everything works, how to operate everything in the home as well as information about checking in and out. The host was very responsive since initially booking. We would definitely recommend this home for a stay as well as look to it for a return stay!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The quiet area where it is located is a blessing when you just want to relax away from the busy tourist attactions. The pool and hot tub are awesome and a huge plus after spending hours walking the theme parks. The hot tub definately rejuvinated aching leg muscles! You are so close to 192 and all the shopping places you could ever need. The house has everything you would expect to have in your own home. Including cellphone chargers kids can't live without! There were spices, sugar, kureg pods and plent of utensils and cookware. Tons of towels and linens along with a couple of bikes and golf clubs to borrow. I felt the beds were comfortable, but others did not. That is personal preference and did not impact the quality of the stay. Terry was an amazing host and was available to answer any questions we had. He has QR codes around the house with video instructions on how to interact with all features of the house. (Alarms, thermostat, etc.) The furniture is all in excellent condtion and the home is very clean. I can't wait to come back. You will have an amazting stay so don't delay, book today!

In on word, AMAZING! The whole process from initial booking to arrival, stay and check out was an easy and great process.
Terry (the host), has been very accommodating and helpful, often responding to any enquiries within a very short period of time (given the time differences involved).
The villa is very well laid out and equipped, it really is a home from home. Location wise, it is perfect for easy access to the parks, local Walmart, WaWa, Target etc. and easy to get onto main routes such as the 192, I4 etc for Old Town, I Drive and beyond to Kennedy Space Centre for example. It is about a 30 minute drive to/from MCO airport (depending on traffic).
The villa is spectacular and equipped with everything you need. There were even some frozen ice packs in the freezer compartment if you need them for a cool box when out and about. My children loved the pool and hot tub!
The coffee machine was fab too along with the huge selection of coffee pods available. If you decide to stay in and cook (as we did occasionally), you have everything you need as there is a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Everything is simply perfect. Do not have any hesitation about booking this amazing villa. The villa is the best and Terry is an amazing host. I cannot rate Terry and the villa highly enough.
We are already planning a return visit.

Great place to stay no complaints! The kitchen was equipped for lots of cooking even though we didn’t do much cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice. It was a bit big for our family of 3 but we wanted a place with a pool while we were passing through and this was the best price. Host leaves lots of instructions in case you run into any problems

The home is close to Disney, which we enjoyed for a few days. The pool was nice and very private because their sunny yard backs up to nature. A nice week overall 🙂

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, there were enough bathroom essentials for all 6 of us, and the washer and dryer were so nice to use! The communication with our host was great. Any questions I had, he was very responsive. We enjoyed the security locks in place and felt safe in the neighborhood. After enjoying our adventures throughout the day, it was nice to come back to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The hot tub could have been warmer, but it was still enjoyable. There were enough kitchen essentials for cooking our own meals with a nice table in the dining room and smaller table in the kitchen. This place was perfect for us with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only suggestion I have is more lighting in the pool area, but overall, very satisfied with our stay and the residence.

This Villa is located in the perfect spot, backing onto a conservation area. So peaceful to sit and have your morning coffee at pool side. A very quiet community close to all amenities and all the Disney Parks. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with our grandchildren and of course the adults. The layout of this home is perfect for two families. Terry our host was amazing. So friendly and very responsive to our communications to any questions we had.
