Located in Port de Sóller, this charming house for $678 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This is a beautiful, just renovated house on the hills surrounding Port de Soller. This house enjoys spectacular views to the bay and its surroundings and complete privacy yet it is only an 8-minute walk to the promenade and beach. Renovated this winter, this house features an all-new modern interior, new complete bathrooms and kitchen, and all-new furniture. You will find three nicely-sized bedrooms, all with views to the bay and with ample storage areas. Both bathrooms are large and also completely new, finished in impeccable white-angled tiles. The open living room-kitchen area is over 40 m2 with access to the front terrace to enjoy the views. The kitchen itself features an island for easy breakfast and all new appliances, cutlery, dishes, etc. Outside, the house features private parking for three cars and a nice garden. You will also find a beautiful swimming pool with views to the Port de Soller bay. The house is surrounded by oak, pine and olive trees. This house is a gem, and its location is unbeatable; it is far away enough from the promenade that you won't run into the typical summer crowd yet an 8-minute walk takes you to the heart of the Port de Soller. The views are truly amazing and you have direct view to the sunset over the sea. This is an experience hard to forget, proven by the reviews that we receive.

Excellent location and Es Tir is very beautiful. Slight niggles for me were - no cushions for veranda chairs / only 2 wine glasses, one of which was chipped / no sparkling wine glasses / no oven gloves / no oven instructions in English / no UK television. Other than that, it was perfecdt!

I really have a hard time to find anything to complain about here. Smooth and professionel dialogue with Miguel, easy to get here by and park a car. Fantastic views from everywhere, 5 min walk to the city and beach but still far enough away to not be bothered by the noise - and Port de Soller is a really cool place. Modern and well functioning rooms and well equiped kitchen. The interior is a little minimalistic with white naked walls, lots of hard surfaces and halogen spots. This makes it a little less cosy than it could be, and at least in October the pool is in the shadows most of the day …. but this is really very minor details in an otherwise fantastic place.

The views from the huge terrace are straight out of millionaires estate agents - harbour, yachts, sunsets - you really can’t describe how fabulous it is. Also so close to the harbour - but peaceful and quiet . Inside it is beautiful - very modern, open plan, 3 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Lovely air conditioning in all rooms and light and airy. Fully equipped modern kitchen, super comfortable beds as well. Miguel is aces - explains everything you need and is on hand to help - super professional and friendly. Lovely pool overlooks harbour as well complete with jacuzzi shelf and robot cleaner so always sparkling and clean. Pto Soller is fabulous as well with plenty of amazing restaurants and lovely beaches. Would recommend a car though as there is so much to see in this beautiful area and fab mountain restaurants to explore.

We’ve had a wonderful week and we’re sad to be leaving this fantastic house and beautiful location. It really is the best. If you can tear yourself away from the pool and the views from the house then Port de Soller is lovely and really is only a short walk down the hill. Thanks Miguel for all your help and advice, it was lovely to meet you.

Amazing place
The home and location are perfect! A little bit of a workout up stairs to get back from town, but the views are worth it! Plenty of space inside and out for our group of 5. Miguel was very helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous!
The villa was perfect, with breathtaking views of the bay. We had an amazing week, and would recommend to anyone, it has to be one of the nicest places we have stayed. The only thing it is short of are mirrors in the bedrooms, and some cushions for the sun beds. We could have sat for hours looking down onto the bay!

AMAZING property with the best location and views in Port de Sollér!
We spent 12 nights in this stunning villa and wished we could have stayed much much longer! Everything about this property is perfect. The location, view, style of villa and pool will not disappoint!
We were greeted by Miguel upon our arrival, he was waiting for us at the gate of the villa with a big smile. Miguel is a charming man who made sure we felt very welcomed! He spent an appropriate amount of time explaining all the details we needed to make our holiday comfortable. His English is perfect and his knowledge of the island is unlimited. We could not have asked for a better host.
The villa, is very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to prepare meals, cocktails etc. Our favorite areas of the home were the terrace with expansive views of the port and sea and the pool! The walk to and from town is hilly with a lot of stairs. We did not mind it at all, it was well worth the 8 minute walk and we got much needed exercise after enjoying all the delicious food!!
Port de Sóller is a charming and stunningly beautiful town. The views of the mountains and the sea are breathtaking. Everyone we encountered in restaurants and shops were lovely, helpful and happy! We selected this location for our holiday without any prior knowledge of Mallorca or Port de Sóller ( I liked the pictures I saw online). This town surpassed our greatest expectations! It had all the amenities, charm and cultural that you would expect from a European town.
We hope to return one day to Port de Sóller and if we do, we will definitely rent this villa again and be thrilled to work out the details with Miguel!!

Beautiful villa with an impressive view
Nowhere will there be a better view to the Port of Sóller than from this beautifully arranged villa. We always look forward to sitting outside for meals or just to enjoy the most stunning view of the bay from the terrace outside. The house has everything guests may need during their stay and Miguel is always there to assist you if anything is needed.
Port of Sóller is the most beautiful corner of the island of Mallorca where huge mountains add to the beauty of the enchanting bay and the many restaurants and other attractions that it offers.

Breathtaking!
Stunning villa in a stunning location overlooking the port...never had a view quite like it! Really well equipped villa with everything you'd need and more for a perfect holiday. Two really great bathrooms with lovely showers and the beds were super comfortable. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and an amazing array of restaurants and bars/cafes to suit all budgets. Didn't need to leave the area although we did hire a boat in the harbour to go and explore some of the local coastline. Took snorkels with us and saw some fantastic marine life. Will definitely return to this villa next year. Miguel was an amazing host and available at all times to answer questions promptly.

Beautiful villa with stunning views
Es Tir is a well-appointed villa in a lovely location overlooking the harbour and marina in Port de Soller. The steep walk up from the waterfront is worth it for the views. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of outside space to enjoy: pool, terraced garden, different seating areas for shade or sun, table tennis area. Port de Soller has lots of restaurants, bars and interesting shops and the town of Soller is a short distance away by tram or bus. There are several small supermarkets. The manager, Miguel, is pleasant and helpful, on hand if anything needs attention. We loved it and will be back.

This is a lovely villa to stay in close to a great beach and very good restaurants. The pool was superb. There are plenty of things to do in this resort. Also Miguel, the property manager was very helpful
