Great location, very stingy on what was provided for an 8 day stay

Had to locate a drop box outside a building on a street nearish to the accommodation

If it was a bit closer and easier particularly drop off as we had to leave really early in the morning

the convenience of the location is brilliant no clear information on how to take the rubbish out and where?

the struggle to find the hidden key collection box, on arrival, like not everybody is coming into Surfers Paradise driving their own car, so to try and locate this key box was a struggle and annoying. Worse still, on returning the key, the given code or box was not working, thankfully and miraculously, one of your employees emerged to our rescue, imagine if she was not there in that moment, and we were to depart on time to catch our flight, there is only a contact by text only number, this really needs to be an available emergency number. So, for these reasons, we would avoid this accommodation in the future. more towels could be added on, especially, if residence are to use the gym and pools. No clear or detailed information around where to take the rubbish, window of double bedroom left open and wouldn't close, aircon was not effectively functioning and NO bathroom/shower FAN AT ALL! This is very poor

Great location, great views.

Brilliant location in the middle of Surfers Paradise. Easy to get everywhere we needed. Great food and cafe options all walking distance.

Key collection was offsite. King bed is two pushed together.

Fabulous location to be right amongst it in Surfers Paradise!

Great location. 10 mins from beach . Restaurants and shops just outside front door. Great cafe in the foyer of Hotel for morning coffee! Great 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views ! Love the safety of keys to get to apartment floors and separate lifts from the Hotel. Pool is lovely added extra as well.

Needs a little fixing up as looking tired. Marks on walls , chipped paint etc.

good location but not impressed with the service

when we got in the apartment was a thick cigarette odour... the vacuum cleaner , ironing board and iron was not working.. no extra blankets for people who where staying for 6 days.tried communicating to the owner but it's only through texts and they sometimes do not respond at all or respond after several hour's. carpets to the main bathroom had brown stains and when you have kids brown is not a good colour on the carpet

Hilton Residence Apartments great location and children friendly

I really liked its central location. There are lots of restaurants, convenient stores and clothing stores around the residence. In the apartment we had a washing machine and dryer, and all the basic requirements like a toaster, kettle etc.

The dryer was not working, a message was popping up stating that the air vent should be cleaned. It would have been ideal if the company letting the accommodation would check these basic things on a regular basis.

Go there if you want to party with your friends

Location was great but the street music and bar music was too loud we stayed there in the week Monday to Thursday apartment was on 17th floor but Cavill avenue is just too loud. The music didn’t go off till 1.45am. Both tvs in the living room and master room did not work some one came out but didn’t know how to fix them. Both tvs was old tvs not a smart tv so definitely need upgrading. Overall the location was great if you want a boozy weekend or a party stay with your friends everything is on your doorstep no need for Ubers or taxis but the place is definitely not for a family holiday / stay. You will not get any sleep. For this reason I would not stay there again.

Orchid Stay

Loved the location, so easy with children. Amazing views and plenty of space. Definitely will recommend and be coming back. The staff were fantastic. There were a couple of things I emailed about in the room, very simple stuff that I thought I'd notify them about for the next booking. We were not fussed, just wasn't sure if they knew of them. I was emailed a reply very promptly and that day, a staff member came and sorted the few things on the list for us.

😀 There was nothing we didn't like about our family holiday at the Orchid Residences. We will be looking at planning our next trip.

fantastic central location with awesome views

the property was so central to everything in surfers paradise and the views were awesome and also no need to hire a car as everything is on your doorstep

collection of the keys was not easy when you are driving as there is nowhere to park and collect them it was very stressful … because you were right in the centre it did get quite noisy at night

perfect location and was close to everything

trying to find the place to pick up your keys, no spare blankets or pillows, no couch pillows, for the amount of money you pay no good tv when wanting to just watch a movie

Superb

The location was awesome and view was amazing.

One window had a broken latch and we couldn't seal it off from the wind. The one windy night we had during our stay the terrible whistling was so loud it kept us awake. Minor repair will sort this out though.
