Good hotel, with potential to be a great one

the room was big and comfortable. the location was also really good.

The cleaning ladies were super noisy and woke us up everyday at 07AM with their noises. the mattress was not good, it was kind of old and pending for both sides.

Schade, dass auch der Innenpool nicht vor dem Frühstück zu nutzen war. Erst ab 10.30 Uhr zu spät um vor dem Frühstücken

Es lag in der Nähe von zwei Buchten und es gab ein tolles Frühstücksbufett, die Anlage hat keinen ruhigen Rückzugsort, für Kinder zum toben wird alles geboten.

Das Zimmer 035 lag direkt gegenüber der Küchenabzüge und oberhalb der Bar, in der bis 22.00 Uhr die Kinder bespasst wurden. Laut durch die Kinder und oft alle Gerüche der Speisen . Ab 23.00 Uhr hatte man die Möglichkeit zu entspannen - bei geschlossenem Fenster! Der Innenpool war vor dem Frühstück geschlossen.

Alles in AQllem empfehlenswert

Frühstück und Abendessen war perfekt.

Leider hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, wo jeden Morgen die Putzkolonne riesen Lärm machte.

Als je in Cala D’Or wilt verblijven is dit een mooi hotel, met perfect ligging.

Goede ligging en prima ontbijt. Mooie strandjes in de buurt.

Sommige ligbedden bij het zwembad waren een beetje doorgezakt waardoor je op een ijzeren balk lag.

Jedzenie było wyjątkowo pyszne, obsługa miła.

Nie mieliśmy Wi-Fi bezpłatnego w pokoju, mimo, że hotel zapewniał w ofercie, że jest; na Recepcji działało, po naszej interwencji zajrzał do nas pan, który miał pomóc, lecz niestety nic się nie zmieniło. Apartament na pewno nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki, ręczniki nie zawsze były wymieniane, nawet gdy leżały na podłodze, łazienka była obskurna - ogólnie było czysto, jednak to nie był standard 4 gwiazdek. Jedynie jedzenie spełniło ten standard wg nas - było wyśmienite.

Large spacious room. Bed very big and comfy, air con a god send. Brilliant location across from beach.

We went in August so pool area was very crowded. Not enough beds etc. Despite putting dirty towels in bath, maids just hung them back up, not replaced on occasion. Served drinks around the pool in glasses. Lots of smashed glasses around pool area, I was on pins for the little ones with bare feet.

Wonderful family holiday

This hotel is spotlessly clean. Fantastic location beside a beach. Staff so helpful and polite. Big size apartments. Amazing food choices. Would highly recommend

Disappointed given the room rate.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants.

Pool way too small for the size of hotel, the only way to get a sunbed was to wake up before 6am!

Everyone is allowed to put towels on pool lounges overnight to ‘reserve’ their place for the day. This shouldn’t be allowed. They remain vacant but reserved for a lot of the morning when others could be using them. Consider banning this practice, or removing towels where the lounge is vacant for longer than 30 minutes. It would make it a fairer system for everyone. We were also treated very poorly showing up early for breakfast one morning, even though we’d checked the night before if it was okay (as we had an excursion). It was disappointing.

A great option for a family stay

Great location close to different beaches, shops and restaurants. The apartments are basic but comfortable, nice and clean, ideal for a family. The food at the restaurants was varied and tasty. The Picco restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the animation. The staff was absolutely brilliant, super nice and helpful, making you feel at home.

If you enjoy peace and quiet, don’t get an apartment by the pool, is extremely noisy.

Great

Hotel was very clean, nice rooms and in a good location for the beach and town. Lovely little pools with slides, water jets etc for little ones. Breakfast was fantastic, never too busy, plenty of tables and absolutely everything you can imagine to eat for breakfast. The hotel food and drinks were reasonably priced. The burger van was great. Entertainment was good, couple of shows, quizes and kids disco in the evening. Enjoyed water polo and aqua gym in the day. Rooms cleaned, beds made and fresh towels etc everyday. Plenty of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. A great family hotel.

The main pool was a little small. Sometimes crowded for swimming but everyone in good spirits, tolerant of others playing ball etc. The area around the pool for sunbeds could also do with being a bit bigger.

Breakfast options were fantastic. Clean complex Staff were very friendly Excellent location Clean and decent size beds.

The main pool is not big enough for the amount of people that stay in the apartments. Some days it was carnege, it was so busy in the pool most days which meant we could not have a swim.

Great location, comfortable and big suits, friendly staff, good swimming pool and soo delicious food :)

During the day there was no access to potable water. And there was a sewer small in our suit.

Lovely and great hotel

The location was excellent. 5 mins walk to the beach. Room was great. Food was brilliant and staff were great. Pool area lovely.

The chicken kebabs on two nights were raw in the middle, despite me telling staff the first time! No probe was used as they were cooking them on a griddle in front of house. Sofa bed in family room was really uncomfortable and no good for older children.

Really good location, lovely pool area, really nice modern apartment, free parking.

Really good location, modern apartment with all facilities you would need.

No cleaning products to tidy up after cooking. A small bottle of washing up liquid and a sponge would have been great. We did rinse all items and leave them in the sink hoping the cleaners would wash them when they visited but they didn’t. we needed up buying our own.

Basically everything! The staff were great particularly Claudia, the food at Salt & Co was good, the children's pool was adored by my son, the location was virtually perfect.

Kitchenette area was a little basic and we didn't have a dish cloth to dry our dishes before use, hardly a massive issue on holiday!

Great hotel in lovely area.

The breakfast was really great with so much to choose; in both warm and cold dishes. An extra bonus was the "coffee shop" included in the breakfast. The swimming area and the garden is beautiful. Some nights the hotel show is a bit too much, if You have kids that like to sleep before 22... But some families seem to love it. Where this hotel lies, is among the best part of Mallorca as we see it. Cala D'or has beautiful "clean" white houses, green pine trees and lovely small to medium beaches. Because of an early flight back home, we went to Palmanova; this place we would never recommend to anyone. We would also recommend the restaurant "Picco". All in all we would love to come back!

The room had ants/other small insects in the floor, the room seemed not to have been washed/clean all up for a while and when we had ordered "a room with a view", we had ground floor and saw in the bushes... Although the personal was really helpful and friendly, and they would help us with a change of room. So after all we did love our stay a lot.

Best location in Cala D’or

Fantastic location. Clean and modern apartment. The swimming pool was great- clean and up to standards. Only had lunch once but was delicious. Will be back!
