Friendly staff, clean hotel, good lobby and restaurant, super location, good wifi, free water on fridge.

Bed sheets where old and not nice anymore, rooms could be bigger. Why not to start again with full minibar? As empty fridge (just water).

Not a good welcome. I showed my booking number and my ID but they couldn’t find my reservation for a long time. I couldn’t open my room - the key didn’t work. I had to come back to them to fix the card. They didn’t tell anything about the hotel so I needed to come back to ask about the breakfast hours. Receptionist stayed in the restaurant with loud friends right after that “welcome” and looked at me while I was trying to eat my dinner. Not professional.

I booked a single room and it came with a super comfortable king size bed, which I liked very much! The room itself wasn't very big, but I spent most of the time in the bed anyway, and had the best sleep in a while. Great blackout curtains! The location was convenient at the end of the long pedestrian street with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good with some fun options (waffle maker).

The temperature in my room was very cold. The front desk staff told me to put the settings on full speed and 25 degrees and then it got slightly warmer. I spent most of the time under the cozy blankets anyway. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing some renovations. I believe breakfast was not served in the normal room and fitness/sauna was unfortunately closed.

Very clean, had all facilities, bed very comfortable with loads of pillows and clean crisp sheets. Laundry service was quick, food it’s fresh. Staff are welcoming and location it’s Perfect

Very clean and comfortable! The staff were extremely friendly and gave a very hot and tired traveller a complimentary beer at the bar! They also found my glasses….

There were a bunch of compliments, such as bottles of water in the fridge, tea, coffee, teapot, and other accessories. Kindful and respectful stuff, the hotel looks modern and clean.

The Internet was bad, especially for this level of Hotel. What we also didn't like is the price for breakfast, which was too high.

they refused to check me in when I arrive 1500, because they didn’t have a room ready ! They told me that the room will be ready after at least two hours !

I ❤️ Radisson. Scand style, room service, location, bed, room planning, etc. Cuisine was OK.

I don’t think I would like staying near Casino. My room was at 5th floor.

Familly room is nice option.

Poor breakfast, problems with sanitaru system in the bathroom, air condition not working, windows not open fully…. Poor stay , for big price.

Great location, easy check in, professional personnel. Got even free parking. Breakfast was also good.

The room was not properly cleaned, saw some hair and dust in some spots. And the walls were extra thin, heard everything what was happening in the lobby. Other than that all was great.
