Situated in Port de Sóller, this attractive house for $417 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Villa with a privileged location, quiet, with 180° panoramic sea views, located in Puerto de Soller. 2 beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms and sea view terrace and a third bedroom on the garden side, for a sleeping capacity of 6 people. Large living room, large terrace, real living room, quiet and comfortable. Large equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Beautiful spaces, satellite television, wifi / fibre optic internet. For reasons of safety and tranquility of the tenants, the house is not suitable for young children who have acquired walking. We recommend supervision of children on the terraces. The house has many steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Car recommended for food purchases and the visits. Access to the sea at 5 minutes walking distance, rare and quality product. 40 minutes from Palma. At the end of your stay, the house must be left in a correct state. Cleaning costs are extra and are 125€. Before your reservation, please provide us with a photocopy of your identity card.

Port de Soller is a beautiful and perfect spot for hiking, eating out, relaxing on the beach and traveling to Soller, Palma and other places on Mallorca. We were two couples and there was plenty of room at the house for all of us. The terrace has a great view over the harbour. The kitchen is well equipped and ate every breakfast on the terrace with a great view over the harbour. We are already planning to go back.

Very nice house, beautiful view. Only downside is the steepness of road/stairs from waterfront to the house which is not optimal when travelling with people 50+ years of age.

We stayed for nine days. Entire stay was at the Villa. It was a great location and beautiful views. Easy to navigate to some excursions. Other reviews said that they spent most of the time there on the balcony. I agree. It’s breathtaking. It was perfect for our family of five.

Lovely home with amazing views and beautiful grounds. We arrived to a nice gift basket on the patio! The only drawback was the day before we arrived we got an email from the owner that said we could do a thorough cleaning upon departure or hire their contact to clean for us. This was not mentioned in the VRBO description and at the price we paid we assumed cleaning was included. If this is their standard way of getting the unit cleaned that needs to be addressed. VRBO did tell us that if the cleaning fee is not in the description the renter is not responsible. It did weigh on our mind the week we were there but there was no further mention of it from the owners.

Fantastic holidays!!

Fantastic holidays!!

This property exceeded our expectations!! It is so much more beautiful than the pictures, the gallery and balcony views are just breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped, we used the two ovens and the dishwasher came super handy in having a big group for a week. Maria is kind and was available for us at any request. The beds are comfortable cannot recommend this property enough.

Although the property is a steep walk up from the beach the reward is a stunning view of the port of Soller from the large terrace. This also provided a cooling breeze in the 35C temperature that we had during our stay. Whilst at the villa we spent all our time out on the terrace from first thing in the morning, to last thing at night. There is always something to watch going on in the bay. Inside the villa the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a car so getting to and from the villa was no problem, although you do need to walk to and from the beach as you can't park down on the seafront. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had a superb week in this lovely traditional Mallorcan house in Port de Soller. It is positioned just above the bay so has a steep incline like most of the properties in the Port but is only 5 minutes down to the beach with all the shops and restaurants. The house is cool and traditionally furnished and the kitchen very large and very well equipped, which was particularly important as the views from the terrace were so spectacular we ate in most evenings watching the boats moving in and out of the harbour. Our contact with the owners and the caretaker were friendly and relaxed and helpful. And if you've never been to Port de Soller then you haven't yet discovered one of the nicest parts of Mallorca!

Das Haus in Port de Soller ist sehr hübsch am Hügel gelegen und die Terrasse ist gemütlich und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf die ganze Bucht. Das Dorf ist zu Fuss erreichbar, nur ist der Rückweg sehr steil und mühsam, vor allem, wenn man die Einkäufe noch zu tragen hat. Ohne Mietauto ist das Ferienhaus nicht zu empfehlen. Das Haus bzw. die Einrichtung ist praktisch und die Einteilung mit den drei schönen Doppelzimmern ansprechend. Zum Teil ist das Mobiliar etwas alt, sodass uns sogar eine Schublade in der Küche fast auseinander brach. Die Reinigung war auch nicht ganz optimal, alles war noch etwas klebrig und schmuddelig. Wir mussten zuerst alles Abwaschen bevor wir zu Kochen begannen. Aber man weiss ja wie wenig Zeit in der Hochsaison zum Putzen bleibt. Die riesigen Kakerlaken, die wir im Haus hatten, haben wohl eher etwas mit der grossen Hitze auf der Insel zu tun. Bettwäsche und vor allem die Frottierwäsche könnte für wenig Geld einmal ersetzt werden. Die Tücher hatten z.T. Löcher und das Frottee war vom vielen Gebrauch abgewetzt. Schon aufgrund der Vertragsunterlagen hätten wir darauf schliessen können, dass das Haus wohl eher älteren Semesters ist. Juan, der Mann des Betreuer Ehepaars vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren da mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern, verbrachten schöne Ferien in Port de Soller, würden dieses Haus aber, vor allem wegen der Lage, nicht mehr buchen.

Trevlig ägare som verkar bry sig om sina gäster. Vi behövde hjälp ett par gånger med gasspisen och då kom Marias man direkt. Huset fungerar bra för 6 personer med ordinär inredning. Bäst är terrassen med underbar utsikt och solnedgång mitt i vyn. Perfekt att äta tapas och ta en drink på.

Das Haus liegt unbeschreiblich schön über der Stadt mit dem besten Blick über den ganzen Hafen und im Hintergrund sogar auf das offene Meer. Alle Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem so weit weg, dass man die Lage des Hauses als wirklich ruhig bezeichnen kann. Wir haben viele Stunden auf der Terrasse zugebracht - aufgrund der doch noch kühlen Temperaturen in die reichlich vorhandenen Decken gehüllt. Wäre es noch kühler gewesen, wäre es im Haus etwas unangenehm geworden, auch wenn in jedem Raum elektrische Heizgeräte sind. Die Kühle des Marmorfußbodens tat ihr Übriges, ist im Sommer aber wohl äußerst angenehm. Die Küche ist riesig, alle Geräte sind vorhanden. Trotzdem fehlte uns das eine oder andere Utensil. Alles in allem haben wir einen wirklich herrlichen Urlaub verbracht und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Villa superbe

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à la Villa Rocamar. La vue est magnifique sur le port de Soller et on peut rester des heures à contempler la baie, le départ des bateaux pour la Calobra ou les bateaux de pêcheurs entourés d'une multitude de mouettes colorées. la maison est spacieuse, agréable et très bien équipée. "Magnifique" c'est le mot qui convient à la villa Rocamar. La vue est tellement exceptionnelle et la maison tellement agréable qu'il est bien difficile d'en partir... Pourtant ce ne sont pas les visites ou les promenades qui manquent à proximité ! En bref, nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans cet environnement reposant et dépaysant à souhait. Soller et puerto soller sont très familiales et il y a tout à proximité. L'accueil, tant téléphonique en France, que personnel sur place à été plus qu'agréable. Nous recommandons absolument cette location !

Villa qui offre une superbe vue, la grande terrasse est un lieu privilégié pour les repas et la détente. Villa agréable, soignée, tout y est comme à la maison !!! ( équipements de la cuisine, télévision , et même Wifi, ..) Le plus, les deux grandes chambres vue sur la mer avec leur salle de bains. Nous avons fait de belles randonnées en famille, et dégusté les incontournables glaces fet à Soller.

Wir haben schöne und erholsame Tage im "Rocamar" verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt in traumhafter ruhiger Lage mit direktem Blick über das Meer und dem Hafen. Jeden Abend kann man den Sonnenuntergang im Meer genießen. Die Verwalter vor Ort, Frau Maria, ihr Mann und ihr Sohn waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus haben wir in einem tadellosen Zustand übernommen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und sämtliche Kochutensilien waren reichlich vorhanden. Alles im allem können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen und bedanken uns bei den Besitzer herzlich, dass alles so gut geklappt hat.

La maison est au calme, spacieuse et pratique, pas loin des commerces et à deux pas de la plage. L'atout majeur est la vue qui est vraiment superbe, un vrai plaisir de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse. La région est très belle aussi. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et donnent de bons conseils. A recommander sans hésitation.

"Vue superbe à la fois de la terrasse et des 2 balcons des chambres. On surplombe tout le port de Puerto de Soller : un vrai bonheur de se réveiller et de prendre ses repas face à la mer. La maison est spacieuse, très confortable, très bien équipée, proche des commerces. Puerto de Soller est un point de départ idéal pour de superbes randonnées agrémentées par l''odeur des orangers. Le propriétaire envoie toutes les informations nécessaires et est très disponible pour répondre aux éventuelles questions. Location à recommander sans hésitation."

Nous avons eu tous les documents nécessaires avant de partir : plan pour accéder à Soller et trouver la maison, lieux d''intérêts, etc. La maison est grande, l''endroit est très calme et la vue est réellement magnifique. "Schönes grosses und gut unterhaltenes Haus an wunderbarer Lage mit Blick über die gesamte Bucht von Port de Soller. Der Ort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Norden der Insel (sowohl mit öV wie mit Mietwagen). Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen flexibel, unbürokratisch und entgegenkommend. Er hat uns auch zahlreiche Tipps für Essen, Automiete usw. gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!"

"Tolle Lage, ruhig mit wunderbarem Blick. Sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur auf französisch. Aber unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir waren nach längerer Zeit wieder die ersten Bewohner. Sauberkeit hätte daher besser sein können. Uns (drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder) hat es sehr gut gefallen."
