Pleasent

The accomodation was really nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable

They had several aerosols throughout the hotel. Although The smell was nice because there was too many devices the smell became very intense and sometimes was difficult to breathe.

Not happy and will not recommend anyone to stay at Melia

Nice bed

We paid for 5 star hotel rate and expect better standard of the room especially on the bathroom design. Feeling very disappointed on the bathroom size (too small in size) and shower area.

Very good

Room was very good, Nice beds, Personnel was very friendly. They assisted us with a taxi to the airport in a very decent way. We only stayed one night, but it was a very positive one.

Wonderful breakfast, attentive service, good location. Good fitness. Comfortable bed.

Sauna was cold, steam room did not work, swimming pool was cold and over chlorinated. Pool area was not very nice. Not adequate for a five star hotel.

Good place despite my bad experience

The facilities are up to what you would expect from the brand and the location is convenient both for business and for visiting major sites. Breakfast is abundant and fresh. Room is big and comfortable.

The main reason I am rating the overall experience low is that there was a renovation on a close floor during my stay and despite my complain the noise did not stopped. I know that construction in Vietnam is 24/7 business but did not expect the noise in Melia to start at 8am and stop at 10pm.

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the exceptional service that I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was truly one of a kind and it is a testament to the high level of professionalism and care that your staff have for their guests. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful staff. I especially appreciate the assistance given to me by the front desk staff who went above and beyond to ensure that I was properly checked in at The Level Lounge. Their cheerful demeanor and informative conversation with one of them about the history of Hanoi and Vietnam truly made my day. The service at the Level Lounge was equally impressive. The food spread was amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Ms Du, who assisted me with my check-in, was exceptional. She was always smiling and went out of her way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Her kind gesture of arranging transport to the airport and escorting me to my room and the lift lobby was truly appreciated. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the wide selection of pillows available. The bed, pillows, and quilt were so comfortable that I even considered purchasing one of your pillows. The attention to detail in the room was outstanding and made my stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at your hotel was the best I have ever experienced. I truly felt at home and wished that I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be returning in the future to explore more of Hanoi and to once again experience the exceptional service and warm hospitality of your hotel and staff. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience.

Superb

The location of this hotel is great. It is close to a lot of restaurants and places that we wanted to go. Breakfast is very good with good staff. The room is big and everything is well layout. We enjoyed our stay here.

The bathtub design will cause water to flow on the floor. I think this needs to be fixed. It is hard for me to believe that they didn't see this during the design process.
