You cannot go wrong staying at Manny’s place. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, and there is a private entrance to the rental, which is very roomy, immaculate, and you get a welcome bottle of local wine and hopefully you get Amal’s cookies and chocolate. As mentioned in other reviews, Manny is unintrusive, but very approachable, he is a great source of information as to the best restaurants and happenings in the area. Overall, Manny will go out of his way to make your getaway very enjoyable. Highly recommended, my wife and I will definitely be back.

The property was beautifully landscaped and the accommodations were very clean. I was greeted upon my arrival and given a short tour of my accommodations and the owner made himself available for any assistance I may have needed.

Manny and Amahl were absolutely fantastic hosts: knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The property is centrally located - just a short drive into town - and the beach is an easy walk. It was perfect for us and our 5-year-old.

Everything was great! Manny and Amal are wonderful hosts. Very clean, beach, short walk or drive with beautiful sunsets and close to all the places we came to visit. Mattituck has quaint little main village type downtown, worth visiting, very good food, and friendly people.

We had a fantastic time at Manny’s apartment. The unit is perfect for a small family break (we brought our 10 month old) who was happy to crawl around the apartment. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach and plenty to offer in the surrounding wine farms, restaurants and markets. Manny was brilliant from the moment we booked. Gave us the best directions to avoid traffic and was there when we arrived and left. Even joined us for a drink in the evening after the our daughter went to sleep. Lots of great tips and suggestions for things to keep us busy. We will be back again.

Manny was a perfect host. Friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Apartment was large and perfect. Table in backyard with grill encouraged you to be outside while at the VRBO. Beach was within walking distance. Main bedroom was large-kitchen was great. Highly recommend this place. Perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay with Manny. Hospitality and lodging were incredible. It was an easy drive to restaurants, wineries and shops. We were all over the North and South Forks and this was a great home base. I can’t say enough great things about how friendly and kind Manny was to us. We would love to come back and stay here! 5 stars!

Stayed for our daughters wedding in nearby Cutchogue. Manny was a great host. Easy to contact and very personable. House was immaculate as far a cleanliness and kitchen fully stocked with anything needed. Greeted with a local bottle of wine and some home made cookies. Also gave us some nice figs from his yard for the ride home! 100% recommendation!

Very comfortable and clean home and very well manicured lawn and flowers. The hosts live upstairs but we couldn’t hear them. Manny, the host, was very welcoming and provided recommendations for restaurants in the area. The beach pass was for two beaches in area which was very nice as well. Beautiful and quiet area. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful baby moon - the accommodations were nice and clean, had everything we needed and great communication with the owners. We had a great time relaxing on the beach nearby. Recommend checking out the local restaurants - had delicious meals there. Hoping to come back in future!

Manny was very friendly and welcoming. He met us in the driveway and took us on a tour of the apartment and went over FAQ. There was a bottle of local wine waiting for us as well. The location was perfect and very close to beach. Would stay again.

My cousin and I booked this trip to celebrate our 70th birthdays. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The property was spotless and we lacked for nothing. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the yard was gorgeous. Our hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed all the little touches that made our vacation memorable (wine, pastries, coffee). We didn't want to leave!!

Manny was a wonderful host. He greeted us and even helped us with our luggage. Inside the lower level apartment his wife had left us delicious Greek cookies and a bottle of wine. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Manny was extremely helpful and informative. He gave us great recommendations of the area. We enjoyed his beautiful back patio and gorgeous gardens. The rental is a quick walk to the beach, close to the vineyards, and an adorable downtown. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at for our weekend getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was clean and comfortable and the gardens were beautiful. Hosts were gracious and accommodating. Good location, but recommend driving to southern shore beaches as the northern shore was very rocky.

The property is extremely well manicured with beautiful plants and flowers. The section of the house where we stayed was clean and comfortable. Manny, our host, was friendly and showed us around the neighborhood, something not common with most rentals. I would highly recommend this property.
