The rooms are nice and big. Plenty of space and had shampoo, conditioner and hand soap provided. Location is amazing. The beach is just a 3min walk. Restaurants and the blvd just outside your door. Woolworths directly underneath you. For convenience this place rates 10/10. We also loved the heated pool and spa and the pool towels were nice and fresh. The breakfast was really good with salads, hot food and continental. Not to mention an array of drinks. I would definitely get breakfast here if I stayed again. It was so worth it.
The service desk area and the care inside felt really grubby when we walked in. I didn’t see any cleaners at all during my time there. The kids area I thought was dingy and just a waste of space. The bed was way too soft but most of all there is no microwave in the room. Actually there is only a jug and fridge with a little bit of tea/coffee and that’s it. The wait for the elevators can be annoying but I was happy to have chairs outside the elevators so we can sit and wait. The most annoying part is the carpark. It costs $27 for overnight parking which I feel is a ripoff. If you need parking you should add it to the cost of your room and then compare what that cost is to the costs of other hotels around the area.

We stayed in Room 1809 and it was perfectly clean and serviced 100% each day. Room was modern, great shower and balcony view was great.
The staff were excellent especially Dylan at breakfast. We noted the pressure the staff were under one morning (think last Tuesday) as the Restaurant was full and it was brilliant to see that a few back office staff came and helped! Breakfast had a big selection of food and all was fresh and something for everyone. The hotel is perfectly located to all the shops, dining and the beach and the added advantage of parking below and a Woolworths Supermarket also.
Overall the experience was fantastic and we are already planning our next trip back. Thanks for making our holiday so memorable.
