A fost drăguț.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult faptul că au păstrat foarte multă vegetație în curtea hotelului. Doresc să felicit in mod special trupa de animatori, au fost minunați. Atât membrii echipei de animatori, fetele și băiatul cât și șeful lor, profesioniști, întotdeauna cu zâmbetul pe față, gata să distreze copiii și adulții, respectuoși și foarte punctuali ( am verificat pe ceas de fiecare dată ora din program, și de fiecare dată au început la fix). Tot personalul in general amabil și dornic să ajute, să fie pe placul clienților. Felicitări!

Parcarea - se face discreționar , se plătesc 10 eur pe zi și nici nu ești sigur că vei avea loc.

A fost bine, dar nu aș reveni.

Echipa de animatori a salvat sejurul, energia și buna dispoziție creată ne-au făcut să trecem cu vederea micile neplăceri.

Mâncarea suficientă dar de slabă calitate. Curațenie s-a făcut și un prea.

Se putea mult mai bine

Mâncarea

Amenajarea la baie sub orice critică, parcă sau apucat să o renoveze și au tras doar gletul, (fără faianță și gresie)plus un miros înțepător ce venea din pereți. Televizorul nu avea nici un program TV, (nu avea card)doar aplicații, care oricum de-abia funcționau din cauza internetului care ceda. Ușa la intrare lovită cu piciorul la nivelul de jos, crapata, de care trebuia să tragi zdravăn să o închizi.

Mobilierul nou si camera mare, piscina exterioara

Spa foarte mic, ceva urat mirositor, mizeria dupa renovare era praful de la moloz peste tot, chiar si peste mobilierul nou, mi-a dat alta camera mai mica la check in desi rezervasem tripla, a trebuit sa ma cert sa duc munca de lamurire cu managerul, mancare putin diversificata si insuficienta, loc plin de romani, lifturile ineficiente, locuri insuficiente la mese, lobby, parcare la alt hotel cu 20 bgn pe zi. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

The evening shows were the only positive aspect

-lack of towels for pool. Better bring yours -only one power socket per room -dirty pool -bad coffee; food not always good -old appliances and broken tiles in bathroom -parking place from third party available but far from hotel -overwhelmed staff

Exceptional

I especially liked the animation team. Great entertainment during the day and also in the evening. Super activities for all generations, both children and adults. Many thanks to Siana, Silvia & DJ Marto (I don't remember the name of the whole team, sory). Till next time! ;)

One time stay is enough

The pools were well maintained and clean. The people at the reception were always there to help you. The room was big enough. Going to the sea was 10 minutes so close enough. Mini disco :)

Children food - always fried potatoes and some meat with vegetables which my kids did not like at all. Room was delivered in time but there was visible dust after the TV which we clean ourselves. Many of the people left the towel at the pool but did not stay in the morning or in the evening I had to wake up early to do that myself.

Awful

Low variety of food, cockroaches in the room, there was no food for babies or toddlers. Only one elevator for the whole hotel (5 stories high so we waited quite a lot). Food was rather tasteless, drinks were absolutly awful, thak God for the shops nearby. The walk to the beach was about 20-30 mins long. Don't think abou booking a sea view hotel as there is no sea view. I would not recommend going with babies or toddlers, too far from the sea and no food suitable for them. In the morning there was usually 1 guy who would make eggs and pancakes so the waiting line was always very long, 15-30 mins waiting in queue.

nice and reasonable for the price about 15-20 minutes walk to the beach.

decent property, house keeping 50/50, they don’t change towels unless you tell them. yet, the house keepers are very nice. we found a bee hive in our room, they removed it. buffet is huge, yet, not so tasty. food being repeated all the time but the soups, Salads and sweets were exceptional.

fitness room is almost a joke. just one tennis ball is available and a very old and bad racquet. luckily we had our own requests. the animation team were very friendly and extra nice along with the rest of the staff and the front desk team. ))

For a family vacation I recommend this hotel in Golden Sands

My family and I were staying at Kristal hotel for 5 nights and we were happy with what it is offering. We had a very big room with a view to the kids club area. It was clean and tidy and we had it cleaned every day. The staff is really nice. The entertainment team is very friendly, Gaby, Alex, Simon and Niki are very good at what they do, considering they are very young.

The food, I can’t say I didn’t like it. It was ok but could do with a bit more of variety. You don’t starve, there is something for everyone. Soups are very tasty 😋

Nice hotel with bad parking

Kristal was a nice hotel, we had a clean room. The food buffet was each day different. Also there are very nice people in animation team.

The parking was horrible ... For a 4 stars hotel, the proposal for parking was on a terrace of an abandoned hotel, which costed 12 leva per day, was bad, very bad. The water received from hotel seem to be from the pool, it has a deep chlorine smell.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect especially, food, room on the parter floor. There was very comfortable and not hot because we had room with trees view. The staff and Orders are very convenience, smart and welcoming. It was really great time in this hotel. Food was delicious. Thank you for your effort.

Atention hotels! Quality matters!

The animation team, the pools, just acceptable food offerings.

The bartenders attitude and professionalism. No private parking at the hotel and was 70 leva for 5 days at a hotel’s partner parking lot. The elevators, being just two, were useless related to rooms number. Poor sound quality at the pool. The bathroom sink stopper useless.
