Situated in Laguna Beach, this attractive house for $309 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our beach house is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, Florida in the community of Laguna Beach. This is a quiet 1940’s beach community, with charming vintage beach homes. Enjoy the sound of the ocean, the gulf breeze, friendly neighbors, and families who have been vacationing here for decades. The Laguna Beach Property Owners Association controls the beachfront; so there is nothing blocking access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, sugar white sand and natural dunes of this area, which was voted #1 best beaches in the world by 'Travel and Leisure' magazine and is regularly voted in the top 10 beaches! If you like to spend most of your time on the beach, you can't do much better, and, no crowds ever! Our beach is one of the last undeveloped beaches in the area. From the house, if you walk ¾ of a block to Front Beach Road and cross the road ... you're on the beach!! We do have a higher rates during holiday weeks, Spring and summer months. Our family has enjoyed owning this vacation home for close to fifty-five years. It is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room (with 2 couches, 1 is a Queen sofa bed)/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, central air & heat, washer and dryer, dishwasher and two televisions with basic cable and DVD players. The front of the house has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed. The extra large screened front porch is our favorite place to relax, hang out, read, take a nap, or just sit and swing on the porch swing!! The master bedroom/bathroom is in the back of the house and has a king-sized bed and master bathroom. If you head: EAST on Front Beach Road, there are plenty of “beachy Souvenir Shops”, grocery stores, seafood markets, restaurants, etc. Thomas’s donuts is at the end of the street across from the beach! It was in Southern Living magazine as a top 10 donut shop in the nation! Pier Park a shopping village with fun restaurants, entertainment, retail stores, Starbucks, Target, and a 16-screen movie theatre is three miles from our house. Keep going east on Front Beach Road and there are plenty of places to dine, Goofy Golf, a fishing pier, and just 10 minutes away is a kid pleaser ... Shipwreck Island Water Park. We are also located only three miles from Frank Brown Recreation Area where horse shows, sports tournaments, swimming meets, etc. are scheduled all summer! WEST on Front Beach Road or Back Beach Road will lead you to Destin, FL, which is only 30 minutes away. Destin is a large beach town with beautiful beaches, a huge outlet mall, shopping centers, and fantastic restaurants and attractions. In between Laguna Beach and Destin are more amazing beach communities along The Emerald Coast with unique little shops and restaurants! Crabbing in the area inlets is great and great fun for kids. You can find many places on Panama City Beach or in Destin to charter a boat for deep sea fishing, play golf, tours, airplane rides, boat rentals ... much more!! A GREAT PRICE, PLUS, ALL OF THE ABOVE … YOU CAN’T BEAT IT!! Location was great. Only 8 houses away from beach & close to Thomas Donuts & Carousel Grocery, both highly recommended. House has character due to the solid woods & uneven floors that are probably original from the 1940s, when it was built. The uneven floors & narrow hallway, however, could be problematic for those with mobility challenges. Screened-in front porch was a big plus. Really enjoyed eating meals on the picnic table & relaxing in the rockers. Water pressure was very weak. It was not possible to run 2 showers at the same time. We were informed that this issue would be solved once the county installs a new water main. Roku TV was frustrating when trying to watch NFL games on Sunday but enjoyed watching different movies each night on Hulu. Driveway is convenient but very narrow. We could not open the doors of my truck. But parking on front lawn was a good alternative. House was well stocked. Management was easy to communicate with. Overall, enjoyed our stay but something’s, like uneven floors & water pressure, need updating.

This quaint, little beach house was perfect for our family. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and the fact that it was in the perfect location to get to many different places within reasonable time. We will definitely book again!! It's a must see--you will not be disappointed!

Family girls trip again to this cozy, beautiful little beach house within walking distance to the gorgeous waters/sand of Laguna Beach. Most of our beach days was double red flag but we made the most of it & still enjoyed the beach. We did get to enjoy the front porch more this time. Would most definitely recommend this cozy little beach house and would most certainly stay again. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven.

Older house but fit our need well with grandkids and room to play when not at beach. Short walk to beach which was very wide here and not over crowded. Good communication and pleasant stay. Would stay here again - if nothing else for the doughnuts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Schlader House. It was just the right size for our family of 4 and the beach was just a short walk away. We all loved the amazing enclosed porch and ate most of our meals out there. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. We liked being in a neighborhood instead of the touristy bustle of Panama City and enjoyed being on a quieter beach without giant hotels behind us. Thomas Donuts is dangerously close - they are SO good and we got donuts there almost every day! I also loved being to walk to Carousel grocery store which had surprisingly good prices.

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Such close proximity to the beach and Thomas’ Doughnuts made for a wonderful experience. We spent the rainy days on the screened-in porch. It truly is a rare find. The host was also amazing and very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Our family made so many fun memories on this trip, thanks to a great host and amazing home. Thank you again. We hope to come back!

It was great, the house is not fancy. The location is excellent and the price is very good. It was perfect for us with 2 kids 3 and 9. Check in process was flawless and communication was good! Would stay again!

These place was amazing. Short walk to the beach and easy access. We had plenty of room for out little family without being on top of each other all the time. Front porch is a great added bonus, wonderful for hanging out with the kids. The donut shop on the corner is an added bonus. Short walk with great food. We had a little a/c issue out first day and owners were on it in no time. They are the absolute best. We loved our host and location. Definitely want to go back!!!

This place was just what I needed, a chance to relax before moving on to Gatlinburg. I felt so at home here, and yes just like everyone else I loved the front porch. This place has everything we needed!! The host was delightful, the heater stopped working and when I contacted Jennifer she got someone to fix it quickly!!! Even though I am ready for chapter two I will definitely miss this house!!!! It felt like home, so cozy!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your little piece of heaven!!!

Had everything we needed for short getaway. We have stayed in this general area several times and always enjoy it. Eight houses away from the beach as well as Thomas Donuts and ice cream shop. It is an older home that could use some freshening up but nothing that took away from enjoying our vacation. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Parking IS limited, and if you have a large vehicle you might consider parking in front yard instead of driveway. It is very narrow, and bushes that badly need cutting back make it even more narrow. Check in and out process was smooth with no problems.

They have everything needed to feel at home. Even a fly swat! Plenty of dishes, cups and cook ware. Fantastic air conditioning. A great front porch and chairs out back to sit in privacy. A short walk to the beach and donuts.

We loved it here. The house was older, but it definitely felt more like home because of it. The screened in porch is beautiful, my kids loved being able to play “outside” without the annoyance of bugs. They had everything you could possibly need for your stay-and things you may have forgotten. The location is so close to the beach-a really short walk and you’re in the sand. I would highly recommend staying here-the price is great and we had an amazing time.

This place was just like it said and was super easy ,everything was explained perfectly. It has a huge screened In front porch that will seat 23 people, and could easily sleep 8 people. The house was very clean and big . I would recommend it and will definitely be back . It is in a quite location and great place for kids. The beach is very close and not very many people on the beach . Grocery store close by and famous doughnuts and ice-cream around the corner 😋

This house was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice-it is so charming and felt like a beach cottage! The porch was our favorite place to hang out, eat and play games. Beds were all very comfy! The house is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach-and Thomas’ donuts-we are there every morning! Great communication with the owner and super easy check in and out process. We will def stay here again! This house is well stocked with any and all things you will need in the kitchen and extra linens.

You are less than 200 yards from the beach access in this super cute house. 3 full size bedrooms, and a front porch that will be your favorite place. Plenty of room for 6 adults.We will definitely be back!
