Excellent vacation

The pool bar, the slides, the view, the room in building A, the beach, the fact that is a club not too big and well organized

No toillet on the beach, the occupied sunbeds with towels and no persons sitting in, entertainment could be improved ( like yoga classes or aqua gym in the pool etc)

Great!

Clean and well maintained, nice pool and aquapark. Great location. Tasty food & lovely drinks at the bar. Bulgarian restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Friendly and very helpful staff. Relaxing SPA treatments were also good.

We had some issue with the bathroom (smell in the evenings), which was sorted promptly after complaining. Only one type of beer was available in the restaurant, which unfortunately was not to our taste.

Positive Hotel staff are extremely polite The hotel is very clean The food is delicious

Things to improve: Evening programme and dj, nobody knows how to connect the equipment. :) The music is often too loud. Massage: Do not buy this service because it is just a pat and has nothing to do with massage. I booked a "sports massage" and even asked several times if it was really there, I was assured that they know what a sports massage is. Even though the hotel advertised 20% for the massage everywhere, on top of not getting what I needed, I was charged the amount without the discount.

lack of amenities, very small interior poll, short, small depth. sauna is extra charge lack of parking places lack of leisure spaces to hang out. restaurant terrace closes at 22 room with view to the park is actually view to the street parking the roooms have issues with the ventilation. it makes big noises. it seems is connected with the fridge but it makes loud noises

We asked for a quite room, we get one looking at the pool, some evenings was impossible to sleep for

We asked for a quite room, we get one looking at the pool, some evenings was impossible to sleep for the kids due to the noise (singing / dancing show next to the pool) It says "Aqua park", but doesn't specify that kids under 150 cm can't use the big slides, so they can stay in the small pool, which is dirty! Their shows were in general very poor, sometimes even shocking... Large choice of food, but poor quality The hotel has a private beach but it shared with other hotels, thus overcrowded

Grifid hotel changed our reservation to Encanto hotel, Was very clean, the staff was great, help us all the time, big rooms, internal swimming pool was hot and clean, every day the room was clean very nice. The open bar was excellent, 24/7

Satisifying overall

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the beach, delicious food and drinks, very clean rooms. The room booked for us was a bit far from the hotel entrance, the last building in the resort which had its downside, but it was quieter up there, which we appreciated. It was good that we had the chaise-longs at the beach included, we found available spots everyday, sometimes further from the beach or the bar, but still there was space.

Downside of having the room in the last building is that we had to climb many stairs. Parking was a challenge being in full season, they were not well organised when it came to parking, they should delegate at least an extra person from the staff to help with parking during check-in times, we have waited a lot (20-30 minutes after check-in) for someone to come and guide us to the parking lot which was also far from the hotel itself. It could have been easily resolved by receiving the parking space location along with a ticket to indicate that I'm a hotel guest, so I could go there myself instead of waiting. At the beach not all the chaise-longs and umbrellas were well-maintained, some of them were broken, some of them missed their plastic tables.

a lot of stairs to go in our room or to any other facilities. it was difficult (especially the night with a child sleeping in a stroll) to use the stairs (approximately 50 stairs). in addition it wasn’t an available kettle to prepare hot milk for the child in the night or in the morning

the food was amazing. chef was from Turkey and the service in the kitchen was amazing, well done really nice food

the hotel is really old and was lots people , I was together with my family and I can’t find space in swimming people too stay because everyone live the towel everywhere. I stay on the chair :( because everything was busy

The staff was amazing, food was great. The beach was very close.

Bathroom was not as good as the rest of the room. Pool was overcrowded. Animation and live music was way too loud for kids.

Excellent!

Beautiful pool, nice beach area, staff was absolutely lovely especially the animations team! drinks were amazing, food was great! grifid hotels also offer a la carte restaurants that you can book in advance which was very nice. We were so so pleased and will definitely come back! We spent weeks browsing for the perfect hotel and we decided to go with bolero and we were not disappointed!
