L’hôtel n’est pas au niveau de cette belle ville!

Son emplacement et le buffet du déjeuner.

Personnel incompétent et nous n’avons pas été informé de la taille minuscule de notre chambre. À l’accueil, on nous a dit bonjour et donner notre carte de chambre, rien d’autre! Aucune communication sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel, les heures des repas, un peu de pub sur la ville, les bons plans, etc, RIEN!

Perfekte Lage und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Ideale Lage direkt beim Zentralbahnhof und dem Ankunftsterminal des Arlanda-Express (und der City allgemein). Sauber und genug Ablageflächen im Zimmer, völlig ruhig, freundliches Personal, Gratis-Stadtplan aufliegend. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett für jeden Geschmack inkl. vegane Alternativen!

Habitación claustrofóbica

El personal de la entrada, y el desayuno.

La habitación era pequeñísima, sin ventana, no funcionaba la calefacción, con lo cual la habitación era una nevera. Lo solucionaron dejándome un pequeño calefactor eléctrico. Con eso ya te faltaba el aire. Totalmente claustrofóbico.

Fanns mycket smått och gott att välja på under frukosten så den var bra och gav en bra start på dagen :-) Mysiga rum - trevlig foajé där man kunde slappna av

I wouldn't have stayed a second night and will never stay there again....

My interactions with all members of staff e.g. reception, breakfast room and bar were excellent. All staff were 'happy' , helpful and polite.

At this price point, the room was simply the smallest and least appealing and with the fewest facilities I have ever stayed in, in over 40 years of traversing the planet. As well as being truly tiny, it was 'tired and tatty'. I never thought I would be sleeping with my head touching one wall and my feet the other.......

This is a good place to stay if you want to be near the central train station.

Really, really good breakfast! Also, front of house staff was very helpful. The man who checked us in also gave us lots of suggestions for good restaurants--two of which we visited. After a long day of walking, another front of house staff got me some ice for my knee--it's the little things.

Double beds made into a single means a valley for sleeping and quite possibly falling onto the floor!

The location is great. Breakfast is really good.

Beds are not comfortable at all, we had a double room with a french bed. the room is horrendously small

Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff

Excellent staff and service. Great location as walkable to city centre and the Arlanda Express train from the airport arrives at the station beside the hotel and takes 20 minutes. There is no noise from the station and the hotel has the only Ice Bar in Stockholm.

Superb

The bathtub was excellent and bed was comfortable. Breakfast place was big, so enjoyed big breakfast peacefully. Modern interior was extra bonus!

"City vew" from hotel room, deluxe qeen was little bit disappointed that windows were facing to the station and in the morning woke up with machine beeping and... The music was little bit loud in the lobby, so it was difficult to hear from receptionist.

the breakfast was really good, better than in a lot of other hotels. it makes the entire stay worth it

Great location, small room, great breakfast

Location was great, just outside the Express train from the airport, close to public transport and not far to walk to the palace and old town. The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and plenty to eat.

The room was small, we were offered an upgrade to a larger room at cost but declined. The power point was in a silly location, and there was a chair in the room that was far to big if it was removed and a small bedside table was put in its place it would have been a lot better. The desk chair also didn't sit well under the desk, if these things were fixed it would make the small room a little roomier. It served our purpose and in the end we only used the room to sleep in so made the best of it.

Disappointing

breakfast was ok. location is good

staff misinformed me about crib. One of the staff told me 200SEK/night, and next day I received a message saying 100SEK/night. However, they simply said they do not know. I stayed 4 different hotels in Sweden in a week, and I paid 100SEK/night each hotel. Hotel C charged me a lot. And we did not see no refreshments in the lobby such as water during the night.

Very good location and the rest is just average.

The location is great and breakfast is good. The rooms is small and cozy.

The check out staff are not the most friendly and the internet speed is very slow. I have a screenshot of the 10 mb speed. So if you need to do any business meeting online please consider. The room has a chair which makes you not able to full open the bathroom door which is strange.
