Immaculate, beautiful beach houses with everything included!
About this house rental
Due to Coronavirus we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize with the utmost care! Our cleaners will be wearing masks and gloves for cleaning and using products with bleach to sanitize all surfaces. We will also be washing and drying all linens on the hottest settings. We will provide Lysol cleaning wipes for guest use. Prior to guest arrival and upon guest departure we will be asking if anyone has experienced any flu/virus like symptoms so that we might take extra precautions in those cases. We ask that guests reschedule their visit if anyone has been sick up to 2 weeks before their arrival. Ok on to the good stuff.. This property is a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms (plus sofa bed and daybed) / 2 baths downstairs (totally separate entrances). Super spacious units, both have fireplaces, skylights upstairs, balcony with BBQ and peek a boo ocean views upstairs! 2 car garage comes in handy in summer and spring when parking can be difficult. We do have fairly good free street parking in front of the house too and a paid parking lot that you can use overnight for free. Separate garage for bicycles and beach toys / laundry. The house is literally just a few steps to the sand (only 1 house between us and the sand). Everything you'll need for your stay including all of the linens, fully stocked kitchen (not food but all the stuff you'll need to make it), beach toys, bicycles and more! Everything is brand new in this house (windows, insulation, flooring, furniture, linens, etc..). The location can't be beat - just far enough from the craziness of the piers but, close enough to ride the provided bikes there! Just a few minutes to the north is Huntington Beach with the brand new Pacific City shopping and restaurants. You'll absolutely love both units as they are immaculate, modern, comfortable and gorgeous! N.B. STL License# SLP12758 Please do us both a favor, do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. I check in all of my guests, I have noise alert equipment and Ring Cameras. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house only the guests included on the reservation. Recommended purchase traveller's insurance - no refunds outside of cancellation policy including Covid try... insuremytrip.com read policy carefully Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).

This place was very clean and up to date with modern amenities. Plenty of supplies (paper towels, tp, hand soaps, etc) and tons of beach amenities (wet suits for kids and small teenagers, boogey boards, beach chairs, bikes and helmets, ez-ups, etc). There was an empty garage for your car(s) and every night there was a parking spot out front on the street within 50 ft of the house. Lisa was very responsive and super helpful with letting our big group in the two condos. Highly recommend it!

We rented both units for a family gathering of more than a dozen people and had a wonderful time. The place was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very accessible and attentive. The house was well-located and equipped for beach activities, making it perfect for active visitors who want to get out during the day and do things.

As a family that has been vacationing in Southern California for several years, we have never been as pleased with our stay as we have been this year. From booking, to our questions, to our stay.... every part of it was seamless and amazing. Lisa is by far the best host we have ever dealt with. She is quick to answer questions whether through VRBO, email or text, and is even quicker to resolve issues. We had only one small issue, she arrived very shortly after being contacted and resolved it. The home was exactly as described in the listing and immaculate. We have never stayed in a rental home as clean as this one and we appreciated that so much. It was well stocked with everything you could need and not having to pack our cars full of beach gear was an additional convenience. Everything you could want for the beach is provided. My grandchildren would like to personally thank Lisa for the heated outdoor shower! That was an unexpected luxury after years of being plunged into cold showers at previous homes! :D The location was perfect and away from all of the crowds which provided for a relaxing beach week...just what we wanted. Lisa, we will be contacting you soon to book next years trip! Thank you for everything!

Well appointed home stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Quiet neighborhood, despite its proximity to the beach. Ample parking and conveniently located to shops and dining. Great rental and look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately clean and extremely well stocked with laundry products, dishwashing and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper. The bikes, sand toys, chairs and umbrellas were wonderful and kept our children entertained. The hot water and water pressure were great in all bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The mattresses and bed linens were very nice. We had a problem with the oven and Lisa came within a few hours to check it out. She is so helpful and responsive. 5 star house and vacation!!

Close to the beach
The property was amazing. The fun extra items in the garage was an added bonus. We were so close to the beach. Lisa was amazing.

We loved this property. It was very clean and well supplied with all the amenities one would need. It is very close to a great beach. It was so nice to be off the main boardwalk and all the crowds but yet close enough if we wanted to go down there and hang out. We will definitely be renting this property again. Lisa was also great to work with. She answered all my questions very promptly. Thanks Lisa.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect (so close to the beach) and so was Lisa’s place. Our adult kids stayed in the unit upstairs, while we relaxed in the lower unit.

Excellent location for large family groups
We took both properties (upstairs and downstairs) for a family holiday for a group of 10. The accommodation was excellent and served us well and would thoroughly recommend it.

We stayed here after running a race. Our team loved everything about the property. It was clean and very comfortable. Super stylish, too. We loved being so close to the beach as well as the market and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

Great house, great location
Nice place. We had both upstairs and downstairs, the only bad thing was going from one to the other. I was impressed by the number of items that were in the house. The kitchens were stocked with everything you need. My grandkids loved the bunk beds. I was especially impressed with all the things in the garage storage area, 9 bikes, surf boards, wet suits, fins, beach chairs, even a tent!

Our group of family members ranging from 2 to 73 stayed at this unit for a full week. Lisa was very helpful, check-in was smooth as silk, any little things she took care of behind the scenes. The property was clean and had the amenities one would expect from a hotel - plus some extras. For those with babies or young toddlers, there's a baby gate in the upper unit, nice Graco floor-standing high chairs in both units, and a pack-n-play. There's a few great restaurants within walking distance and the beach was so close and very nice and active location. we watched the surfers and the surf school kids. You can hear Hwy 1 if the windows are open but not so much if they are closed. Cannot really hear much road noise from the balcony since it's on the beach side of the unit. All in all, noise wasn't much of an issue. A/C was great, it really helped cool the place down in the evening for sleeping. The kitchens were both stylish and very functional, and had everything we needed as far as utensils, eating-ware and cookware. The bedrooms weren't large but were sufficient to move around and unpack in and organized well to maximize space for accommodating larger groups, and we didn't have much trouble being able to share the bathrooms. Were there any regrets with our booking? No, we'd have done this again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

We like to take our family vacations in Newport Beach every couple of years, along with our kids, their spouses, and grandkids. First time we rented right on the beach. It was a bit noisy and furnishing were older. 2 years later, we rented a block from the beach. The accommodations were better but it felt a bit cramped. Still a very nice place. This most recent rental was further north of the other two, but worked out the best of all; our favorite place by far. It was roomy, with wonderful furnishings, and with a garage full of beach toys, boogie boards, and even a shade canopy with lots of beach chairs. We plan to be back in the years ahead.

Best VRBO Experience Hands Down!
This is our second time staying at this property, and once again it exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO homes, and Lisa is the very best person to work with. She communicates promptly, clearly and is just the nicest person. This rental comes with literally everything you could want, just show up with your toothbrush and you're ready for fun. The location is prime and toys galore. Having all the bikes is and beach equipment is priceless. I can't recommend this place enough!

Lisa was easy to work with and super generous in accommodating us. Really enjoyed using the bikes and surf boards in the side garage, and there were plenty of wetsuits for all sizes. I'd come back and stay her!
