На завтраке из шведского стола убрали красную соленую рыбу, которая была в предыдущие две поездки:(

Very bad experience overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beach, decent restaurants nearby.

While checking in, I asked for a bottle of water 4 times from the front desk, nobody cared until the 4th time. They made me wait quite some time to place me in my room, it was difficult to wait all thirsty after a long flight in the middle of the night. Visibly old rooms and under maintained. Shower splash glass seal was broken and it was leaking water on the floor, so I had to dry the bathroom floor after each shower. Toilet and the bath tub had plumbing issues. Water didn't drain fast enough, so it was pooling in the tub. During a light rain, water pumped back from the toilet, and flooded in to the bathroom when I was out for dinner. Came back to a flooded and stinky bathroom, had to deal with it, in the middle of the night on my last night, before I had to catch an early flight. I had to go to the reception to ask for a room change. Bathroom door frames had water damage before the flooding, so clearly this wasn't the first time it flooded, but obviously no improvements done. Staff was making a lot of noise outside of the room in the night, they were packing baby travel beds in front of the room so loud. Had to ask them to be quiet, then the same thing the next night...

Okay to stay for tourists but not for residents who are looking to relax on a weekend

The room was small The channels on the TV were limited The pools were very small The access to the beach was small space There’s no soundproof in the rooms, you can hear the noise outside Texted the property for questions they didn’t respond Requested for a queen or king bed, not twin beds stuck together and that request wasn’t fulfilled This was a special night that we booked with my wife and it didn’t live up to mark

Perfect stay with all you need

It's an amazing hotel! The breakfast buffet was divine, the staff are so friendly and overall, I can't recommend it highly enough. The hotel went above and beyond and for my birthday were so cute, that they left me an amazing chocolate cake in my room - this is beyond lovely and I have never had this from any hotel I have stayed out. The staff made my stay even better, from the front desk to the concierge

It is a bit dated but situated on the beach was nice.

Food and drinks very expensive but I suppose that is Dubai in general.

Nice Resort with beach, pools and restaurants. Good location.

The resort is one of our favorite places in Dubai. It has a nice beach, pools, spa and restaurants. The team is giving impressive support especially Shoukkath who made our check in experience amazing and accommodated all our requests during our stay which was very convenient. During checkout, Denys was very cooperative and also booked a taxi for us to the airport Highly recommend and will definitely come again.

1- pools timing in summer time. The pools should not close at 7pm since the weather is really hot. At least it should stay until 8 PM. 2-few of the staff driving the Golf Car drive very fast and irresponsibly. Our luggage flew out of the car because the driver took a left turn at full speed. We were also about to fall off the car but luckily we did not. Our luggage was scratched badly and we had a new bag with us. We were lucky that the bags did not fall in the water. We did not file a complaint as the driver was very polite and apologized. But we noticed the same style of driving multiple times with different drivers. We recommend that the hotel electronically limit the speed of the vehicles as they are operating inside the resort, or monitor the drivers to drive carefully and slowly. It's recommended to tell the driver in advance to be careful and drive slowly especially if you have luggage. 3- the Spa is closed until further notice so hope it will be open during our next visit 4-The beach area is under renovation, which hides the nice view, but at least the beach is open. We love the hotel and we will be back, the above feedback is only recommendations to improve something which is already very nice.

Very tidy room in awesome location, food was also amazing with rich options. The décor was modern and stylish. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed with all the amenities you could need. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

this is the garden of Eden made in Dubai

I just came from Bangkok and moved in this resort for some days and I still have the feeling I am still in Thailand. it’s full of green, flowers, waterfalls, small streams, cats going around and playing with you, birds singing and a nice perfume from the flowers around the heavenly resort. The people who are working here are very gentle, friendly and very much caring about clients. I wanna show my particular gratitude for Mr Gharta, Abin and Mr Gowtham who receive me every night with great smiles, funny jokes and take care about bringing good vibes every time I meet them. This location will be always my garden of Eden every-time I get back to Dubai!

Room needs an update. Joints between tiles in bathroom were black. Looked like doubt.
