Les piscines très sales ( cheveux …)
Repas : je ne comprends pas qu’on peut proposer ça aucun plat marocain, aucune présentation, pas de choix et aucun goût dans les aliments proposés …Matin midi et soir … une catastrophe

Nothing to say!

La gentillesse de tout le personnel, le all inclusive, le wifi
L'absence de sèche cheveux que j'ai dû louer, l'état des chambres est vétuste et ce serait bien de les refaire, trop de marches pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

The place very nice and clean and comfortable and close to the beach.

Bien placé !
Vieillot ! Sale ! Cafards dans la salle de bains !
Sans parler des repas franchement mauvais sans saveurs, répétitifs !

Price was fantastic for all-inclusive.
Staff very friendly. The manager allowed me to use his office to print off my Ryanair boarding pass (despite there being a sign at Reception saying they can't print plane tickets). The bar staff were very friendly, attentive and kept the drinks coming.
I didn't think the drink menu was all that good but they had vodka and San Miguel beer which I was more than happy with.
When I checked in my room was very dirty (nothing had been cleaned or changed) but it was no problem as the kind Receptionist gave me what was obviously an upgraded room in the villa's at the poolside.
I know other reviews are pretty mixed, but I will return and use this hotel again - I can't wait to come back.
The food. The food was a very poor standard but it didn't effect me too much as I prefer to go out to eat so it's not a big problem. A better drinks menu would be appreciated also, but again, you can pick between beer and various spirits so for the price it was still very good,

What could be a charming place and what once the best place in Agadir before Covid has been left to become ramshackle and a little threadbare.
Food is nice enough if you get there first and there is fresh produce served by smiling staff and there is ample fresh harissa paste and hot peppers if you want to spice things up.
Alcohol includes San Miguel, wine, etc.
A rough round the edges place but with its own charm and some beautiful areas around the grounds adorned with so many flowers its divine, so if you want a very cheap all-in stay in Agadir and are not bothered at all by all that above then this is your place.
There are a couple of aircon rooms which they are reluctant to offer you.
However, the beds are hard and comfy, aircon works well if you get it, showers are hot, and the scrachy towels dry you very well, although some towels smell so bring one of your own just in case! TV in my room was a flat screen Samsung with English news channel.
The freshly made pancakes and pomegranate molasses pancakes in the morning are to die for and the omelette man whips you up a fabulous 3 egger while you wait for 2 minutes.
What's not to like? It's morocco after al, and you wont be disappointed with your stay here if you get a cheap deal and your expectations of the room are low. Great for kids as the pool is lovely and the fabulous beach is only 10 minutes easy walk away with McDonalds too..
Taxi 200 dirham (£20)from airport 30 mins or 10 by bus(£1)over sn hour
Changed rooms 3 times as many others have said. All 3 were dire, a combination of no locks on outside doors, no air con, no electric, views of rubbish bins, room stinking of smoke or foisty.. Furniture is old, rickety, rusting, torn soft upholstery and needs a revamp because not been touched since empty pre Covid and neglected. Towels scratchy, grey, and threadbare as are sheets.
One thing to note- wifi is dreadful with zero in rooms. That may be a positive for some if want to get away from social media!

Nothing
Everything
From having to change my room 3 times wasted a whole day and night. No safe no balcony no aircon. Everyone didn't have one or the other. I was told I could leave my door open at night on the ground floor to get some air.
Having to pay tax in cash when I wanted to pay by card no receipt given so I really not sure how much I paid. Asking for a taxi from hotel, staff taking me out on to main street talking to taxi drivers, trying to get a tip.
The food I would not dare eat, had bread and water that I bought outside in a shop. I was told I really do mean told in a very rude manner to book Moroccan evening meal. The man in reception said in the morning at 8am, I went 2 mornings to book but no one there was checking til 10am gave up in the end. Lots more so if you want a holiday from hell go there.
