The Belize Cottage is reminiscent of a Mediterranean-style villa with white plaster walls and ceilings above exposed log beams. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open, and can accommodate several conversation groups simultaneously. The space extends outdoors onto a covered dining area, which looks down onto a fountain terrace, which itself is surrounded by a tropical garden. A covered balcony off the main bedroom upstairs extends the full width of the house, and affords a view of the tree-lined boardwalk to the Eastern Green. You cannot beat the location of this house and it is perfectly fine for a short trip to Rosemary. That said, you should know that there is no view of the water, the house stays very dark from tree coverage, and guest rooms and common areas are quite small. No problem if you plan to spend all of your time on the sand but could be tight with lousy weather. Perfect for one family of 4 + grandparents or a family of 5.

The location of the house was top notch. Just 2 houses away from the Coquina pool and a block away from the beach walkover. While the kitchen appliances and dinnerware were well stocked, there were no kitchen pantry items (not even salt and pepper). No dishcloths, one extra blanket, no beach towels, etc. The pictures online indicated the house was light bright and airy. A little disappointed that in reality, it was quite dark and more yellow than what we thought it would be. While the house was clean, it felt a little tired.

The location was excellent, and the home was welcoming. Everything was clean, communication was easy and we were able to get in and out without any trouble. The only thing we would have changed is for the interior lighting to be brighter once it was nighttime. Our family enjoyed staying there!

Great location! Lovely decor! Has a nice outdoor sitting area with a water feature. Appreciate the nice toiletries that were provided! The queen beds in each room could have been a little more comfy and the primary bedroom could use an upgrade to a king size bed. Also, the main bath shower could use a deep clean. Great place and meticulously maintained! Management was organized and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Location and the little things
Great property. 3 blocks to town. 2 blocks to the beach. Great outdoor space that we used every day. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of little details you need for meal prep. Only thing we would wish to change would be for bigger beds. Although they very clearly state the size of the beds in the description. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Tucked away with a shaded relaxing porch and balcony, we were even able to enjoy the rainy day we had there. The perfect location just a block from the beach and a short bike ride to all the cute shops and restaurants. Rosemary did not disappoint and this home away from home made our vacation all the more special.

This house is in a great location. Close to beach and shops. One unique item- the large porch allowed us to have family dinners outside. While other houses have decks and balconies, this house seemed to one of the largest outside areas. It was perfect for visiting and to have dinner. That was a great feature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Belize cottage! My husband, our two daughters aged 4 and 3, and my husband’s parents were all very comfortable in the Belize cottage. We truly could not have picked a better location! We were able to walk to the beach daily, and then the pool that is just two homes down from the home. I thought with the beach so close we wouldn’t even use the pool, and we used it as much as the beach because it was so close and nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals together, and we ate and played on the outdoor patio every night! Look no further for your Rosemary beach family vacation - this is THE one. Such a wonderful home!

Relaxing family retreat perfectly located in Rosemary Beach!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Belize cottage! My husband, our two daughters aged 4 and 3, and my husband’s parents were all very comfortable in the Belize cottage. We truly could not have picked a better location! We were able to walk to the beach daily, and then the pool that is just two homes down from the home. I thought with the beach so close we wouldn’t even use the pool, and we used it as much as the beach because it was so close and nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals together, and we ate and played on the outdoor patio every night! Look no further for your Rosemary beach family vacation - this is THE one. We particularly loved the downstairs covered porch for outdoor dinners, and the upstairs porch for relaxing. Location is fantastic. Quiet corner of town, only a few houses from the pool, and an easy walk to the beach walkovers, playground, and Main St.
Unfortunately we had a dead car battery on the trip, and the management company did a fantastic job replacing it for us! Really appreciated the help while traveling away home.
FYI for anyone arriving with a large car, our ~201.6" long SUV fit in the garage with a only couple inches clearance, but a number of other SUVs in the area didn't fit in garages and were parked in the street.
We can't wait to go back. Fantastic place.

We spent a week at Belize Cottage in February and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house is very cozy and homey and is in an ideal location within Rosemary Beach. A very short walk to the beach, the pool, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave!

This has by far been our favorite stay in Rosemary Beach. You cannot beat the location, so close to the Coquina Pool and less than 5 minutes to the sand. After walking around and looking at other homes, we are sure this house has the best outdoor spaces. We did not use the garage parking as our large SUV was to tight a fit to take our chances. Street parking was just fine and was right next to the home. We hope to visit again in the future!

Love The Belize Cottage
This is the cutest place in which the four of us lived comfortably for a 3-day vacation. The patios were a treat, the first floor amenities were very comfortable, and the upstairs bedrooms were ideal except the twin beds were squeaky. It is so close to the beach access and in walking distance to the town shops. Win Win!
