Top notch stay

Simply wonderful. They were very kind and arrange the room for my birthday and even gave me a cake!! So sweet!! The place is top notch, incredible breakfast, two swimming pools, kids playground and everything you wish for. Is close to the center of Chaweng where all the night life if that is what you are looking for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A great overall experience!

Not worth the money it is charged besides the fact you pay the brand.

Location was good, property was well maintained, staff was good

Rooms were not clean properly, inside the room it was found a pair of socks from previous visitors and also the bathroom sink had mucus from previous visitors too.

早餐很不错，非常非常丰盛，无比想象的丰盛，泳池不错，地理位置不错，各方面都很不错，网络也很方便很快。性价比很高。离市中心也很近，走路大约就几分钟。

Comfortable, clean, good service, we had a good time at Amari.

It was all good. We were quite touched by the "happy birthday" message on the bed for my wife, and also for the birthday cake you sent. A very nice touch, thank you.

The thai food you serve is bland. i understand this is done because most of your guests are from countries that do not tolerate higher levels of taste intensity, but personally i was disappointed.

The property is in an excellent place, however the rooms are not up to the level I expected

The staff were friendly and courteous

The room did not fit a five star hotel as indicated and should be graded as 3-stars. The room is small and the decor is not appealing. Much too little cupboard space. We tried to change/upgrade our room and were told it is not possible, whixh was extremely disappointing

חדר גדול, מרווח ונקי, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומספקת לגמרי, חוף פרטי מהמם והצוות מקסים ונותן מענה לכל בקשה.

לרגעים המים במקלחת הופכים לקרים, החדרים שנמצאים בגארדן רחוקים מהבריכה/חוף בערך 3-4 דק’ בהליכה אבל יש טוקטוק במידת הצורך.

Great place

Great staffed nice rooms. I needed to move my room because there was an issue with the birth. They came immediately and help me relocate. The street separates the lobby from the rooms, but they have a crossing guard that is there most of the day and the evening, and that is awesome. The breakfast is the best I have had of any hotel. Such an array of different foods, and everything was delicious!

Wir hatten im Beach Wing ein schönes Zimmer Grandioses Frühstück Man ist in wenigen Minuten mitten im Geschehen.

Das Meer ist schmutzig und Man steht in Pflanzen unter Wasser

Fantastisch, aanrader als je een partner heb of met je gezin op reis gaat.

Dat je dagelijks werd opgehaald met zo'n elektrische golfkar naar faciliteiten van Koh Samui als je daar behoefte naar had.

Ze hadden geen Jet Ski optie om te huren

Extraordinar

Foarte bine poziționată, foarte aproape de Central Samui, restaurante, la 6 km de Fisher Vilege! Resortul are iesire direct la plaja, cu plaja privata si o piscina frumoasa, Mic dejun foarte bun si extrem de variat! Camera mare, cu paturi foarte confortabile, baia generoasa si curatenie impecabila! Am avut cam 2207 cu vedere la ocean, superba!

What a memorable stay!

We stayed at the Thai Village section. The area was absolutely stunning, with a pool right in front of our room/hut. The lush greenery all around, with a tree right in front of our balcony, which cast shade and gave us more privacy. Even though it was minutes away from the busy Chaweng nightlife, the area was very quiet at night, and the insulation is great (especially compared to many other hotels all around Thailand). The bed was big and extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and allowed for later checkout with no extra cost. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with so many different cuisines (Western, egg station, Indian, Thai) we were spoilt for choice. As it was our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake. We will definitely be coming back, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good experience and Chef at Prego was excellent and very warm towards guest.

Frankly property is divided in two portion .

Everything was Good. but for the vegetarian Guest , there are not much choice. even for Breakfast Indian Items were Ok. repeated Items during 3 day stay. looks like that have reheated the items and served.

Introduce vegetarian Thai Food. I was there to enjoy Thai food also. Being Vegetarian , I would like to enjoy Thai food also

Relaxing stay but lack of atmosphere and not very fun for teens

Beachfront location. Relaxed pool area with good food and drink service. Excellent breakfast.

Pool was shallow and not big enough to swim properly in. No activities for guests eg film night or classes eg yoga on the beach. Very quiet at night.

i has a great comfortable holiday in Amari hotel. never forget it.

breakfast was fantastic with variety of different foods and taste. there were two pool at the property easy access for everybody. beach was just in front of the hotel although to take the advantage of swimming you need to walk a bit further to access enough depth for pleasant swim. staffs were always smiling and provided any services we requested.

the only item was in check out date since it was not the time of check out and we were warping up our suitcases, new guest opened the door and entered to the room.

We will come back to this hotel but will stay at the front side, the garden back side feels like some 3 stars hotel.

The location, the front pool, breakfast was very good!

The two bedrooms suite with pool view, no balcony! Bad location, no privacy, Bed smell!!! That they couldnt solve that ruind our vication (we got compensation and moved to other room just for the last night), the hotel is old, the stuff was nice

Wow that a great service. The breakfast was wery tasty and fresh, the restaurant near the pool also good but the prices a little bit high for Thailand. The staff is so nice and helpful. transfer to aairport. The room looks actually like on the picture. t

Can't swim at the beach in front of the resort, have to walk. The pool is small for the amount of guests. Garden wing rooms don't even feel like the same resort, feels like you're staying in a worse resort

Ok but wouldn’t bother

The hotel is right beside the airport and very loud all day. It is also very close to a loud and rowdy area and definitely not suitable for families with children

The fact that we booked a two bedroom hotel room and we’re given two separate linked ones

awful beach.

not much to like. probably some of the staff. hotel manager Mr. Wee managed to give us a room more adequate that the original one assigned.

outdated in general, needs serious refurbishing. also the fact that in spite of asking the first time if their onyx rewards program that they claim will give a 20% discount on f&b and spa was not applied at all. total 4,000 baht that they took away from me. they later claimed that it was only for direct bookings but then they send me 6 emails for me to join the rewards program…. there is no mention of that in the app. they also offered a free seafood dinner on our last night. unfortunately and embarrassing for them, there was no one art the restaurant (u mean staff also), there was no reservation and there was no meal. ended up having to go somewhere else, still waiting for apology/compensation.
