The male staff was a bit off, you dont have to be friendly but atleast welcoming as a receptionist but no he was not. Didnt even say hello thank you welcome or anything. The room is good. Bathroom could be better

Good but could do with a lot of improvements

Room had a nice view of the river and lobby and outdoor lounge were very nice. Staff were helpful with our requests.

The room is quite outdated such as the shower layout, furniture and curtains. We booked a standard room and found that the light at entry was flickering and we could hear noise from the water pipes so we opted to pay to be upgraded to studio suite with river view. We found that in the new room, the heater didnt work even though it was working in our previous room. We talked to the staff about this and she basically made it sound like there was nothing she could do. Beds on both rooms werent comfortable because you could feel the split in the middle where they conmected both beds.

Amazing location - very central to everything.

Parking was $30 extra and needed to be pre-booked. It was also quite noisy with traffic from 6am onwards

Uncomfortable, unpleasant

Staff was friendly on arrival but rude at departure

We had a very disappointing stay, there was a family running up and down the hallway until 1am. Call security but it took 40 minutes for them to stay. Temperature in the room was very hard to maintain, it was extremely hot which I had trouble sleeping. The shower was a bath/shower, the water was either freezing or boiling hot. This made having a shower very uncomfortable. They gave us a piece of paper on arrival that stated there would be people working on the outside of the building at 9am, if I knew this prior to booking like on the website I wouldn’t of booked! Floors were very dirty inside the rooms. Overall stay was very very uncomfortable. I notified staff on the way out and all she said was sorry, and gave me a 30% off for the next stay. I told her unfortunately I wouldn’t be coming back and she laughed and said oh you never know.

Has gorgeous room and view, but it needs to do more than that

The room is very pretty! We were floored by how fancy it is. Wide, comfortable, elegantly designed, and well-organised. The view from our room was amazing too!

1) The shower-bathtub combo where, when you shower, the floor drain outside the tub (near the toilet) will bring up the stuff you just rinsed. It was gross. 2) The “large double bed”/queen bed is not actually one mattress but two mattresses. You can feel the gap. 3) You can make a reasonable request to the property (e.g., a high chair and cot pls) thrice by messaging them on this app but get no acknowledgment or action at all. We didn’t get the high chair or cot in our room for our bubba

It was great for a conference but I would not stay there for a nice holiday.

room layout and decor, distance to our conference venue, staff were friendly if approached and mostly helpful, but not especially welcoming once we were checked in. the pool was great. lobby nice to enter.

room was not properly cleaned. floor dirty with spills and even a date stone on floor under the couch, dust on skirting boards in open wardrobe, frige smelled bad. fittings were tired - curtain off its rails, the sofa broken, a hook missing from the bathroom door. frige only just cold enough. was checked by maintenance man who insisted it was cold enough.

They are still holding the deposit despite advising it was released. Large crack in the bathroom door. Room smelt very musty

Facilities were fantastic, super clean and staff generally friendly

Reception when I checked in was fairly rude. Not quite sure customer service is for her, had to repeat myself several times which is okay if she didn’t quite understand me but she had help from another colleague and had attitude whenever I explained anything to her. Wasn’t very bright or welcoming on arrival.

Super close to everything, nice location on the river, staff were great!!!

the shower is for tiny people, we are average height and the shower head was maybe chest high, the bed was 2 singles pushed together and you sink into the middle, however sounds a bit contradictory but the beds individually are beautiful and soft.
