Everything was great. But the receptionist called Mickaela is the best asset of the hotel. She's very informative, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Munich will always be in my heart mostly because of her!

Staff was really nice, the breakfast could be better but almost complete.
Position is really good
The hotel is really old, the rooms are basic and the heater (only in the bathroom) really noisy, you need to put it off during the night or you will not be able to sleep. Not basic service as for a good hotel at 2022. Two stars are more than enough.

Very convenient location for exploring central Munich. Helpful receptionist and delicious breakfast. Well appointed room for a stay with family.
Unfortunately there was a building site opposite our rooms that was noisy late in the day and very early in the morning.

It was Ok. Decent bathroom but rooms could be a bit larger. we had an issues to place two large luggage and walk around comfortably. our main reason for choosing this hotel was location. Breakfast was decent but nothing exceptional. There is a private courtyard if you're smoker.

The person at the reception was super friendly! I forgot the name😩🙈 THE LOCATION IS AMAZING! It’s right in the city centre and is surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars!

This was a very cosy hotel with an amazing location. Nice, wide room, many cushions! and enough room for a child too.
The room could have been cleaned a bit better. The bathroom was narrow. It was difficult to fit in when the door opened inwards. The sliding door would be a good idea.

over all, two things made the difference. The location, right in the center and the people working at the hotel, especially Michaela at the front desk. She makes your vacation much more easy.

It's in one of the best places of Munich, the people in the hotel were very kind and professional and the room was quiet and clean. Highly recommended.
The room was small and the elevator is very small, but it's understable as i'ts in a historic building. The price is according to the place and city.

Great location in Munich, right next to the Viktualienmarkt. The room was very nice, with plenty of room for our family of three. The staff were very helpful and kind, and we felt very comfortable. It was very clean and it was nice having an elevator.
My only complaint was with the breakfast, where there was a young girl having some kind of Zoom videoconference class the entire time we were eating. It was very loud and distracting to hear the entire conversation going on at full volume while we were trying to eat our food. We tried to overlook it and keep on like normal, but eventually we just gave up trying to talk to each other and decided to just eat quickly and leave. It was unfortunate as we would have liked to have tried more of the food.
