Friendly staff and good location

Friendly and helpful staff. Location was also good, only 5 minutes walk to the lake. Parking was available as well. The rooms were clean, kitchen equipped with sufficient appliances.

Not Recommend

We have booked and stayed for three nights in this hotel in One Bedroom Suite With Mountain View. The hotel has an elevator which make it easy to live upstairs. It’s located in 10 min by walk from uzungol lake and has its own car parking area

We found the setting room dirty especially the sofa that had patchy white dirt all over. The place has some insects as well (probably coming from balcony when opened before we arrived). You better deal with the oven very crucially as it dangerously sparkling, then, we unplugged the electricity for safety reasons. The hotel is providing Iron when per guest request, however, no iron table is provided so you have to manage the rest by yourself. Toilets has no exhaust fans. All what have been said above was somehow manageable by us. The extreme and continuous noise that was coming from upper and same floor room was unacceptable and we couldn’t sleep for three days. When I read the hotel old reviews (during screening time) I ignored the feeling of how it was annoying to other guests, but when I tried it myself, believe me the amount of noise and uncomfort that I had was beyond any explanation, basically it can ruin your whole stay in Uzungol. Anyway, having said that, all concerns were discussed with hotel management several time , however, they just ignored us. I will not come back to this hotel again, never ever.
