Honestly, location good but rooms completely outdated and needing furniture replacement.

Location is perfect!

The property was very old and outdated. Stains and cigarette burns in carpet. The couch was unusable… out of shape, sagging, springs broken

We have great time stayed, great location , easy to get everything we need , cafe , shopping centre

Just need more stuff at the bathroom such as couples toilet papers , body soap, shampoo , bins .

Amazing ,beautiful ocean and views were outstanding 8 out 10 rating ,wow to quarterdeck apartments

I like the balcony it was wonderful seeing the side on with the ocean and beach and seeing the city views was so beautiful, my room was so nice and clean and the views were so beautiful with all incity views of surfers paradise and seeing all Nerang river and all different resorts and tram stations .it was so great 👍 to see this out of your windows. The night view was amazing when it was dark seeing all lights was something u will always remember it .it was so relaxing and great view.

The room was so huge and very big for a 1 bedroom apartment. Now the fans were a bit slow in the rooms not much air blowing out of them .the air-conditioning was beautiful and we put that on most nights for air . Everything else was very good . Also there was no phone to call reception at all ,when the paper said to call and dial 99.so I think the paperwork needs a little update .but overall I and my mum was very happy to stay there for a 3 star apartment. 🌟 the reception guy was very nice and wonderful on arrival . Out of 10 ,I give this 1 bedroom apartment a 8 out 10 .

unfortunately was all out disappointing and we left early.

Unfortunately the location is all that this place has going for it.

definitely don’t stay there in summer because you can only have the aircon for 1hour before it turns off and you have to press a button to turn back on but will turn off after the hour. no aircon in the bedroom only a pedestal fan. also says no pet but there are dogs in peoples rooms and can here them barking.

great locations and views. had everything necessary in the apartment.

one of the two towels was dirty with some black marks. and there was only one small mirror in the bathroom, too high for short people.

Great location but tired.

The location was fantastic and it had parking and next to the g link .Manager was really lovely

Dated apartment,no aircon in the bedrooms or corridors.Cupboards were falling apart,Window locks were not all working.It needs a lot of maintenance. You had to empty your bins and clean up before you left or risk being charged.

Would never stay there again

The location was fantastic - pools were clean- it was just the room. Sheets and Towels were clean, only reason we stayed. Bed was comfortable, fridge worked and was clean - I didn't use anything else

When you have to bring the plastic chairs inside off the balcony as they were the only seats that we were able to sit on. It looked like everything in there had been bought at a 2nd hand shop - no plates matched - cutlery was old and yuk - frypans were all scratched and unusable - toaster was broken. The couch the whole middle was just big holes with springs sticking out - kitchen wooden chairs were all scratched with sharp edgings - scratched your legs and made pull marks on your clothes. The fans on roof had thick dust (affected our asthma)- black mould in bathroom, shower was tiny with terrible water pressure. If I hadn't pre paid I would have left - disappointing - I have never written a bad review but I would hate somebody to save all year like we did and end up having their holiday spoilt

Wonderful location, and lovely apartment.

Amazing location, tram was right outside, pretty much everything was less than a 10 minute walkaway. Very handy so we didn't have to drive around. Lovely sized apartment, wonderful view, just what we needed. Nice and quiet. All the facilities worked and check in was very easy. Nice and clean too.

The bed was two singles pushed together and a bit too hard. The shower could do with having a handle or something on the inside so it's easier to close.

Building manager was very kind. Access to parking is a big plus given location

Just a little old and bedding was bare minimum and couches super difficult to sit on due to how sunken they were/age .

Fab location, great staff, value for money stay!

if your looking for a five star property for very cheap price this property is not for you!!! however for the price we paid, it is excellent value for money, Vom on reception went out of his way to be pleasant and accomodating, spacious room with great view of the beach, location is fantastic, right in Crntral Surfers but far enough away to not be noisy! highly recommend for a holiday in a budget!!!!

Great appartment for our stay, easily accessible to transport, shops and attractions.

Space, location, easy to get around, bathroom good size, pool

The bedding, blankets smelt, another sheet would be great. Lack of kitchen equipment TV didn't work very well

The apartment was very old, not clean appliances and the outdoor table and chairs very rusty, not suitable to be able to sit out on , mould in shower no blanket or doona on bed when we got there , curtains full of holes, we had to cut our stay short by 2 days because did not feel comfortable in this apartment.
