Should of been told about the off site keys collection and drop off. Made late check in very inconv.

Smoke alarm beeping on arrival. No one came for three days. Could not use air conditioner in bedroom as it dripped water. Having to go to the Holiday holiday office was very inconvenient and I would never book that again.

Stay was great apart from the condition of the room and the rude booking agency staff.

The Hotel is amazing, great views, great pool, great location

For $370 a night the room was well below average, Stained sheets, no curtain in bedroom,I had to hang rugs at the window, carpets are worn, one bar of soap in bathroom, none in the kitchen. Room is privately owned so hotel staff don't help, My car park was always full. No WiFi , Pick up and drop off key is a major painful event due to being in a different location. When I complained to Holiday Holidays staff they told me that I had seen the photos so bad luck ,and I had the option to Sue if I wanted to walk out and not get any money back. They did have the sheets changed and organised a curtain contractor to come measure up on day two. To little to late, The Whole room needs a make over. Never booking through Holiday Holidays again.

the view was amazing :) and bbq area out side, bed was super comfy.

not realising there was a bond needing to be paid when collecting the keys and that the keys we had to collect from different area would of been good if there were more towels and washing powder and no tv in kids room like displayed

Awesome stay all around!!

Amazing apartment in prime location. Light rail directly accessible from ground floor gate. Comfortable beds and in apartment laundry. Modern comfortable lounge and furnishings. Kids loved the spa bath in the ensuite bathroom. Pool & heated spa facilities were great for kids even in winter. Secure parking. Luggage trolleys available in carpark for luggage transport. Everyone so friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Awesome value.

Small issue with air conditioning not working, tradesman assessed and parts were required. Staff did everything to try to fix during stay. Wifi also unavailable at stay which we were notified of prior to check in.

Great accommodation. Absolutely luxurious appartment. Good location.

After a week, on the day of departure, I got a message from the managing agents, saying that they wanted to deliver a new lounge suite to our unit. The message said they would enter the apartment as they had a key. Now, 5 minutes of text notice, in the hour we're checking out anyway and with my wife still showering..... I was very, very p*ssed off! I had placed the safety chain on the door anyway, but their expectation of immediate entry and compliance whilst we still held occupancy was totally unacceptable. They arrived at the door and I told them this was NOT acceptable. They still wanted to enter the appartment to 'just put it in the hallway'! My wife was still dressing at this stage, so I expressed my (by now) anger at their request. This action totally soured what was until now a pleasurable stay. Holiday Holiday, you need to understand your clients. We are very unhappy, angered and would NOT recommend thus company.

Totally relaxing in beautiful surroundings.

The view was outstanding, as was the location. The apartment was the best we have ever stayed in! Amazing! The pool was outstanding! We will definitely be back!
