About this house rental
Nestled in Oxford, this attractive house for $351 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newer, model townhome situated in the quiet & quaint Country Club of Oxford, built in 2016. Only 2 miles to the Square & 3 miles to the Grove. Featuring an upper level unit with spacious great room open to kitchen and dining area. Kitchen offers stainless appliances, granite and all of the necessities for cooking & entertaining at home. Three generously sized bedrooms with a king in the master and queen sized beds in the secondary bedrooms. Also includes 3 full bathrooms and a separate, private laundry room. Beautifully maintained and a comfortable living space with all of the amenities. Oxford at it's finest! To ensure your safety, we are taking great care to ensure enhanced cleaning from top to bottom, including door handles, switches, etc. Laundry is washed at high temperatures and we are enforcing vacant slots between stays.

First off, we've been staying in a different college town every year for quite a while and this was by far the nicest Vrbo or Abnb we've had. Super clean is an under statement, like new accommodations. Location gave us easy access to everything Oxford. Property owner was quick to respond, provided easy to follow instructions, and a wealth local information was included in the guest book. Thank you Kathy and Jim, and Hotty toddy!

This is a very nice townhouse on the golf course in Oxford. The owners were awesome and responsive to any questions I had. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. As advertised it was just a couple minutes from downtown. Five stars all the way.

Wonderful spacious condo for three generations who enjoyed an Ole Miss graduation weekend together. Appreciate everything being well stocked (towels, sheets, detergent, air mattresses, etc). One flight of stairs that might be an issue for ADA.

Double Decker was a surprise, but fun and we were in a perfect place to park nearby and take the bus to the square.
Nice to be a little away from the square, but not too far.

Perfect place to gather with family for my nephews high school graduation. Location is great and we overly enjoyed the condo. Very spacious and relaxing. This will be our first choice when staying in Oxford! Once things slowed down following graduation we enjoyed relaxing and unwinding. The balconies are a nice touch to enjoy a nice morning/evening breeze. Mrs Kathy was very easy to communicate with and responds fast, anything you think you may need…It’s there!! Looking forward to another weekend stay for a nice getaway!

Wonderful Stay In Oxford
My family and I were in town for a football weekend and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! great place, worth the drive to campus
The townhouse was fairly new and had everything one would need. Also in a nice area. The owner is very hospitable and provides extra touches like coffee and a few beverages
The group I was with suggested they furnish wash clothes along with the other linens. They also need towel racks near the showers. Those are the only suggestions we had and we tend to be critical.

What a perfect place to stay for a visit to Oxford. The home is picture perfect, Has everything you might need, basic pantry items available, excellent 3 bedrooms with a bath for each. Was able to make meals for our Ole Miss son and to take the Grove for game day. Very convenient to the game day shuttle at South Campus and a bonus was being able to park our car in the garage out of the heat! Every imaginable convenience- will definitely try to rent for our future visits to Ole Miss and Oxford. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us! Hotty Toddy!
