Located in Ono Island, this charming condo for $514 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Unit 1212 This professionally decorated two bedroom and two bathroom unit has great sweeping views of the beach and the gulf and has wonderful furnishings and art work. In the Kitchen, all the major appliances have been updated with fresh white beachy finishes. The countertops are a granite with a stunning stone back splash. Under counter lighting create an ambiance of warmth and comfort. The Living Area includes a cream-colored leather sleeper sofa and two blue swivel rockers. A 55” flat screen television is located on top of a distressed painted wood storage cabinet. Inside this cabinet is a Blue Ray DVD player and board games. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a white painted headboard flanked by a pair of over sized matching three-drawer nightstands. Master Bedroom has a 42” flat screen television mounted on the wall. The private master bathroom has a marble counter top and a large easy in/out shower. The Guest Bedroom has a pair of full-size beds a coastal white wood nightstand with three drawers. There is also a white wooden four-drawer dresser topped with a 40” flat screen television and blue ray DVD. Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few. Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view! Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks. Bedding: Master Bedroom- King Bedroom 2- 2 Full Living Room- Sofa Sleeper * This nonsmoking unit will sleep 8 * Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25 Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed two with this property. Parking passes are around $60 each. Ike’s Beach Service is in charge of the tent space on the beach and guest can call them for a spot at * Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay

This condo was perfect for our annual 4 day getaway to the beach! It was super clean, loved the outdoor furniture that was so colorful and fun! No complaints whatsoever! :)

The Master Bath needs a little work! We had an early morning excursion so didn’t use the shower until next day and there was no hot water in the Master and too late to reach out! Next day Property manager advised me that there was hot water throughout and gave instructions which were wrong… but we finally figured it out! The shower head is backwards. Hot vs cold!! Simple as that! If they knew there was a problem they should’ve known how to instruct correctly. Also the bathroom door has to be slammed before it will close and the exhaust fan does not work! Just frustrating compared to the money spent! Plus they charge a $60 (each couple) parking pass!

My sister and I brought my 80 year old mother for stay since she hasn’t been to the beach in about 8-10 years!!! Walk in shower was a plus!! Wonderful stay !!

The only concerns were the guest bedroom’s bathroom faucet leaks and the master bedroom’s bathroom shower has the hot and cold water opposite of where they should be.

Wish someone would have called about the smoking at the time it was happening instead of afterwards telling me the owner wanted us kicked out thinking the place was going to be destroyed. I hope you all found in great condition and not destroyed.

Very disappointed that right after unloading the car after a 6 hour ride, the police and downstairs "neighbor" ringing the bell to accuse our group of noise and re-arranging furniture all day!! We checked in around 5, tried to get in line at the Grill across the street and decided to make it an easy night and roast hot dogs. We had been in the condo maybe an hour total. Didn't feel very comfortable there after that. Husband did go speak to the manager who stated the new tenant had been complaining all day. I was surprised the police officer would bring the complainer with him to investigate!!!! Not cool when that much $$$ was invested.

Was a very nice place to stay for vacation. Only downfall was the outdoor facilities like pool was under construction and closed and grilling area not available due to repairs needed from hurricane. We were not informed of this until a week before we were to arrive. Overall, place was nice and would return again.

However the outdoor pool is closed for rebuilding; racquetball court closed, tennis court closed, gym closed, hot tubs closed. Called the realty office and they said they would look to make things right; but they failed to return my call and or email me.Also - kitchen is poorly stocked. No cookie tray or baking dishes.
