The central location in Crystal Beach is close to groceries, activities and restaurants. Inside this charming home, the open concept living and dining area, with high ceilings and lots of windows, feels light and airy. A large well-equipped kitchen will excite the cook in your group. There are two bedrooms, one with a king, the other with a queen and twin bunks, and two full baths in this one-level home. The sleeper sofa opens into a very comfortable queen. A couple of us have stayed at this same place in September for the past 3 years. This year was very different. When we arrived at the house, it smelled horrible. The trash can had food stuck inside with a trash bag put on top of it. There was grease on the stovetop and smoked every time we put a pot on to boil water. There was a wet plunger in the bathroom floor. The sinks in the bathroom and kitchen were all very slow draining. The furniture has not been updated in more than 3 years. It hs seen better days.

I enjoyed the view and it was very cozy! The beds where comfortable and I enjoyed the kitchen! How ever there was an ant problem; they come up through the toilet in the bathroom with the 2 door access.. that is my only complaint how ever I know that ants are pesky little things and can come from anywhere! Another down fall was on the last day we where there, a camper trailer parked in the view of the beach from the balcony (yes I know its a public beach) that is a part I disliked but I would stay again regardless.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shore Haven. The house is very nice and spacious. You can have both couches made out for beds and still have your kitchen and living area open. You have a great beach view and easy access to the beach. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Excellent beach house. This is the second time my family has stayed at this exact location and I would definitely stay here again. Very roomy and all amenities are kept up with remarkably. Only negative thing I would have to say is it would be nice to have the outside shower closed in for privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Shore Haven beach cabin. It was so roomy and had everything available to us. We could not have asked for a better cabin. It also had a WONDERFUL view. There is nothing like waking up early in the morning and walking out to see the sun coming up and the waves crashing on the beach. We have had many different birthday themes in the past, but I do believe that this one tops all those prior. I not only have recommended to my family and friends to rent from Cobb and the Shore Haven Cabin, but we will definitely be back. Thank you Cobb for everything!!

Loved the property itself, no problems at all. Spacious kitchen was great for cooking. Just as spacious as advertised. The only issue I ran into is that there is no internet service at this property. It's not advertised as having internet, but I think a disclaimer stating clearly "no internet/wifi" would have been nice. Still, my fault for not noticing.

The cabin was one we have rented in years past, so there were no surprises. Shore Haven is front row, where I can have my coffee on the deck and watch the brown pelicans fly over and shrimpers pull in their nets. A great cabin. Description, etc. from Cobb accurate....clean, well-maintained. Crystal now has the BIG store offering anything you need...several good restaurants..Stingaree...etc. Bought fresh shrimp right off the boat over by Milts. We had rented a golf cart which I recommend. We have been going to Crystal Beach all of our lives so we love it and the fact that we do not have to haul everything from home....Shore Haven is great....There were two of us who stayed all week, everyone else came when they could.

The staff at Cobb Real Estate were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The booking and stay was easy, in no way complicated, and my deposit was returned within a couple weeks after our stay. The beach house was very clean and comfortable with just about all the amenities one could ask for in a rental property. This house is listed as beachfront, but is actually sited behind an empty lot where it looks like a house once stood and a sand dune, though most of the houses now seem to be located behind the dune since hurricane Ike. With the now empty lot in front you do have an unobstructed view of the gulf and the beach, and the beach is only a few minute walk away which really was no inconvenience at all, though one might call it a second row house with a clear view. All in all, the house was nice and comfortable and I would be happy to rent this one again.
