Echt top, bis auf Kleinigkeiten

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend auch der deutschen Sprache "meist" fähig. Minigolfanlage vorhanden und 2 pools. Sonnenliegen sind auch genug vorhanden und Badetücher gibt es ebenso. Der Pool wird regelmäßig eigentlich täglich gereinigt und es gibt auch verschiedene bespaßungsprogramme wie beispielsweise einen "Yogakurs" auf kleinen surfbrettern oder einen Cocktailmixkurs. Das kleine Café bietet jeden Kaffee den es nur gibt. Über den Begrüßungssekt haben wir uns sehr gefreut und auch der Mitarbeiter, welcher mit den Koffern geholfen hat und uns das Zimmer gezeigt hat war sehr sehr lieb. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor Ort. Wer direkt vor dem Hotel nichts bekommt kann ganz unkompliziert im Schotter etwas weiter hinten parken. Für Menschen die Fisch Essen ein Paradies.

Das Essen am Buffet war meistens das selbe. Gerade mittags ist man lieber an die Poolbar gegangen. Für Leute, die keinen Fisch wollen gab es nicht immer viel anderes. Bei leider vielen Speisen hat man geschmeckt, dass es nicht selber gemacht ist und eingekauft wurde. Natürlich nicht nur hier so, aber dort ist es mir aufgefallen. Mittags wurde das Buffet schon vor Ende der Essenszeit von dem Personal aufgeräumt während man noch da sitzt. (Ja, es saßen nicht mehr viele aber es ist dennoch nicht freundlich eine halbe stunde früher alles weg zu tun. Nicht umsonst gibt es die Zeiten)

Tutto perfetto!!!

La pulizia e la gentilezza del personale al primo posto. La struttura è grande e molto bella Posizione fantastica, ma sopratutto la pulizia e l’Ttenzione al cliente da parte dello staf eccezionale Abbiamo trascorso due settimane ad agosto le più affollate e pure tutto è andato alla perfezione Struttura confortevole camera ampia e con letti comodi e tutti i servizi Staff ottimo Citiamo per tutti In sala Cecilio cameriere premuroso e simpaticissimo Giù al bar la Responsabile di sala Roxsane in reception E Valentina eccezionale e instancabile animatrice Tutti bravissimi hanno reso il vostro soggiorno favoloso Cibo molto buono vario e abbondante (non finiva mai) Vista mozzafiato Terrazza e sala pranzo favolose Consiglio vivamente di andarci e noi torneremo senz’altro

Quasi nulla ma se proprio devo fare un appunto Qualcuno che ti accompagni in camera almeno la prima volta ( la struttura è molto grande)

Fuerteventura 11_2023

Gute Lage mit Strandzugang, ausreichend Liegen am Pool, sogar nicht resevierte. Mehrere Wasserspender zu freien Verfügung. Gute Kosmetikartikel im Badezimmer.

Nicht alles im Zimmer war sehr sauber, besonders der Boden im Bad war mangelhaft. Das Zimmer war Superior, leider wurden die Kaffeekapseln zur vorhandenen Kaffeemaschine mehrfach nicht aufgefüllt bzw. erst nach Aufforderung. Einen Mietsafe finden wir grundsätzlich unverschämt.

Oct, all-inclusive, 6 days stay

The hotel is beautiful and has many things to offer (special mention: the rooftop area with an amazing view). The scenery around the hotel is cool since it is at the border to the desert-like area. Also, there are at least 3 cats that regularly visit and stroll around the hotel grounds, which was a very pleasant surprise. The beach has very soft sand, the weather was perfect still at the end of Oct, there was always a slight wind but never cold. The pool is not suited for sport swimming, but they rarely are in hotels, and I didn't mind. From the Spa/Gym area I can only attest to the massage, which was great. The pool bar has great snacks for lunch, and the neighboring cafe makes good coffee (and offers tasty desserts as well). The rooms are very spacious, nicely equipped, and always clean. As a side note: it seems like most visitors are Germans, and many of them are pensioners. Most employees understand basic German, the receptionists are fluent. All employees I met seemed very open and tried to help to their best ability. Another side note: might be a German thing, but there are many naked people at the beach. :D

Food at the main restaurant was only ok, I'd say. Really not bad, but not amazing either. There is a buffet 3x a day, and it varies between meals and days. There is a lot to choose from. The buffet situation doesn't help with meat and fish, though. Everything is cooked through and then kept warm until you pick it up. So some dishes are dry. Also, it doesn't cater to vegetarians/vegans a lot. There is no special section for these types of dishes, and oftentimes, vegetables are cooked or presented with meat in/on them, making them a bit inaccessible for some people. They try to always have a special section at dinner (like sushi or south-american food), but I didn't really get why. Was kind of random. For lunch, I suggest trying the poolside bar, I liked it better there. For breakfast, there are varying freshly made smoothies at the main restaurant. They tell you what's in there. Don't mistake tomato for blood orange juice... ;) Also, there are crêpes made freshly. But sadly, no "real" Nutella. Salads are great and can be assembled by yourself, or some varying ones are portioned already.

Lovely place to stay

The resort was lovely and staff were really helpful and friendly . Any food we had was always very nice

Beds were very uncomfortable but that’s to be expected I think . While local drinks like beer and wine were great and cheap you get caught with any imported drinks like vodkas and runs so be careful of the prices

Great spot….great atmosphere !

note is very well located at a throw stone from a small and cozy beach. Rooms are spacious and luminous. a large pool with numerous sun chairs complete the offer. Reception and restaurant staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful.

Food offering at dinner was too much skewed to German taste. I’d rather prefer a Spanish dominated cuisine

Great choice for quality time without children.

It was a fantastic vacation. Room was clean, staff was very professional and helpful, great selection of food in the restaurant. Great location and fantastic beach right under the hotel. The pool area is also nice and clean. Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel and the location.

We had to rent a car to see more of the island. Costa Calma is quiet remote.

The interior was lovely. staff at reception were very helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean.

The location is not great Food could have been much better. The mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable.

Great stay.

Spacious room, great views, I loved the artwork. The live music was very good. The breakfast was incredible.

I was hoping for a new years eve in the hot bath but they closed even earlier than usually. Had a great time anyway. It is a bit outside the town core if one wants to go out but it was no surprise.

Fantastic Minimoon, great escape from cold but spa needs improvement

Excellent service. Friendly and professional staff, from reception to the restaurants and bars, to the cleaning of the room which was comfortable and spacious, close access to the beach, great pool and awesome views from the room and the restaurant. Both continental and cooked breakfast, good selection of food and variety for dinner and lunch, if you do not go expecting Michelin quality you will enjoy the buffet, some foods were poor but most very nice, but there is also a la carte restaurant if you need. Very good WiFi as well. Awesome cocktails by the pool and food to go with them by the pool bar. Gym although limited in equipment has all you need to keep fit during your holiday and wasn't busy during our stay, this maybe different in Summer in peak times. Decent animation to keep most people engaged, though better for older residents. Overall very happy, good value for money.

The spa was ridiculous, false advertising. Only one tiny sauna room which is always full and never available, the steam room didn't work for the whole time and that was it. Also super tiny jacuzzi, only available daytime and unfortunately many times had to be shared with guests that did not respect the limit of maximum two people at the same time. We expected more.

Super location but poorly ventilated rooms

Excellent location on playa Esmeralda.

The rooms facing evening sun became very warm in evening sun (27 degrees). Even when evening temperatures dropped below 20 degrees, attempts to cool room with both fan and air conditioning was not successful due to poor ventilation and air conditioning set at a high cut off temperature. I did not sleep well for this reason. It was not possible to sleep with door open due to mosquitoes.

no variation in buffet meals. pool snack lunch limited option. not everything was in the all inclusive package. drinks felt watered down. bathroom ceiling crumbling. definitely not 4 star. also expect a 90+ euro taxi ride

Low to average food quality Bathroom sewer smell Noise from nearby room cleaning early on the morning (before 9AM) Lack of sunbeds due to abusive sunbed occupancy. No policy to solve the abusive behavior, results in people searching around for sunbeds where most are occupied by a towels... Suggestion: I've been in some Barceló where the "socorrista" actively warns then moves the abusive belongings

Just one minor thing, at the snack bar from 16:00 to dinner you can only order cold ham sandwich.

Nice hotel on the beach of Costa Calma

The room is nice and big and it comes with a huge balcony with a stunning view on the Atlantic. Comfy beds, big closet and a nice working desk are among the many features what we liked about the room. The hotel is a bit far away from everything but just like everyone else: rent a car and you are good to go!

Lovely, it worths the price.

Everything... really I have no complaints at all Staff it's awesome. So helpful and friendly. There's this reception girl , Paola... wow!! She is wonderful. Just loved her.

I think that if they have waiters in the pool zone would be better. It's a very windy place so even if it's hot, pool water turns out to be so cold.
