Great hotel for Family trip to Gold Coast

Great location with restaurants and parking onsite

The kids wanted to play with the ping pong table but it was taken away on the second day

Comfortable but rooms need upgrading.

Buffet breakfast was good although needed to wait in line to get a table but it moved relatively quickly. Location was good and the pool and games room were good.

The rooms definetly need a facelift. I would rate the rooms at 3.5 stars not the advertised 4. Needs a solid overhaul like recent voco hotels.

Pleasant Stay

1. Paid parking was not mentioned upfront at time of Check-in. 2. Breakfast was almost 90% repeat all 4days

It was a good stay.

Location and facilities were good. The air con was great. The room was and bed was fine.

The shower inside the Bath was tight and a little difficult to use. Bathroom very small.

Location next to tram. was brilliant, short walk to beach and so many things to do within walking distance. Family friendly my kids loved the games room and pool

no wine glasses in room and would be good to have a kids menu on room service.

Hotel generally very good, public facilities fantastic and staff great.

Hotel facilities are excellent, restaurants and bars were fantastic, Massive TV showing the live sport, Friendly and efficient staff, Quality of meals were outstanding. The quality of the linen and bed in the room was excellent and very comfortable.

Carpark was full, Was surprised that there was an additional charge for that on top of the room stay, that is unusual for hotels. Had to park in a local public carpark which I would prefer not to have my car parked in that location overnight. The shower doubles as a bath and is difficult to get in and out of, the cold water tap had limited supply, suspect restriction in pipes. In summary the bathrooms are very dated and in need of upgrading. The supplied towels were stained and some were torn in places, Probably and opportunity for the cleaning staff to be more thorough.

Not a small boutique hotel.

Comfortable beds. Thoughtful sending a bottle of wine to our room to celebrate our anniversary, thanks!

Breakfast buffet was extremely busy. Not enough staff to clear tables or to check in with you if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Long lines for the coffee machines due to one being broken. The only staff member was Callum who we found to be excellent and always chatted to us when we saw him. The two chefs who cooked the omelettes were great too.

Tired rooms, air conditioning didn't work, room service was a nightmare. Tiny room. Hideously expensive for at best a 3 star hotel.

They charged extra for credit card. They charged 50 aud deposit for EACH night and I still havent received yet… Receptionist Akash was so rude and unhelpful. The rudest treatment I have ever seen in a hotel….

Great value for money

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. There were happy hour drinks and bar snacks on offer Monday to Friday which were excellent value for money

The rooms are quite dated, shower was leaky slightly and carpet looks a bit shabby

Convenient and reasonably priced.

The location is central and is just 10 min walk from surfer paradise beach front. There are many good eateries nearby. Highly recommend Cocohut (Thai restaurant) and Hurricane which is popular for the ribs. The tram station is just next to the hotel. You can take tram to Pacific shopping center using GO card. You can buy GO card at airport. The bed is comfortable and housekeeping is done everyday. Breakfast variety is limited but good enough for 4 days stay. This is a good hotel.

Nothing much. Except that only 2 towels are given although we have 4 guests. This is easily solved by getting the extra towels from the reception counter.

Wonderful, comfortable, affordable, accomodating and enjoyable

I loved the breakfast buffet, a lovely variety of choices. I loved the option to make a hot chocolate as well, as a none coffee drinker! The staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms were modern and a nice size. The pools were awesome. I loved the option to ask for bathroom essentials to save on wasted products! The location was priceless for beach and activities in Surfers Paradise. Everything ran smoothly during our stay!

Only a couple of improvement but there were loud sounds from bathroom/plumbing at nighttime, which woke us up. The pillows and bed were amazingly comfy, however an option for one firm pillow and one soft would be more suitable to people’s tastes. The wifi was good but it dropped out every 10 minutes or so, although it is a large building which can probably account for that. Lastly, the TV was limited to only certain channels. An option to screencast or log into streaming services would be amazing.

No hot water provided on the first night and it was very inconvenient

Location is close to beach and restaurants. Continent location.

The room needs upgrade and their water system as well. We had to switch three times of the room since they had no hot water and then drainage problem for the second bedroom that we switched to. Then the last room still had no hot water. This was a major issue that a hotel should not experience. We didn’t feel we got what we paid for.

Fantastic value for money!

The location is amazing! Staff were lovely and the room was comfy. Loved the view and the building itself was also stylish.

The lighting is a bit poor. It’d be great if the lights were a bit brighter.

When I booked it said parking available and included but when I got to the property I was told the parking was limited and all taken. Had to walk to a parking station.
