Tolles privat geführtes Hotel mitten in Porto

Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Rund herum sind Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal spricht fließend Englisch und hat sehr viele Tipps in und um Porto.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Central location. Rude receptionist

The location was very good. It was clean.

The receptionist was rather rude to us and his ability of speaking english was poor. In a country like Portugal that us very hot there is a need of cold water in your room and there was no fridge in the room. There was no window in the room and the room was very small. The stairs for the upper floor were over our bed so the ceiling was very low and we hurt our head many times.

Розташування в історичному центрі, поруч залізничний вокзал і автобусна зупинка. Хороші сніданки, в номері чисто, свіжий ремонт, є стійка реєстрації.

Кімната в знаходилася під землею. Не було жодної інформації, що кімната не має вікна! Доводилося весь час жити з увімкненим кондиціонером, щоб не задихнутися. Двері щільно не зачиняються. Будь-яке зачиненя дверей в іншій кімнаті спричиняло гуркіт дверей у моїй. Виспатися нереально...

Modernia asumista historiallisessa rakennuksessa kivenheiton päässä kaikesta Portossa.

Loistava sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa Ribeiron kyljessä, erittäin siisti. Kiva aamupala. Sähköinen avain helppo ja turvallinen.

Huhtikuussa majoittuessa ei tarvinnut koneellista ilmastointia, mutta keskikesällä voisi pelkkä kattotuuletin olla liian vähän. En tosin tiedä, olisiko muissa huoneissa ollut ilmastointia.

Está muy bien ubicado, y son muy amables. Muy bonita decoración, está hecha con mucho gusto.

Disappointed with accommodations

The location, once we found it.

No coffee maker or refrigerator. We had to ask for a hot pot and supply our own coffee or tea. No luggage rack either.

Exceptional

Very close to the Camino to make a prompt start when beginning the walk. Nice French windows opening onto a quiet street.

Would recommend.

The stay was good. Nothing crazy for the money paid. We would have liked the room to be a little bit more cooler as it was very hot and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Safe and clean but very poor beds and very low comfort at night

Property is safe and clean. No problem here. Breakfast was also good and sufficient for adults or kids.

Do not expect comfortable sleep. The bed for couples is way too narrow. They have only 130 cm in width. Some have 140 cm. Unless you are small like a hobbit, you and your partner will struggle to enjoy the night. You may feel like sardines in a can. Mattresses are poor and old. They bend in the middle so after the night, your back may hurt. The walls are extremely thin., As this is a guest house, expect you various young people and students to be accommodated here. Expect lots of night noises and wild talks in rooms that will keep you awake due to the extremely thin walls.

the location in the old town is nice and they kept our luggage with no fee a little longer so that we could do sightseeing easily

a lot of narrow stairs there so not really recommended if you travel with kids with trolleys and so on. the breakfast was really small and not too many things to choose, better find something in the city for that money

Disappointing

Very good location. Close to all the important points to see in the city.

1. They charged a "tourist tax" which was not include in the price in Booking. 2. Room was not very clean, the sheets had little dry blood stains. 3. The room was very small, it didn´t look like that in the pictures. 4. The staff was not always at the desk, even the first time we went we had to actually call the office so someone would open the door for us.

Did the job, reasonable price, booked last minute.

Booked last minute, close to attractions, served our purpose and was all part of the bigger adventure. they also looked after our luggage for us.

Bathroom was a bit of a contortionist affair, no good for large or less abled. Not the most beautiful street.

Amazing, modern & comfy place for a great price! Great staff!

- very comfortable and modern accommodation, beautiful rooms, yet located in a traditional building - cleanliness and overall environment - well-insulated rooms with heating (which you can control yourself - big plus), very well renovated and there's no humidity at all (like in most Portuguese guesthouses I stayed) - this is a big plus - amazing staff - helpful, friendly, accommodate every request (e.g. storing luggage before checkin time) - the room has everything you need - towels, toiletries etc. and all is clean and new - location right behind Sao Bento station, perfect if you need to travel early in the morning etc. - I even got upgraded to a bigger room than I booked at no extra charge! - with a view over Porto even - great value for money overall!

- the location in the side street isn't maybe the most ideal at night to come back to alone, but it's not too bad - the main door opening system perhaps isn't the most ideal, as it takes a while for it to open and you have to wait till it closes, with the motion sensor opening it multiple times if you mistakenly walk past it. Maybe something to improve in terms of safety (though this door is shut after midnight and entry is only through the reception door, which is safer) - otherwise I loved everything! great place, would stay again!!

Good location, good value.

We booked the hotel for its location and price. The location was great. The room was clean. It met our exceptions.

The room was a little too hot because there was no air-condition and we had to use the fan which was very noise. The sound proof was not very good so it was a little noisy over night if we stopped the fan.

Simple, clean lodgings. Really close to the historical area, river. Great food nearby. Staff were helpful and approachable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

great place to stay near the main center

the location is GREAT! 5 minutes walk from the central station and within walking distance to so many touristy places! if you wanna be close to the main attractions, look no more! really quiet and safe.

didn’t figure out the ac, but there was a fan and we just stayed one night, so it was fine!

Super clean, good location, spartan

Super clean and it appears the rooms have been recently re decorated. The front desk staff was fantastic- very helpful with bags and information.

Super small bathroom. If I had been taller or a larger person I could not have used the shower. I don’t think there is air con. I used the fan and it was ok. Had a problem with communication between them and Booking.com.
