Pleasant resort, well-located with amenities expected at the relatively high price point

Resort atmosphere and facilities. Nice pools. Helpful, friendly staff. Located across the road from the beach and handy to all the shops and restaurants. Comfortable room with good aircon and verandah facing the trees

The first room offered was on the ground floor and had a nasty drain smell. However, we were cheerfully offered rooms on the second and third floor with no smell issues.

Very nice - would stay again

We loved the family bunk room, it was perfect for us. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Location was right across from the beach, although not really a swimming beach. Heaps of eateries close by and the famous night market under 10 mins walk. Beds were comfy and the air con super cold. Staff friendly.

Our package included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a la carte (I thought it was buffet style) which was a bit limiting for a vegetarian. There wasn’t a vegetarian entree or main so I had to request different food which they weren’t happy about. Would have preferred a buffet style dinner.

Выход номера на речку, от которой идет запах! И очень шумно вечером от рядом стоящего кафе! Чтобы жить более комфортно, нужно прилично доплатить за номер

Un hotel perfect pentru familii cu copii!!!

Micul dejun foarte bun. Barul din piscină foarte frumos și piscină de asemenea. Mâncare foarte bună și camerele de familie foarte frumoase!!! 5 minute pe jos de Night Market!

Fantastic location, nice swimming pool, beautiful facilities. Good services from the personnel.

I liked the customer relationship manager who managed our complaint about the first room that we were attributed to. He gave us an upgraded room, after the first night. If we had to stay for the whole staying in that first room the hotel would have received a very bad rating from me. We paid for a better room but we got in the beginning a room that was unbearable from the smell (reason unknown to me). After the upgrade in a different building I can honestly say that the rest of the staying was fabulous and was worth the money we paid.

I dont recommend to include the dinner. the choice is limited and almost nobody made use of that option. Anyhow it is better to go out and eat in the street, as almost everywhere in Thailand.

A great hotel! Good location.

The rooms are very spacious. The beds are quite firm however a mattress topper is on the bed, I had to request another topper. The rooms were relatively clean but I think now getting a little tired, the sliding doors for the bathroom broken and coming off tracks. Good shower and warm water. Initially we were in a room With an interconnecting door. You can hear everything, the people next door kept us awake most of the night going out and then bringing girls back. We were then moved to a room without a door. That night we had to ring reception on two occasions because the people above let their kids run up and down the room screaming etc! This went on beyond 12am. The next night it was quiet. Loved the pool area and swim up bar are brilliant!!! We had food from The pool bar which was excellent. There are sunbeds but people put towels in them early to reserve and then didn’t turn up till about 1pm! We had breakfast which was really good. And had coffee in the afternoon at the bar. There’s plenty of bars and restaurants if you walk left out of the hotel.

There’s no negatives really about the hotel. However it’s worth to note that the Nopharat beach out front is not really swimmable due to it being green murky water, it also has rocks which you can’t see. There aren’t any sunbeds either. If it wasn’t for the pool at the hotel I probably wouldn’t stay here.

Great little bungalows Breakfast buffet looking over the ocean Free luggage pick up by cart

One shower had drain problems and a little pool was always in bottom. Bit yucky Pool was hot and slimy

Best resort in Ao Nang

What a wonderful resort! Perfect for children, the pools were amazing, especially the one for the little kids, and my son didn't want to leave the hotel. Amazing breakfast with fresh food and plenty of options! The location was superb, beachfront.. near all the shops, restaurants etc The rooms were very spacious, and ours had a beautiful view of the gardens and river. I would absolutely return to this resort when coming to Ao Nang. Simply the best!

A relaxing location to end our trip across Thailand.

Nicely cared for hotel. The location was great as there was a store nearby to buy water, etc, as well as lots of restaurants and a night market within a few blocks.

Other guest could be loud late into the night. There doesn't appear to be any garbage cans anywhere. The drink selections at the pool swim up bar could be expanded and happy hour didn't extend to all the drinks offered.

The gardens and grounds were pristine. We were upgraded to the penthouse room for one night. We stayed another 2 nights in a smaller room which had pool access. Lovely buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this property.

pool area is excellent, especially the water slides and island bar. kids club is great as well. rooms are clean and cleaning daily is very thorough. breakfast is plenty no more than sufficient.

Great location!

Great location! 5 mins walk to Landmark night market, and 2 mins to the beach. Many good restaurants in the neighborhood and we also enjoyed the oil massage 2 mins away from the hotel.

Breakfast could be better.

Location was good, rooms are very dated not much happening at the hotel most of the bar aeras were shut only one bar open which was the children's bar we were a couple so our aera had no bar service nothing. Hard to see it being 5star hotel. Breakfast was expensive too

staff, pool and strategic location

i was there for 4 nights and that time was not peak season. We stay in weekdays and they put us very far from the lift and last corner of our room at level 3. The reason they said because room was fully booked and more guest will check in. Until we check out only a few guests check in during that time. Our bathroom room sliding door very tight.

It's one of the worst hotels ever I stayed. Stinky blanket, towels, and sofa. The room smells awful. Dirty bathtub Bad treatment poor language from the staff.

We absolutely love our stay. The hotel are really great, the room, pool and beach right infront of the hotel. Hotel great for family esp kids. There’s a boat services right infront of the hotel too. definitely coming back again.

Beautiful place and the view for sure

The facilities were great, the pool was clean, and the view from the restaurant was great!

There are so many mosquitos in the room and we got bitten so many but there was no way to kill them and the reception couldn’t help it.
